I’m using Block 11 for this category: Discussion Reports
I was successful in removing the author name but I want to display date in the meta information which I’m not able to in it’s corresponding article. Please help me in displaying the date here. It uses post style 1.
I have an adsense adbox in the sidebar but the ad is smaller than the widget-blocks.
How can I remove the padding/whitespace for the adsense ad in the sidebar so the adsense ad is the same width as the widgetblocks?

Simion, Thanks for the instructions. I was able to use the Theme Panel to disable the author name across all blocks/modules. But how do I activate the author name for just one block only (block 21) so it features posts from our guest writers? Thanks, Robert

Hi,
That is not a problem to fix. It just means that you do not have the necessary thumb size enabled in the theme panel. Some thumb sizes might be disabled by default. Maybe additional options can be available regarding this section in future updates, but I could not say for sure when this will happen. Another option would be to disable the Related articles feature, and use a shortcode containing a block set to display the posts you want. Something like this for example

I just bough the theme and I am loving it so far. I am using big grid 3 on my home page, and I am linking most of the blocks to other pages, which is easy enough. I am having trouble linking one of the blocks to a specific link, though. For example, one link is to the same home page, but to an area with an anchor (#logos). I cannot seem to figure out how to edit the big grid to add this anchored link. Can you help? Thank you!

Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to do this, sorry! You should try finding some plugins which have this functionality and check how it will work for you. If you will check our blocks you will see the Slider and Big Grid Slider which can be loaded via Visual Composer. If you want to display your custom post type on the block, you must enter it’s name in the required field. The sort the posts as you want. Example for a custom post type

We’re experiencing some kind of an issue with the Most popular category feed, which we have in place in the footer. It doesn’t seem to update at all at this point, we’ve had the same categories in place for some weeks now.

I suggest you disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear the cache if you have one installed, then use this guide to regenerate your thumbnails

The theme creates the thumb sizes used on the blocks from the featured image you set for the post, maybe something is interfering with this process, try the regeneration tool and it should recreate the thumbs needed.

You should address Themeforest support to determine WHY your account got blocked. Fraud? Stolen account? Mis-use and online posting of software (warez) ? What?
I don’t work here, but if you bought the theme from Themeforest, generally you need to work out account issues with them directly. If they say you need to create a new account because your old account was hacked, then you likely need to do so.
Remember you bought the theme from Themeforest, not from TagDiv directly.
( I don’t work here, just some advice. )
