Hello,
I am looking for a possibility to filter a block and/or slider with multiple categories. According to tagDiv tutorial (https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/) there should be a possibility for that, but I cannot find this kind of filter in the tagDiv Composer. Do you have any idea?
Otherwise, is there any workaround? My goal is to show certain posts in a slider, but I don’t wanna show them below in the block. I wanted to do that with categories, but I don’t see any possibility if I only can choose one category per Block.

1. Please make sure that you have accomplished all the system requirements as in our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

3. That is a WordPress feature, not a Newspaper Theme one.

I’m trying to save the YouTube API key under Theme Panel/Social Networks. It does not save. I have contacted my hosting company about this and the only possibility they can speculate on is that I have a security firewall up on the site. Can this be the problem, and if so, is there a workaround, like a whitelist of YouTube’s IP? How would I get the YouTube IP? I am using the template “Block 112-Romania News PRO” thank you for your attention to this matter.

1. If you use only cloud template and replace the blocks with flex blocks, then you can disable the standard pack, also these cloud templates are made using shortcodes for each element from inside the cloud template that can be set with tagDiv Composer in the place you want, also the cloud templates will be save in database not in a php file.
The cloud templates are working only with tagDiv Composer, therefore if you change the theme, you’ll no longer have access to them.
2. What we can recommend is to use an PRO demo and only adjust it after your needs, in this way you do not need to make a lot of customization, also you can choose from tagDiv Cloud library the templates you want to use.

The theme is not so complicate, but most of the old users are afraid to use tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library, we recommend to play with thee on localhost after that to make a staging site like BruceInLouisville, now the theme provide the freedom to do almost everything, if you are looking for a simple theme we can recommend to use Newsmag theme, this is more basic, without so many options and cloud templates.

Please make sure that you have your own articles, after that you can edit the homepage using tagDiv Composer click on the flex blocks and check to see if there are set some filters or not.

Hello! I’ve a problem when I add grid block in a column. I attach a screenshoots to show you.
For example in Comprar page (http://www.centrehistoricmanresa.cat.mialias.net/?page_id=420) I add Block 3 below the title, in inline column. In admin view, I see the 3×3 grid, but in frontend, I see only one column with a big image. What am I doing wrong

Hi, I am implementing the Newspaper Thenme and after going through the Widget section which ought to display the blocks in the Siderbar, footer 1 – 3, the entire place shows blank.
Do assist me out on how to get through this. I tried creating a page for the footer too, but the footer templates in the Cloud Library was also blank.
My block post is overlaping with side contents. I can imagine this is some padding issue. but couldnt find the solution. can you plz refer the attachment to find the issues and refer the website url as well. Thanks

First experience a bit exhausting using TD Composer, realtime changes don’t work properly, endless loading, same thing when you click save.
note: I have also disabled some plugins that might affect the performance of TD composer.

Hi,
Usually this issue is related to a firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel or editing a page with tagDiv Composer, usually it displays a 403 or 404 error, if you have these errors, you will have to contact your host and let them know that your admin-ajax.php is blocked either by firewall or the security settings.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module which blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.

my website has totally started to act weird as of some recent update.
I had to re-enter my license key, My header won’t load the image. the footer is messed up too. I had to re-enable thumbnails in the blocks due to an error appearing on the homepage asking me to enable them for some reason, I had to re-enable my custom CSS code. Please help! how can I get back to a few days ago?
I am totally out of the loop, the website hasn’t been maintained for a long time, It’s meant to just sit there and do very little.

I’m trying to create a colour change state on mouseover when the cursor hovers over a Block Header 8 title.
I can get all other elements to change colour on hover (such as article title) using a FLexblock. I can also add a URL link to the Block Header 8 title, but it would be great for navigation if the header title (such as ‘Your Garden’ on the linked-to image example) change colour on mouseover.
