Hello,
I have tested this on my end and it seems there is a container there that does not get removed by the code Andrei gave you.
Just replace the css with this one:

.td_block_big_grid_1 .td-module-meta-info {
display: none;
}

Thank you!

Hi ibomax,

As i can see in your screenshot, you are using a footer template style 1 with these 3 columns, by default (Editor Picks/Popular Posts/Popular Category). You can only hide/delete the name of these columns if you try the code below: http://screencast.com/t/FbwDKIhN

.td-footer-wrapper .block-title {
display: none;
}

If you want to have a custom footer to customize it as you like, i will recommend you to use another footer template such as footer template style 5. http://screencast.com/t/ANXhKejShttp://screencast.com/t/NQPWAB7t

For more information about footer settings, please consult our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/

Thanks!

Hello,

You can change the color to your default one by using this custom css code:

.single-post .block-title a, .block-title span, .block-title label {
background-color:#4db2ec;!important;
}

Hi,

The mega menu works differently than the blocks. You will have to edit that one as well. Just add this order in td_block_mega_menu.php file – http://screencast.com/t/1Kk6ybz4C so you can order subcategories by slug – http://screencast.com/t/NpeWAblchttp://screencast.com/t/hOubcKikgUE

‘orderby’=>’slug’

Thanks!

Hello,

Please make sure you did not change anything else. Normally block 18 should not be affected by your change. Try to revert your change and see if the thumbnail for other videos has the same problem. (you will need to regenerate thumbs again.)

Let us know how it goes.Thank you!

What exactly do you mean by “comment out this section” for your comment

As a quick solution to your problem is to comment out this section in the speedbooster file: http://screencast.com/t/RZLIOPUNdqh to override the plugin compatibility. Now it should work with any plugin

And will this cause issues for plugins or anything?

Thanks for your guideline. I have changed the block 3 thumbnail size from 324×160 to 324×282 by changing code like bellow. I just replaced the 160 with 182.

td_api_thumb::add(‘td_324x182’,
array(
‘name’ => ‘td_324x182’,
‘width’ => 324,
‘height’ => 182,
‘crop’ => array(‘center’, ‘top’),
‘post_format_icon_size’ => ‘normal’,
‘used_on’ => array(
‘Module 1, 2’, ‘Block 2, 3, 4, Big grid 2’
)
)
);

Then enable this thumbsize from backend. Now when i post an HD youtube video that has custom youtube thumbnail, then everything is ok. But when i post a video that has no custom youtube thumb then it looks bigger in block 3 & block 18. (SCREENSHOT) http://prntscr.com/90toxg

What mistake i have done? please help me.

Ok, I’ll try my settings but I still think the blocks should be showing content the way they are set up, but are not showing on the homepage at all at the moment?

Any other obvious issues or settings I should check?

Hello,

I’m changing the site width so I would like to change image dimensions for thumbs on modules and blocks too.
I’ve changed the dimensions in td_config.php but the new dimensions aren’t generated on new image upload.
Theme is still creating thumbs with original dimensions.

Is there some other place than td_config.php where the new dimensions needs to be set?

Hi,

We use a font for most of the icons present in the theme. When the font is served from a CDN it may cause a Cross Origin issue. Try the solution presented here – http://screencast.com/t/pPtF7boVPyAQhttp://webmasters.stackexchange.com/questions/71630/font-blocked-from-loading-by-cross-origin-resource-sharing-policy-no-access-co

Hello,

Well it is one way to do it. you can use whatever sorting option you like. You can set a specific category to a block or multiple ones (or all of them). As for posts there are a few sorting options for you to chose from: http://screencast.com/t/ZRnBLtIQs8. You can read more about block settings here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-tutorial/

I hope this helps.
Thank you!

Hi, thanks for coming back to me. It’s a redesign for an existing site so there are hundreds of posts. I’ve set the content block filter to ‘all categories’ so it would pull through all latest posts. Is that the right way to do it?

Thank you for your fast response! Please consider adding the functionality of selecting specific posts (by listing post IDs) from within the post vc blocks settings or by adding a shortcode. I see that selecting for specific slugs or category ID’s can be done. However, I need to build a page like http://www.newyorker.com/magazine every month which lists selected posts. Sorting post (like A-Z, or last 7, or ID #) will not solve the problem as these will continuously change from day to day. Unfortunately the display_post plugin I found (which was free) is not supported but it does work to show individual post by ID in the shortcode. It is one file and I would be willing to share the file if helpful. Your help is greatly appreciated!

Hello,

If you just started your project, i assume you do not have too many posts created on your website. Please make sure the content blocks have posts to display. If there are no posts in the categories you specified the blocks to display, the blank page will be the result. Please create at least one category and a few posts for it and set check your page again.
If this is not the case, and you have posts and your blocks are set to display a category that has posts in it, please provide more details so we can understand the situation better.

Thank you!

Hello,
Unfortunately we have not tested this plugin and cannot say for sure if it will work with our blocks. We have no idea of the plugin functionality so we cannot make a suggestion on how to use it best with our theme. Unfortunately we are a small team and time does not allow us to test plugins on a daily basis. However, we are currently working on this exact feature and in the next update (which will come out in the near future) we will implement sorting posts by ID.
Thank you!

Hello,

Unfortunately there is no option in the theme panel to show the parent category on the sub-categories. But you can rename your sub-categories to Tahmin – Futbol or Haber – Futbol.
For your second request, you can filter your blocks by slug: http://screencast.com/t/hOXxsnCRPEE
Add a slug for every category. These will be sorted alphabetically so you can use slugs such as A, B, C, D to sort the order of the categories.
I hope this helps.

Thank you!

Hi,

Please edit your page and check the block settings to change the title and filter option to not have the same articles there(set another category for example) – http://screencast.com/t/tYQP8YMr3fhttp://screencast.com/t/EHkoT2F6
Please check documentation – https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-tutorial/ also we have some video tutorials on our youtube channel like this one – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rgWqozuqmJk

Thanks!

Hello,

We are not aware of such modification in the near future. We cannot modify the current thumbnail in our theme because it will cause lots of problems for users when they update. (people have thousands of images that will require regenerating thumbs) Only by adding new block elements that use a different thumb will this be achievable, but this as well is not on our priority list. We cannot say for sure what the future will bring.
You can modify a thumbnail on your end if you need this size: You can find the thumbnail sizes in td_config.php: http://screencast.com/t/uk2vAnc7d
The closest thumb to the size you suggested is the one used for module 1 and 2, block 2, 3 and 4 and big grid 2.
You can edit this file and change the dimension to the specified one. You will need to regenerate your thumbs for the modification to apply.

Thank you!

Hi fusioncloud,

Please use the code below to change your text color and padding, like this: http://screencast.com/t/krWiIamM

.td_block_3 h3>a {
color: red;
}
.td_block_3 .td_module_wrap .entry-title {
margin-top: -15px;
}

The result is here: http://screencast.com/t/yQOyLT6ApzX

Thanks!

Hello,

Unfortunately we cannot provide a solution to your problem as our themes do not have RTL support. You will have to change the theme’s CSS and change the position of every block element. You can hire a freelancer to do it for you if you want from sites like studio.envato.com.
As an alternative you can maybe find a plugin that has this feature. Unfortunately we cannot make a recommendation.

Thank you for your understanding.

Hi,

The post view option has to be enabled when the 7 days sort order is used on a block. If you disable it the views will not be counted and of course the sort order will not work.
Try to comment the views line from post template that you use – http://screencast.com/t/Uevt5QomsL

Thanks!
