All of these elements can be hidden if you want to use a bit of CSS code. Now you need to go and edit the respective modules in the theme files. The big module (mx19) already has the author name and date displayed and in it’s structure

There is no header style like the one you mention, available in the theme at the moment. More header styles could be introduced in future updates. If you would like to modify a header style to look like that one, it will have to be made custom.

For the second, notice that our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to add the icon play on the posts, but only on the thumbs in blocks, sorry! If you want to add this option, you should edit the theme core files and also, edit the post template used by you.
