I would like to write different post titles on the homepage and in categories. At the moment the homepage shows the post title used in the posts/articles/blog. I will give you an example of what I want to do.
‘Bepicolombo’ is the title of the page.

On the AeroSpaceGuide.net homepage I would like to show: ‘BepiColombo: European Japanese Mission to Planet Mercury’.
Why? On the homepage the title gives extra info whereas in the post page it takes too much of the post title name area.

Hi, my site is http://www.elperiodicodearanjuez.es. I´m still starting managinig the them. You can see the example of what i´m saying in the first post of left column titled ” Ramos completa la remontada del Real Madrid en un partido confuso…” That dots are what I don´t want to have.
Other thing is about top menu I would like to only display day and wheather. If possible the day before the weather. I saw the API but don´t know how to do this.

Unfortunately the Visual composer tabs element does not work properly with complex implementations like scripts for example, so it could not be the correct choice for this kind of usage. You should try to find a different way to achieve this task.

Well – I resolved the issue, partly.
In “image loading – animations (lazyload)” I switched to Fade (instead of scaling). And now everything works perfectly. However if you use “fade&scale” or “up fade” there are issue with thit Big Grid again.
I’m using FF50 on Win7/64.
I am encountering a problem with the styles of our childtheme. We are using Newspaper 7 atm and we have loaded in the sample childtheme of the Newspaper. It is activated and fully working. I can add functions into the functions.php and they work just fine. As soon as I want to change some styles though nothing happens.
It seems that the theme is not taking the styles in.
As soon as I remove the function which is getting both styles, from parent and child, the child css is working but as you can imagine the other styles are not.
So it seems that there is a problem with your function which is merging the styles?
We did not change anything in there.
Any suggestions how to get the styles working?

When using Smartlist 2, it looks like the photo alt attributes are stripped out. I can’t seem to see them when using “inspect element” and SEO tools are telling me I don’t have alt text for those photos.

since we have about 100 posts on our blog daily (!) it is important for us to not only display the date on the index page / home page, but also the time. I would like to change it to a format like d/m t (for example 11. März, 15:41 Uhr). I have been able to change this on other themes but can’t find the right place to start in the Newspaper theme.
Where and what do we have to change to achieve this?

How to disable image link on Newspaper 7 theme ?
I have seen other people’s website who have used Newspaper. On their home page, it shows the category for each posting. It will show on the picture and in the text. For some reason, mine doesn’t do that. It just has text. here is an example http://www.johnmalecki.com/
You can see that every post on his homepage has a category name. How do I get that to show up on mine?
I have deactivated every plugin except Visual Composer and cleared cache. The problem was not fixed.

For some unknown reasons the header color for the “Related Articles” block are not as required (look at the bottom of the following examplary article http://radiouahid.fm/tafsir-juz-amma-unterrichtsserie/ ). All other header colors are as they should be (#007200). Why is this the case?
