Hope this will help you!
Thanks.
I’m not very used to this AMP thing and just activated your plugin. Testing a post showed some errors and I don’t know how to fix them. Any advice?

Hi itkhoj, you have to go in wordpress > Newspaper > AMP > Analytics and remove code from there.
Now, you open your FTP software (i use FileZilla) and you go to: /wp-content/plugins/td-amp/templates and open “html-start.php”
copy this at line 18 under “style”: <script async custom-element=”amp-analytics” src=”https://cdn.ampproject.org/v0/amp-analytics-0.1.js”></script>
copy this at line 23 under “body”:
<amp-analytics type=”gtag” data-credentials=”include”>
<script type=”application/json”>
{
“vars” : {
“gtag_id”: “INSERT YOUR ANALYTICS ID”,
“config” : {
“INSERT YOUR ANALYTICS ID”: { “groups”: “default” }
}
}
}
</script>
</amp-analytics>
Where you see “INSERT YOUR ANALYTICS ID” you have to write your analytics code. CLOSE AND SAVE FILE
My html-start is like this:

Hope this example will help you!

Hi,
You could use a plugin that has this capability, Instagram is not part of the theme sharing options for posts at the moment. You could try some free plugins, I found some examples here but there may be others that can do this
– https://kinsta.com/blog/wordpress-social-media-plugins/
Maybe in the future Instagram will be implemented in the theme sharing, sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks
Hi,
Basically you will have to modify the module you want to display a time ago date. An example is provided in this topic
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/the-time-ago-in-block-3-is-correct-but-another-block-is-wrong-time/
The theme modules are here – https://www.screencast.com/t/pgEdt29bC
Each block and grid is made of modules – https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-blocks-modules/
If you want to display that date in a module or more modules, each will have to be modified.
They can be modified in a child theme, this way you won;t lose the customization after a theme update when the theme files are replaced
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
A guide or documentation about such a modification is not available, if there was I would gladly provide it to you.
Any resources that are blocked are mentioned in the test
– https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly
Maybe check some guides as to what this file should contain in these topics I found

Hi,
Unfortunately our theme do not have yet that option, you can set the class in custom css for example -> https://www.screencast.com/t/VdGCBVm4bB
You can check more about this here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/
Thank you.
Hi,
Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to edit the AMP theme’s version, sorry! Check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/amp-page-formatting-questions/
Thanks.
Hi,
That would be quite unusual. The automatic excerpts should respect the settings you choose. First the type of the excerpt, then the value you set for each module
– http://prntscr.com/maydfe
That looks like block 1, check what is set in the module 6 for the title length. Note that if for example a value of 12 is set this will actually display 11 letters/words.
Thanks
Hi digitalchew,
This problem is usually happen when is a conflict between plugins, you can give it a try, delete the plugin, deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache and install the AMP plugin again.
If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thank you.
Hi,
Unfortunately for the moment out TagDiv AMP is very basic, all the settings have our plugin you can see theme here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
If you are not satisfied on our tagDiv AMP plugin you always can use other plugin for AMP
Thank you for your understanding!
Dear Sir,
In AMP post content font looks very small. So how can I change that font size.
Greetings: I’ve tried now utilizing two different form capture programs inside your theme, and neither work. The forms appear just fine, but the form submission buttons for both will not “send”. Is there a switch I’m needing to flip to have this work for me? Please advise asap. Thanks.
Samples:
I Have a running website (running on humen theme) which i want to migrate to Newsmag. Once i create a page i am not able to save that. Tag div is keep on spinning. Please advice at the earliest.
@digitalchew this sounds weird ?
It’s not easy debug your situation via forum.
Which theme version you use?
AMP plugin version?

