Hi
Please make sure that you updated the plugin according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ also clear all caches, deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer and test again.
Let us know how it goes.

Hi
You must have post views enabled from Theme Panel > Post Settings – http://screencast.com/t/JqH3jwFX6xA then you can test it by editing a post and take a look at custom fields: http://screencast.com/t/mSiJvu61tGj then refresh the post a few times and check if it increments. If those values are changed when the post is viewed then 7 day sort should work properly and the post should appear to your block.
Please check this without any plugins active except of Visual Composer, clear cache and see if you still have this issue.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks!
Hi
Please check in System status if the Seed Booster plugin is active: http://screencast.com/t/aB6l7kDziC If the plugin is disabled try to comment this lines: http://screencast.com/t/HaOmyxJ45oX Also make sure that you added the correct file id, clear all caches and test again.
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks!
Hi
Please make sure that you updated the social ids according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/ also clear all caches and test again.

Hi
I’ve checked your site on iPod and the content seams to be displayed fine now: http://screencast.com/t/L32f62Vb – http://screencast.com/t/mMpjGDMBF If you still have this issue try to clear the iPad/iPhone cache memory, deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer and test again. If the problem persist please provide a screenshot and a specific link so I can inspect it closer.
Thanks!
Hi
Try to deactivate the Speed Booster plugin then check in browser console if the errors still appear. First try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches and test again.
If the errors appear only when Speed Booster is activated, that happens because some plugins cause conflicts when their’s resources are moved to footer. You can check a plugin behavior with Speed Booster enabled by adding it on allowed plugins list: http://screencast.com/t/dCMffJFq or by moving its css/js resources at page bottom: http://screencast.com/t/P7r6uHvvJl
For more information regarding Speed Booster please check this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/speed-booster-questions/
Hope this help.
Thanks!
Hello,
I enabled the 7 days sorting on my site in back end and in the bloc settings in widget and home page.
It’s not working.
I have wordpress super cache plugin
nothing is displaying.
how to fix this ?
thx
Perhaps try turning off all other plugins except Visual Composer; clearing all your cache; check page in console for JS errors. Check Disqus twitter account to see if service outage, etc.
If comments not showing *in* your Disqus account itself, then there is problem with plugin conflict.
If comments are showing *in* your Disqus admin account, but NOT on your post pages, either plugin conflict, or connection issue, caching/ajax issue or similar.
Also double check the wordpress.org support page for any known timeouts/bugs/conflicts with other things.
None of that might apply to you — just some normal debug food for thought. Damn WordPress gremlins!!!! 🙂
You are correct, I don’t have a mega menu
When I clear all of the caches and click any of the pages in the main nav they seem to take a lot longer to load than the posts I click

Load times for a post are typically around 2 seconds
Load times for a page are typically between 4 – 5 seconds in some cases between 8 and 11 seconds on my most recent test this afternoon.
why do you think this might be the case?
Hello
As you can see, the right widget goes under the article:
I uninstall 3 last plugins installed, empty the cache but it change nothing.
To prevent the widget to go on the middle of the page, I deactivate the SMART SIDEBAR
Please help!
Hi
I am not sure at what items are you referring, as you don’t have a mega menu on your site and the ajax pagination in blocks works fine. If you still have this issue, please provide more details also some screenshots pointing the issue will help a lot, but meanwhile try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, browser cache too and test again.
Thanks!
Hi
I’ve test this on my side with Speed Booster plugin active and Add to Cart button works fine. Please make sure that you updated the plugin along with the theme, clear all caches and test again.
Let me know how it goes and if the problem persist please provide more details or a screen pointing the issue, so I can provide a more accurate answer.
Thanks!

Hi Guys,
This seems an odd one but my load times for items in the top navigation on the home page seem a lot slower than all the other stuff on my site, obviously once they’re cached it makes it quicker but they seem to take anything from 10 to 30 seconds to load the page.
I’ve optimised the site and the server to death with caching and htaccess changes etc and while these have had a noticeable effect on site speed of the site in general the one thing that always remain is the apparent difference in load time between the items from the home page navigation and posts from the content areas.
Maybe this is to do with how I have set up the menu items?
Let me know your thoughts
Hi,
Please provide a link so I can inspect this, also you can check this without any plugins active except of Visual Composer, clear cache and see if the issue is still there. Also you could remove the custom css maybe you have a code that affect this.
Thanks!
Did you upload the entire theme folder over the old one; or did you properly delete old theme folder then upload the new theme — that is common issue. Also be sure to delete cache on server/CDN as applicable and clear your own cache in browser for any java issues.
Not sure that is cause; but worth a try! 🙂
I can’t switch off woocommerce as I have just sent out a newsletter.
The cart button works in chrome on tablets and IE, but not on my PC
I have been getting orders – so it works on other browsers.
After looking at some forums – cache plugins and functions.php come up???
Thank you, I enabled that option you told me to then cleared the cache, refreshed the page but unfortunately images are still opening in a new window

Tried a few different browswers too, any ideas why this could be?
Hi,
First make sure that it is not a plugin that cause this issue, please disable all the plugins except of Visual Composer, clear cache and then check if the issue is still there.
Also if you have some custom modifications to the theme files please remove them and check again.
I also checked this and did not found any issues using the latest theme version 6.5 and also only the plugins that come with the theme active.
Thanks!
Hi
Have you added any tracking code in added in theme spot: http://screencast.com/t/xEfkrTiL2R If so please make sure that the code is is correct. Also try this with a default WordPress theme, clear all caches, deactivate all plugins and test again.
If you still have this issue send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and ftp access so we can inspect this closer.
Thanks!
Hi nathan,
I have checked your site and saw the problem. Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear your cache and check again.
If the problem is still there send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your login info so we can take a closer look at the problem.
Thank you!
Hello Simon,
Please make sure you add the correct name in the Instagram box (just ID not url): http://screencast.com/t/Xdszpv7jd – i set it at my end: http://screencast.com/t/DqhRQDq0QPfz
You can also try to disable all other plugins except visual composer, clear your cache and check again.
Thanks.
Hi
I’ve checked your site and the background ad seems to be displayed fine now: http://screencast.com/t/7KYQyOkSz
I am not sure what you mean, do you want to remove the background ad? If so try to remove the code which generate the ads, deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches and test again. I don’t know what links you added to display background ad and what result should return, so please provide more details if you still have this issue and maybe I can provide a more accurate answer.
You can check the theme functionality regarding the background ads in our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-system-full-guide/
Hope this help.
Thanks!
