Hello,

I am using Ad Inserter plugin, and it works correctly if not using the Cloud Templates. If using Default templates all works ok, but I can’t personalize the templates.

When I enable the Cloud Templates, all the Ad Inserter blocks get duplicated and I have found no way to fix this .. can you please help me?

I am using latest version of Newspaper theme.

I spent countless hours trying to activate the latest theme 10.2 I bought a couple of weeks ago for another website. I never had any issues in the past. There was only a maintenance plugin on the newly installed wordpress site. Is there a code that is blocking the activation key registration?

How do I skip the user account registration? I’m already a registered user, there’s no need another account.

I recently purchased the NewsXpaper theme.
And I have been having difficulties installing the theme. Frustration has just kicked in. Particularly is the plugins – The tagDiv composer plugins continues to give an error message each time i click on TD composer – and it has been blocking the work of installing the template. Here is the error message i get when i click on the TD composer :

What do I do?

In that regard, Can you please look at the stage setup, we are having some concerns that the theme is not performing properly.

We have had multiple issues wherein the theme Cloud Template imports had failed and we are facing a really slow stage setup.
We have worked on other themes and you can also install and play around as much as you want to run some health checks and other details, the server is fairly equipped.( Attached Screenshot of Server Config)
I have purchased a new theme and license as the previous on had expired as the purchase was way long back.

I am unsure why my custom post template when selected is just leaving my posts blank. Please explain a walk-thru of how to get the cloud template to transfer over to the posts. I already created on in the cloud and selected it in the post but it just stays blank with no blocks or anything.

Hi I hit the cloud import for block 112 and other blocks from the cloud but it does not load on the page. I can create a page from it but not put them in as individual elements. What am I doing that it is not working?

“Default 696px” is great since it doesn’t crop the original image size.
However, it is too large for grid-like layouts (looking good, but not the best for page loading performances).

Is it possible to add an extra image size option to this block (eg: a custom one @320w)?

No matter how many times I set the ‘Image Caption Align to ‘Centered’ , as soon as you tab away from the block or click on the document option, when you go back to it is reset to ‘None’.

I have tried saving it whilst still on the block, and different combinations, but my text is still left hand aligned as the setting has returned to ‘None’ each time.

all want to change the display is
for example
block a, block b , block c in desktop version

and change to
block b block a and block c in mobile version

that’s it all want it is and am trying to make u understand