Hi Guys,
I have a few questions regarding AMP.
1. The TagDiv AMP seems very basic maybe I am missing something? Is there any settings / options anywhere?
2. How do I add our logo to the AMP for mobile? Also we want a menu of some sort? It seems that we have a high bounce rate due to using AMP, users / readers just come off as they struggle to navigate.
3. Would I benefit from deleting TagDiv AMP plugin and installing something else that offers more in-depth options / settings?
Please advise.
Hello,
I just installed and activated the TagDiv AMP Plugin in my wordpress website (https://www.intercomunicador-moto.com/) but adding a /amp suffix shows a 404 page.
How can I solve it?
Thanks in advance for the great theme and support
Andrea
I did this and I got the following error:
Notice: is_amp_endpoint was called incorrectly. is_amp_endpoint() was called before the ‘parse_query’ hook was called. This function will always return ‘false’ before the ‘parse_query’ hook is called. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 0.4.2.) in /home/projectc/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4231
Funny enough I am using a similar demo theme but am not quite sure what’s causing the errors. Could it be the robots.txt which was blocking resources? More importantly, could robots.txt also cause “clickable elements & content wider than screen” problems since I blocked the theme folder from being crawled?
I have used the same plugin and it was working absolutely fine until the 5xx server error cropped up. Also, the problems started only after I altered robots.txt file. Maybe that’s the issue. Might as well use the mobile plugin again though because of faster page load times.
But, could you please confirm my suspicion about robots.txt?
Hello,
im building a website. I’ve experienced some issue with tagdiv composer. I want to edit a page and throws exception
Uncaught Errors at columns elements: 1(models) : 2(dom). The model does not match the content
I’ve updated all plugins and theme. I dont know what i have to do.
Any help?
Thanks
Andrés.
Hi,
The weather widget in that demo contains a customization for displays larger than a certain width, this will make the text lowercase. For example
Desktop – http://prntscr.com/majsao
Mobile – http://prntscr.com/majsho
You could use some CSS to make it capitalize it permanently
– http://prntscr.com/maju1k
This is the code for it, you can enter it in theme panel custom code CSS section
.td-business.home .td-business-home-row .td_block_weather .td-weather-header .td-weather-city {
text-transform: capitalize!important;
}
The issue you are having with the footer is quite unusual. The footer should be same as in the homepage, and how it is in the demo
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_business/brexit-would-trigger-economic-and-financial-shock-to-uk/
In your case it looks like the footer section is part of the main content for some reason. Did you make any modification tom the post template files? or maybe enter ad codes in the theme panel (check them if you did, check the tags to be closed properly or test without them). Let me know.
Thanks
@Simion I had to make some changes to my robots.txt file due to the server 5xx-error. But, now I have undone those changes because they were blocking resources. Now, my question is: does the mobile theme plugin lead to “content wider than screen” & “clickable elements are together” problems in Search Console?
Although, I have now switched to the default version of the site but the page loading times on mobile have increased.
P.S: The mobile theme plugin did improve the page speed but does it render the site mobile friendly as well? What would you reckon?

Hi,
Please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it to a value of double you already have if possible.
Please add this code in the .htaccess , file at the end of the file:
<IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>
I believe you have installed the WPML Translation Management plugin
– https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/page-builders/
Our page builder will encode the page content so translating a page with this module would not be possible. Maybe this will change in the future, can’t say for sure what will happen. Sorry for any inconvenience.
The alternative is to switch the pages when the language is changed.
For example I have this page in a language – https://www.screencast.com/t/wUVMxwx6qlV
Clicking on the translate option will open a new page which you can build
– https://www.screencast.com/t/yWKrq5fBxTI
Thank you.
I made some tests with the latest theme version and everything seems in order in sticky mode
– http://prntscr.com/majkk1
Not sticky – http://prntscr.com/majln7
Sticky – http://prntscr.com/majlu1
I used a normal row split in 2/3+1/3 in this example. The width isn’t auto it is always the same 324px.
What layout are you using? I could try and recreate it on my end? Or provide a link to a test page/post so I can take a look.
Also are you using the latest version of the theme? I vaguely remember an issue with the sticky sidebar in an older theme version.
