After designing a home page in newspaper theme. I have installed and activated mobile theme and amp plugin. now i cannot see my home page on mobile devices. I can only see the latest article section and big footer on my mobile home page. my custom design home page is not converting on mobile theme. what i need to do now? kindly help.

For example, if the article title color is black color. After clicking and reading, when I go back to home page. That particular title color I have previously click becomes maybe grey color.

From the day one, we are trying to setup our website https://firstnews.pk the way it is shown in the demo, we’ve always failed. Plus the fact that we want to show multiple ads on our website which includes videos ads, banners, in article ads, bottoms and lot others. We dont know how to do that. The next step which confuses us is Mobile Version or AMP? How many thumbnail (featured image) sizes we need to active. Also that, how to improve the website speed? What are the standard image sizes that we need to use? Do we need to compress all the images before we put into an article or should we use a plugin to compress images. How to create sitemap for Google News? These are all the issues which are very challenging for us. We would request you to kindly fix all of these issues for us and we are willing to pay a small amount that you may wish to charge. Please help us as our business is at risk. I think that I know what the problem is. It is possible to have a low internet band and when you access the cloud from backend it needs to load all the cloud templates, so if this can not be done in a period of time you got that message. Our developers are working to improve this section and to no longer need to all al the cloud templates and only those from the category that you want to download.
Now and working alternative for that situation is to open the cloud library from the frontend. For example you need a cloud category, go on a category and click on cloud -> https://i.imgur.com/rtOlQ9K.png also the cloud can be opened from tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/tSMIb9e.png

Do you use a child theme? Did you make changes to the theme files, for example for the footer?
Also, please try to remove the logo if you have set it in Theme Panel -> Header/Footer and add it again.

I switched it to no template in the theme setting, that’s the way to solve this issue, however, by using “no template” in the theme setting, I cannot customize the header with tagdiv composer. For example. I cannot make the header a transparent header. When I using “no template” option in the theme panel, I try to edit the home page, the header part will show “this is not a tagdiv template header”. Thus, I cannot edit it. It’s quite a confliction. Do you get what I mean? Hope, you could help me figure out a way to solve this issue

Newspaper is the perfect theme for my editorial website. We write reviews about movies, books, etc. The problem is that when I use the Review post setting, the schema generated in the page should be only “review” and NOT product. Books and movies are not products in my case, but articles with a critical review. I think you should fix this thing since the theme is made for newpapers and journalists should be able to vote for the thing they write about. Thanks!

Hi Harpal, like I said above, if you are using the mobile theme plugin the “more article box” will not be display.
This can be display only for the responsive version.
SO if you want to use it, you need to disable the mobile theme plugin or use the mobile theme plugin only for amp -> https://i.imgur.com/7plgoEe.png

Hi !
I created a menu based on tags (meaning each item of my menu is a tag). I included this menu into one of my headers, and everything is working… Except for tag pages.
For example, i have 2 tags “Data” & “AI”. I created a header including a WP menu with these 2 tags. It’s working everywhere on the website. But on the “Data” tag page (website.com/tag/data), it doesn’t work, it’s replaced by the main menu instead (the one without the tags i use for the hp). But i checked on the template manager, i selected the right Header (the one with the tags).
Do you have any explanation/solution?
