1.The 4 big news blocks positioned right under the logo and announcement has disappeared, along with the entire black footer section on the landing page after i have published the website (28hrs ago). Everything was fine after i published it, and i haven’t made any changes after the publication but chunks of info have just….disappeared.
2.The “about us” page contents somehow ended up replacing the footer section. i’ve contacted bluehost for help but the problem remains unresolved.
3.The drop down arrow on the top menu, along with the sns icons on the top right section turns into a square when i publish the website.
Is there a way to resolve this issue?
I’m trying to create image blocks that link to pages (not posts), but to me it feels like I can only create these types of elements around blog posts.
For example I’d like to create two columns. On the left, 1 big image and with a link to a page. On the right column, I’d like three rows, each with a smaller image linking to a page. Basically like Big Grid Flex 3, only not pointing to blog posts but images I choose.
Is this possible?
I just switched back from another demo to the default demo. There’s a huge amount of space between my menu and homepage title. When I inspect it, here is the block:

Indeed, when an article is being read, the sidebar displays the pdf but I cant find where to put this “button/widget text” on the Homepage.
My pdf docs are already in my library.

because I need to customize the login form messages in the modal
but my “child-file” is not being recognized
Already checked file permissions and file owner:group on my apache.
That should not be blocking the use of the file.

I got behind in updating my Newspaper themed site and woud appreciate your advice on the best order of updates that might best retain the current site layout and function. Below are the current versions in place. In which order should I update WP, Newspaper, and plugins? Do I need to progressively install intermediate Newspaper version before installing v.9.7.2 ?
If so, where can I download v8.0 and v9.0?
Due to my negligence, and despite running multiple spam/malware/virus blockers (Stop Spammer, Bad Behaviour, Wordfence, Sheild), the site did end up with hacker infected coding. After many scans I believe I’ve removed all mal-code, and deleted and replaced old, with updated plugins.
Do you have any suggestions for best malware scanning tools? I used Wordfence, Quttera, and Sheild.

I actually want to use the Fast News template as default on every category. So if I set the category settings to ‘inherit from global’, it applies the template, but the blocks containing articles aren’t filtered. Every article is shown, which should not be the case. Is there any way to fix this?

Our theme doesn’t have a sticky post options. In order to stick a post onto the homepage add a block using the tagdiv composer and filter it so it will display only one post. For example i used block 23, restrained it to only show 1 post and you can filter it so it will display by post id.

Same problem at homepage, when i remove many blocks such as “DON’T MISS”, “LIFESTYLE NEWS”,”LATEST REVIEWS”，it appears “empty column”, and i can’t remove it anymore.
How can it be removed?

The mobile version is look like that because you have the mobile theme plugin that provide you a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

thanks. Maybe it is possible to implement different Options in one of the next updates, so that it is possible to Show different blocks of Top Posts within a site. A good orientation would be the popular Posts plugin and ist various Options for different widgets and page blocks.

Maybe I am misunderstanding something. Modules will use the same thumbnail size across all browsers. Unless retina thumbnails are enabled, then these will be displayed when needed (retina devices).
So the module 1 (from block 3) will load the 324×160 thumbnail size on Chrome

This can be checked with the browser inspector. From what I can see the block display just fine on both Chrome and Firefox, and I can’t see any issues with the thumbnails of block 3 in the website at this moment, or previously.

Usually this issue is related to a firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually it displays a 403 or 404 error.
I suggest to check your System Status and increase all the php.ini directives at least to the recommended values – https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module which blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.

Hello, when I put a custom ad block in the sidebar in the TagDiv Composer, it moves down the main menu, above the highlighted content.
The custom code is from a Google Ad Manager account, I programmed it with a shortcode, I made one for the header and it works fine, but if I put it in the area that manages the TagDiv Composer it moves to the mentioned position.
The code generated by the shortcode is:

Hii how to remove this comment icon from block on homepage
This is what is happening. Block 3 when seen with Firefox is using 533×261 as images. While Chrome is using the correct specification 324×160. The reason the photos are not appearing in Firefox (unless I upload them again which is what I’m doing) is because some years ago I deleted hundreds of 533×261 from the server. This was not happening with the version of the theme I previously had.

The Modified Date Option on blocks and modules was add since Newspaper v9.6, I think that you have an older version of theme, that is way you do not have this option in theme panel.
