This problem was fixed for Gutenberg editor, please make sure that you are using the the Gutenberg when you set some text in mobile editor not the classic editor.

Hi. Bookmark (#) link does not work in mobile mode. In desktop mode it work just perfect but not in mobile menu. Normal links, and page/article-links works but not when using a bookmark-link. It does not recognize it as a hyperlink.
I’ve tested all possible solution (amp plugin, mobile theme menu, disable all plugins…) but no luck. What to do?

Hello Team, I found few buys in the latest update.
As everyone is complaining, it is having a compatibility issue with AMP support. I use the mobile theme from the beginning and it is awesome. It supports plugins but lightweight. I think the AMP compatibility issue is due to the unsupported plugins with the AMP.
In the Classic editor, I’m not able to add Links. When I click the link button, it is not showing any posts.
Found a few issues with the Tagdiv editor.
Since switching to Cloud Templates, the header ad (Google AdSense) seems to not be centering on phones. Is there a custom code or anything else for this that won’t affect other ads on the page that are fine?

We have updated our site to the latest 9.6.1 version and turned on “Mobile+AMP” under the “Use Mobile Theme For” section. I still see no CSS in the AMP page. It is an unformatted page. What’s going on?

When I post an article from my website to a social media page like facebook. The categories get pushed together with the title of the post.
For instance if my categories are “Events” (parent category) and “Local Happenings” (sub category). Then the title of my post is “2019 Windermere Cup Poster!” They show up on facebook pushed together like this: “EventsLocal Happenings2019 Windermere Cup poster!”

Guys, something went wrong with latest update 9.6.1 My site slows down (dramatically) Pagespeed inside 12 (was 94) Tell me please; where are my AMP post? I have done some troubleshooting prior to my messages. My php memory was set at 256MB and I complied to the majority of the other points referred to regarding minimum requirements.
What was an immediate solution was in fact the php version from 5.5 to 7.2. It was an instant solution on almost all issues i experienced.
Tagdiv composer works.
Website on desktop is back to what it was.
Mobile is almost 100% just the advert art that is missing, but i will be uploading my own so that should be resolved.
I did update to 9.6.1. Thank you. This worked perfectly this time and I added the WP Cache and activated AMP and naturally did the settings as prompted.
So I want to say thank you very much for helping and assisting. I am really very happy and impressed with the detail to response from both Simon and you.

Is it possible to make the social share and follow buttons all round on mobile and desktop. The share buttons on a post i have made round “top of post” and “bottom of post” is there anywhere else to do this?

I have latest theme version 9.6 and on Smartlists the footer content doesn’t work, it only works on the last page.

All plugins are enabled.
Only Mobile is selected.
And still, it doesn’t seem that my posts/pages are AMP…
To me, it looks like less options. It looks like a roll back to the Mobile theme instead of pushing the AMP. And the Mobile theme is a pain as it forces us to fill in the content twice for Pages.
Really, I don’t understand the purpose of this update. I must be dumb hahaha
I do not want to offend anyone, but mis a mockery. Everything seems to work, but when you go to check the amp page at https://search.google.com/test/amp?utm_source=support.google.com/webmasters/&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=%207320015 the answer is that This is not a valid page. I did several tests and if you use the mobile theme the amp pages are not recognized by google. You need to deactivate the mobile theme and use the plugin in the classic version to make the AMP pages work. At this point I see myself looking around for better solutions, since it seems solved but has been resolved for the worse. Think about the outburst, but being downgraded in rank due to issues not dependent on me annoys me a lot.

Now you have more possibility’s, you can use only mobile, mobile + amp like in v9.6 and amp very you have possibility to set on which posts to set the amp.

1. Step: As I do always if I have a report only as video I use the link and change the new report from standard into VIDEO and put the link into the box of features video.
2. Step: When I have a report with a lot of text I will change from visuell to text and copy the embedd code (iframe) from Youtube into the report. To see it I change to visuell. This procedure I use also for Vimeo and Facebook & co, but there is nothing visible, when I go back on “visuell”.
3. tagDIV composer: Doesn’t exist. But in my plugin list it shows it as activated: tagDiv Composer

Such an old PHP version will most likely cause problems, for example these are the requirements for WordPress – https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/
So there will be problems using PHP that old, with most themes and WordPress. Your hosting provider should be able to update the PHP if you request it. Please try it and check again.

The AMP Validator also tells me my posts are not AMP
Same here, my posts are not AMP compliant regarding GSC Test AMP results (cache and CDN have been emptied before).
