Hi,
Is this problem persisting when only bakery are composer are enabled?
This is interesting, do you have the last theme version? If you do not have it, then I will recommend to make a full backup, update the theme, the theme plugins, the WordPress and bakery with the one provided in the last package from the themeforest.
In case that the problems is still persisting, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access. Also, include this topic to can identify you faster.
Thank you!
Hi Calin, we don’t use tagDiv composer. We only use bakery.
It is on pages.
We can close the tab. But can’t save.
Hi,
Is this problem still persisting when you are using only tagDiv Composer and bakery?
Also, is the bakery in your screenshot used on a page or post?
Thank you!

Hello,
There is a plugin conflict with the WP Bakery plugin; if you disable the plugin, this will be in the sidebar.
We do not encourage you to use Wp Bakery at all. Please note that the WP Bakery has a conflict with the tagDiv Composer. Please use only one builder and not both. So, I gladly recommend you to shift from WPBakery to Composer, because WPBakery is an old builder plugin. Please check our guide to know how to shift from WPBakery to Composer: https://www.screencast.com/t/6xLVMmlsY ; https://www.screencast.com/t/zWHrRmK1LQC ; https://www.screencast.com/t/vuFdT9Stx ; https://www.screencast.com/t/DWbSf3qj ; https://www.screencast.com/t/QuHyGccTK71v

Hello,
I would like to take a look. Can you please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the wp-admin access? Include the link to the topic in the email.
Also, please note the WP BAKERY is not compatible with tagdiv Composer.
Thank you!
Hello everybody,
I am using Newspaper 12.6.4. There are two pages which don’t show anything on mobile devices:
https://t.ly/WmTgS
https://t.ly/mMQTL
The pages are built with the WPBakery Page Builder. I was trying to find the responsive settings but without success.
The start page was built the same way and it works on mobile devices:
Can anybody advise where the mistake is, please?
Greetings, Dan
Hi,
1. Usually this kind of situations is created by an extra plugin that is enabled, please check if you have extra plugin like wp bakery and if you have, please disable it and check the website layout on frontend.
2. If you have to copy a page or a cloud template you need to identify the cloud template type (header, footer, single …) that you edited on staging and copy the content from -> https://i.imgur.com/RHdIFNh.png (one by one) from staging -> https://i.imgur.com/Wo4yp58.png and paste it in the same cloud template type (header, footer, category..) in your live website.
To copy all all cloud templates from staging to live: Go in tool > export – https://i.imgur.com/3Wxk885.png then to import you need to go in tool > import then install the WordPress importer and clink on run import – https://i.imgur.com/tyxoVvg.png
Thank you!
Ok, thanks..that worked. Too bad because TagDiv composer is no match for WPBakery in terms of speed, possibilities and usability. I will try to find another way then.
Hello,
No, you can not use both page builders.
I gladly recommend you to shift from WPBakery to Composer, because WPBakery is an old builder plugin. Hello,
It is not recommended to save a page with tagDiv Composer, a page that was made with a visual composer, because it can appear errors.
Please note that the WP Bakery has a conflict with the tagDiv Composer. Please use only one builder and not both. I was asked by tagdiv team to send an email so they can explore this on my website. I sent an email 2 days ago, got no answer.
No, I don’t have PRO prebuilt website. I had an old version which used visual composer (wp bakery). There was no standard pack or other plugins. Everything was integrated within the theme.
Now, I upgraded the theme and I got bunch of plugins alongside, and adsense ads do not work as advertised. It is like I explained. I add the script to the header, and I add it to places where I want them to show (sidebar, header, footer, after the post etc.), you know, the old way within the Standard pack plugin. It doesn’t work. They only show on the frontpage under the menu. That’s it.
Hello @wizromeo!
Please use only one builder: the tagdiv Composer and uninstall the WPBakery.
Clear all the cache and check the results.
If the problem is still there, then contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– cpanel url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
We will take a look and try to help you asap.
Thank you!

Hello,
The blocks from WP Bakery are no longer recommended. Please use a block from tagDiv Composer. We do not encourage you to use Wp Bakery at all. When I disable WP bakery it works. But do I need WP Bakery?
Hi,
Please disable the extra plugins, like WP Bakery and others, and let only tagDiv plugins be activated and checked afterwards.
Thank you!
Hello,
I am currently renewing a site created with the NewsPaper theme version 12.6.2, originally built using NewsPaper8 series. The original site was developed using WPBakery, but I am now transitioning to the tagDiv Composer for this renewal.
I am using the default template with a sidebar, but I want to create the homepage (front-page) without using a sidebar. This means that while the template for a standard page (page.php) includes a sidebar, I intend for the homepage not to have one. I have prepared the homepage using the tagDiv Composer. However, after setting this page as the homepage (front-page) and trying to edit it, the following error message appears in the tagDiv Composer editing screen, preventing further editing:
“Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue.”
The homepage displays correctly without the sidebar, as desired. This error does not occur if the page is not set as the homepage, allowing for re-editing of the page.
This issue arises whether I use a template from the Cloud Library for the homepage or create it as a regular page using tagDiv Composer and then set it as the homepage. Other standard pages, aside from the homepage, are displayed as intended with sidebars.
I suspect the error may be due to the homepage using a different template than the standard page template. How can I resolve this issue? I am not using any original templates except for the header and footer. The homepage design is different from the pages created with WPBakery, so I do not believe this is an issue related to their compatibility.
Thank you for your assistance.
Hello,
The Newsmag and Newspaper are different themes with different structures, you can’t switch the themes, because there will be errors. Unfortunately, the WP Bakery doesn’t work with a Newspaper theme. Please let me know what settings you have; if you made posts with WP Bakery, then those will not work.
Thank you!
That’s sad.. 🙁
Ok, is WPBakery compatible with Newspaper? I currently use Newsmag by TagDiv theme on my website and it’s compatible and I have my own license. So before I switch to Newspaper, I am editing Newspaper and I have many settings on Newsmag that works WPbakery and also I want to keep using them with newspaper. I don’t want to have issues after I switch to the Newspaper.
Thanks.

Hello,
I’m glad you find it.
Also, we recommended WP BAKERY only for pages, not for posts.
Thank you!
Hello,
Our theme has its own page builder, tagDiv Composer.
We have long recommended shifting from WPBakery to tagDiv Composer because there is a conflict between the two and they cannot be used together.
So, you can start to create the pages with the tagDiv Composer.
Also, on our channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOT1RiNysIPCTPSnVZskwtQ, you can find more videos that can help you and documentation https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-documentation/ and you can ask us here on the forum if you have any questions.
You can find the WP Bakery in this path Newspaper-tf\code\other_plugins if you want to use it.
Thank you!
was informed and given confirmation on enquiring multiple times by your sales team that the WP Bakery plugin is included in the theme. However, upon installing the theme, I discovered that the plugin is not present.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and provide me with a solution. I am requesting that the WP Bakery plugin be added to my theme as soon as possible.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
Hi,
Please let me know what version of the theme you have. Also, do you use WP Bakery?
Thank you!
