You will need custom to make this work like on Big Grid, you can try this custom css in Theme Panel > Custom Css and change the block number:

You may need more css customizations, I suggest to get someone to help you with this if you don’t have basic css experience, as we cannot provide custom work at this time.

You use a lot of plugins. The speed booster move the js and css at the bottom of the page to Eliminate render-blocking, but not for all plugins. You need to modify the plugin(speed booster) if you want to work with other plugins, but nothing is guaranteed that will work.

Read here: The demo uses the tagDiv speed booster plugin – basically that plugin will make the theme use the compressed javascript file from the theme (instead of the regular one) and it also moves all the stylesheets and javascripts (codes) to the bottom of the page. This may break compatibility with some wordpress plugins (the ones that we recommend when you install the theme are well tested and work perfectly

Unfortunately Big Grid blocks and Big Grid Slider can be used only on full width row, you can check also our demo – http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/big-grid-slide/
You can use only IOS slider on 1 or 2 columns like this – http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ios-slider/

I’m not sure what you are trying to change in this file, as td_css_generator.php created a css code for your when you make some changes in Theme Panel, for example when you change theme accent color it will apply that color on block title background and on links hover color http://screencast.com/t/qZxctkwX – http://screencast.com/t/01irLsLMYY
You can use custom css in Theme Panel to paste your css code if you want to customize a color or make your change directly in style.css file.
