Sorry but we have not tested the AMP plugin so I cannot say for sure. We do know it works with the standard theme but we do not know if it will work properly with the mobile theme or not. Some users claim it works without issues. We have not tested this ourselves though.

If this custom field can be implemented through a widget, it can be possible this way. If it provides a code you can try entering it in a html text widget and see if it works that way

I have already tried the things you recommend and it seems that Google Analytics records correctly, but I continue with the problem.
I manage other pages with other templates and the statistic from the post viewer, the hosting statistics and the google analytics are very similar. But with this template I have the post statistics in a wrong way: the post in the page counter viewer and in the hosting statistics are also very similar, but in google analytics are wrong. For example, for the last post I put I have 1191 visitis in the page counter viewer, 1099 visits in the Hosting statistics and only 148 visits in Google Analytics. Furthermore I have the like Facebook in the post and the post has more likes than viewers in Google Analytics. So I know that Google Analytics is not counting correctly but I donât know where the problem is.

A big grid will not show subtitles or excerpts. Sorry but the grids do not have this implementation.
The standard blocks do not show a subtitle either. The subtitle is destined for posts only, not for blocks on pages.
If you want to add a subtitle on blocks, you can use this example:

I have a little problem… I’m in a process of creating a three language versions site. I use Polylang plugin for translation. There are two ways to create Logo in the theme panel/HEADER/Logo&Favicon: graphic logo and text logo. I use text logo but I can’t translate it for other versions of the future site. Is there a possibility to do it? Or I have to use only one language version of the text logo for all language versions of my site, have I?

If you would like to have similar thumb sizes on your pages you can try and use blocks that use the same thumb sizes. Here you can see the thumbnail sizes that the modules are using

The blocks that come predefined are meant to be different from each other, so you have many options to choose from when creating your page in Visual composer. You can see all these block here

If you would like to have exactly the modules, you could use the same block on the respective page.
To change the thumb sizes used would require many modifications to the theme files, and a lot of work.

You can change background position, for example center top if you’d like more – https://www.screencast.com/t/FyLMR3QPeNB It will be applied only on Big Grid Full 1.

In case it is not clear, and I think I have done a bad job of explaining this, this is what I had hoped to be able to do:

but if that is not do-able, I am fine with having the narrow gradient for the first three, and then some kind of image placeholder for the rest below so there is not just empty white space. Is there any way this can be done just using CSS? As always, thanks for indulging me.

Is it possible to change around the thumb sizes used with blocks? I would like all the images on the home page to use the same aspect ratio. Currently the blocks do not allow this. For example, Block 2 uses images that are 324 X 160 for the large pics and then 100 x 70 for the smaller pics. The different aspect ratio means that the large pics are cropped top and bottom.
It would look more uniform if all the thumbs were the same!

Please check any custom code you might have added in theme panel or directly to the theme files, regarding the page container or structure. Also check if you might have entered margins or padding for the rows that you are using in the page – https://www.screencast.com/t/nBkH2TJl9Z6 and modify or remove them.
If you are using a child theme, please try and switch to the main theme and check if this fixes this issue.
At last this could also be caused by problematic plugins, you could try as a test to disable them all except Visual composer and clear any caching installed. These steps should fix this problem, or at least help identify why this is happening.
I do not know exactly how that menu plugin works, or what options it has. You can use it for the menu, or use the default theme options and settings. You can create different styles of mega menus for example
