2) This applies to multiple elements across the site. If a category has no posts to display, it will not show up in blocks as well, or if you set a block to display a single empty category, the block it will not show up as well.

The category color is set from the theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/lzesgkJV2HRv , but this wilkl affect the category tag in the post, not the color on the homepage.
As the homepage is built with visual composer elements, you can achieve this effect by adding colors to your blocks that contain the specific category.
You can set the block to display a certain category: http://screencast.com/t/g2sMYz2HB and then set a color to it: http://screencast.com/t/8QhbhKAZg.

I’ve been using Twitter, Facebook, SoundCloud, and Google+ in the counter widget. I don’t use it in VC. Adding the IG account is what threw the error. Haven’t been able to get the counter (at all) or anything down the document to load for any page where it’s supposed to show up since.
I tried deleting the plugin and installing fresh from the 6.5.1 release of Newspaper, no joy. Not sure what else to do here but report the bug. Made changes to the accounts used (flirted with not showing the SoundCloud profile) about a month ago with everything up to date (WP, VC, Counter, Newspaper, etc.). The only thing that has changed in that time is that I now run on PHP v5.6 instead of v5.5. First issue I’ve had with it since Feb 2014.
No clue what to try next and not making much of the error log to tell me what to fix.

The theme have fixes values for its span colons and changing these values will affect the layout. You will need lots of customization such that theme’s blocks be displayed fine.
We can’t offer customization services at the moment so if you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard please consider hiring a developer or a freelancer to do this for you.
To place ads outside the page content you will need a new container in header or footer, it depends by ad’s code, and some css code for ad’s position on the page. It seems emulators are not always right. I only saw the error when i set it to simulate an iphone (on a mobile device the error was there) I also saw that the margin gets a bit cut off as well. Please use this custom CSS to adjust the line-height and the margins:

The theme doesn’t have an option to display post in blocks filtered by post id. To display a specific post in more blocks you can add it in a specific category, then use that category’s id in block filter. Regarding Jetpack sort order issue, I have added this on our list for further investigations. I have made a quick test on my side and it seems that it doesn’t work properly. Try to use it without pagination until we will find a solution to work also with block pagination.

I could not find your email, but i think I have an idea of why this is happening. You have your block set-up to random sort order and limit it to 1 post. The random sorting order is as the name states: random. It does not know the first post displayed so it will randomize all posts below it, including the one already shown. In order to reduce this effect you can limit the block to a bigger number something like 8 or 10. Posts will still show up multiple times but the effect will not be so obvious.

You can use your first code to remove meta info from all the modules and simply use a reverse code like so:
Block 13 uses td_module_14
So create another code and add it below your first one (use both codes):
.td-module-meta-info { display: none !important;}
.td_module_14 .td-module-meta-info { display: block!important;}
This is the css method. Another method to remove the meta information is by disabling it from the theme panel from post options, but it will also remove the author name and date from postss.

The same sidebar appear twice on the same page if it’s used in a widgetzed sidebar block first, then also it’s used in latest article section, if the page template is pagebuilder + latest: http://screencast.com/t/byqXLRHRs3
The editor was designed to have the same width with the post content on front-end. If your’re using sidebar the post content have 640px, so the editor have the same width. If you’re not using sidebar the post content have 980px and also the editor change width’s changes at this value. Basically the editor simulate the front end layout. Hi, have few questions about the home page.
Question 1. where the top section of the content where you have 4 posts displayed with their featured photo.(when you mouse over picture zooms) on bottom of the left image you have autor and date below the article title. How do I get rid of the date and author. I ONLY want to remove it from there not from rest of the page. When I change the option from the theme panel, it removes it from every page. I still want to display author and date for the rest of the content.
Question 2. Under “Don’t Miss” section Immediately to right you have categories (all, fashion, new look…) how do I remove that. I don’t want to show the categories there. When I make changes in the visual composer Block2 has no effect. It doesn’t matter what I change in the Filter Tab or Ajax filter, nothing happens.
