Usually this issue is related to a firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually it displays a 403 or 404 error.
I suggest to check your System Status and increase all the php.ini directives at least to the recommended values – https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module which blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.

That happens because there is an inline CSS for it on the body tag it seems

If you did not set that manually, maybe a plugin is adding it for some reason. It will affect many elements.
I could give you a code to override the text align center, but it would be better to try and identify what is adding it in the first place.

I’m having a problem like this. I have an article, and I want to add a block to my article but don’t want to use page builder with TagDiv Composer. So I added the following shortcode to my article: “[td_block_7 limit =" 10 "category_id =" 48 "ajax_pagination =" load_more "]“. It was great that it worked well. However, it seems that its format is not the same as when I used a page builder. When I use the page builder, the posts on my block are divided into two columns, but when I paste the shortcode in my article, I don’t use page builder, there is only 1 column left. Besides, I had a solution that I created a 2-column table in my article. Then I pasted two blocks into the two columns of that table.

However, there is a problem. The content of 2 columns is duplicated. I remember that Newspaper had a setting to avoid duplicating the content between blocks on 1 page, but I couldn’t remember where it was. Could you please help me?

I’ve restored an earlier backup till I can figure out what happened
I used the enveto plugin to update the theme. it said it updated fine but the front page was blank with no blocks.
I then clicked to edit in td composer and it said it was created with tg composer

In the meantime I’m trying to use flex block as an alternative, but when I save it, it does not appear in the widget available in classic widget section of wordpress. Can you confirm that flex block saved in Composer are not available as a widget in WP ? THanks
Hi – I can’t figure out how to customize my category pages outside of your templates. I would basically like my category pages to organize their content by the subcategories like my homepage does for my two top level categories using blocks. Is this possible?
HAVE: Homepage – Sailing & Travel Categories
WANT: Sailing – Life Aboard, Boat Projects & Gear categories
WANT: Travel – North America, South America, Caribbean and Europe categories
I can get the categories to display under the headline, but I can’t figure out how to organize the content by subcategories.

Hi, I would like to have horizontal scroll for block in mobile view.
So I found MODULE FLEX 7, which is used in Big Grid Flex 9 and 10.
But I don’t need MODULE FLEX 6, which is also used in Big Grid Flex 9 and 10.
I think I can hide MODULE FLEX 6 using css…but, do you have any recommendations to have horizontal scroll for block in mobile view without add css?
Or is it possible to add horizontal scroll for Flex Block 1 in mobile view by using css?
So what I did was create a home page with the TagDiv composer.
Only put two elements there: Big Grid Full 10 and Flex Block 1.
Pretty simple stuff, but when I test it mobile, the second element, Flex Block 1, doesn’t adapt. It shows the same 3 sad and tiny columns.
Any quick fix for this?

Unfortunately the grids have a specific number of posts to show, there is no option for post limit to can sho more posts, sorry! you can try the flex blocks and adjust theme to look like some big grids.

Quick question — For some reason, the thumbnails on Module 16 have stopped showing. I have installed and run the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin.
I looked in the Thumbnails on Modules and Blocks page, and couldn’t find a switch for Module 16. So, I turned on the 356×364 for MX16 just to be safe.
Since the thumbnails aren’t working for Module 16, I switched the blog page to Module 10, and that one is working with thumbnails showing.
So, this isn’t urgent. But, I just am wondering what could be causing the problem.

You can make a sticky post but the easiest way is to: create a new block, i’ve used block 22, Limit the post number to only 1 and add a custom title to it: https://www.screencast.com/t/xfKNCJn5
In the filter area you should edit the POST ID filter and add the id of the post you want it sticky or by tag slut.

I was able to correct the majority of the issues with the exception of one thing. I had two main images on my homepage below my slider and now I can’t seem to edit them at all as they appear cropped/glitched out on the homepage since the update. Here is a screenshot of some code I see in TD composer but there’s no way for me to edit it or click on it.
edit: I’m also noticing that the “empty space” and “single image” from the composer block shortcode is missing.

For example:
*I can’t delete a block or element once I put it in;
*I can’t import or load any Templates

I’m trying to decrease the padding between posts in a block on my homepage — I’ve changed it on the panel in the various places (metadata, category, tags) but the Headlines are still pretty spaced out in the block. Is there a way to simply change this padding space between text?
Hi. I like very newspaper it is a user friendly theme, user friendly, and I really appreciate and respect your work. You are well done and real talents. But there are some unclear moments.
tag div composer is certainly cool. But what about the pages of the store, forum and others? I read a lot of topics offered some complex schemes with page builder to others, but I would like to still at least these pages can be added row and column with the size and insert shortcode. I couldn’t find, and judging by the responses in the topics it not: creating row and column, and paste there the shortcode of any plugin content. Now the site is set up, and the store looks excuse me how very strange it if to put it mildly.
2 an important point is the mobile theme and the problems with it. I tried to set up on the site and what I saw. 1. It’s not customizable. In fact, the settings are displayed in the mobile field, but why if I can configure the display of blocks in the “mobile resolution” icon with the tag div composer, it actually loses its meaning. Need or setup what to show in mobile more convenient, or even what is it then? Another point is the display of blocks at mobile resolution, some blocks especially promo Big grid simply does not respond to mobile permissions, leaving part of the screen view. Why?
3 is a detail of Woocommerce support – in fact she barely made. There are no particular styles, although it would be possible to make them much better. The same as for the Bbpress forum – it is also barely made when it is a long time and it would be worth as a store for a long time to take note.
4 important question – SEO parameters. Are everywhere important in H3 tags and similar others, should be given an opportunity like that in General to manage and edit on a simple span example no H tag at all. But not poking in each block, namely in General to make the setting.

This can be a plugin conflict, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
