Hi,
Please try to disable all your plugins leave just Visual Composer active, clear cache and purge your files if you use CDN, then check if you still have this issue. Also disable all css/js minification. If you don’t have this issue anymore please activate your plugins one by one and see which one caused this issue.
Thanks!
Hi,
I have checked your site and also category url doesn’t work – http://screencast.com/t/PTXq4vmadtr Please resave your permalinks and also deactivate all plugins except of Visual Composer, clear cache and check if you still have this issue.
Thanks!
Sorry! it’s OK…
I had to clear the cache on CloudFlare!
Thanks!
Hi,
This feature doesn’t work well with caching plugins, so you should test this without a cache plugin. I guess that this caused also issues with your block (“it doesn’t update that often”).
Also you have to wait 24-48 hours to be sure that the above solution works as this sort option is applying from the moment that it is activated on a block.
Thanks!
Hi,
I have checked your site and did note found any issues – http://screencast.com/t/nWzVmUjiP please clear cache and also browser’s cache.
Thanks!
Hi,
@abarrell Please deactivate all plugins, leave just Visual Composer active, clear cache and purge your files, then check if you still have this issue. Also disable any css/ js minifications. If you don’t have this issue anymore activate your plugins one by one and see which one created this issue or maybe it is a conflict between more plugins.
I have checked your site and you have some errors in the console – http://screencast.com/t/tX1Czbf1qL
@aricandra You also can try the above suggestion, these problems usually arise from plugins conflict.
Thanks!
didn’t seem to work
Cleared cache aswell just to make sure but the same posts were still there even though there would have been minimal traffic on those pages within the last 24hrs
Hi,
Please check this only with Visual Composer and Jetpack plugins active and clear cache, if you think that this happens only when Jetpack plugin is active as maybe it is in a conflict with another plugin.
Also check the cache plugin settings we recommend to use on page cache – https://forum.tagdiv.com/w3-total-cache-configuration/
Thanks!
Hi,
Please check the above css solution, it is tested on your site and it should work fine(please use !important tag for width value).
@media (min-width: 768px){
.single .td-pb-span12.td-main-content .td-post-content iframe {
width: 650px !important;
display: table;
margin: 0 auto;
}
}
Yes, you are right about this, changing to 66% it will change the width also on mobiles, but the custom css should work. Please clear cache as I have checked your article and iframe is 100% as you can see – http://screencast.com/t/9eVOmWOJ554q
Thanks!
Hi,
I also tested this and redirect to the url on submission it works fine – http://screencast.com/t/fdKuN1NYj Please check this without any plugins active, leave just Visual Composer and Contact Form active, clear cache and check again as it may be a conflict with another plugin.
Thanks!
Hi,
I also checked your id lesuberante and it is working fine – http://screencast.com/t/6ivi0nayMC – http://screencast.com/t/qigJERWrI8 Please clear cache if you use a cache plugin and also please note that it might take a while to update.
Thanks!
It looks like there are a “Cache” problem!
When I press F5 (Refresh) many times, it works again…
Sorry!
It look like is working now…
Thanks.
Hi,
Please check this also without any plugins active, leave just Visual Composer active, clear cache and se if the post font size is changing from Theme Panel. I have also checked this and did not found any issues. I have checked you article and found that also the default css for post content is overwritten – http://screencast.com/t/VRTSYf3m on my side – http://screencast.com/t/ya6VanJ8lxJW
Or if you want to add font size using custom css you can use !important tag – http://screencast.com/t/cu2WsFhV63
body .td-post-text-content {
font-size: 16px !important;
}
Thanks!
Sir, I believe you have found Newspaper 6 documentation, thank you 🙂 look at the breadcrumbs!
Nice to have a peek of the next version of the theme, including that new thumbnail sizes feature. Changing from w3 cache to wp super cache seems good too. tagDiv team said they were working hard to release it in the next couple of weeks or so.
Cheers!

Code is paste in sidebar section, as header section, theme is 1.7.1, no active plugin…and not shown in firefox (cache cleared) but visible in IE…
Header ok on both…
Any idea ?
Hi,
Please provide a link so we can inspect this. Also please make sure that you add your adsense code properly as if it works on header it should work also on sidebar. Also please make sure that you use the latest theme version 1.7.1. and check this without any plugins active, leave just Visual Composer active and clear cache.
Thanks!
Hi,
Like I said I also checked this and I couldn’t replicate this (uploaded an image 150×150 ) – http://screencast.com/t/IQ0gkhTIFM – http://screencast.com/t/DfpVuaPB
Please try this with a bigger image – http://screencast.com/t/FmfO8bneBhI and without any plugins active, leave just Visual Composer and WP User Avatar active, clear cache and check if it works.
If you still have this issue send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-access so we can take a look, also paste a link to this topic so we can know who you are. We will answer as soon as possible!
Thanks!
Hi,
I have removed your site credentials and you should not post it here as this is a public forum.
Please check this without any plugins active, leave just Visual Composer active and see how it is loading when a user is logged in as maybe there is a plugin that slow loading when a user is logged in. Also you can try to use a cache plugin like WP Super Cache and see how it goes.
Thanks!

Hi,
Not sure why do you have this issue, please create a new post, add that content and publish to see if you still have this problem. Also check this without any plugins active, leave just Visual Composer active, clear cache and purge your file if you use CDN.
Thanks!
Hi Alin,
I’ve found that my page only updates immediately if I delete my cache, For example, each time I make a change it would only be visible immediately if i delete my cache immediately after making the change, otherwise I have to wait 5-10 minutes before it takes effect.
Do you know the reason behind this? Is there a setting I need to do?
Regards
Nhan
Hi,
Please provide a link so we can take a look, also please check this without any plugins active except of Visual Composer plugin and clear cache if you use a cache plugin or browser’s cache.
Thanks!
Hi,
Please make sure you also have the post views active and also test this without using caches as the last days 7 post count works based on post views so if you use cache this might not work properly.
Please also note that it pulls from ALL the posts the most accessed in the last 7 days NOT the posts that are published in the last 7 days.
Thanks!
Also to note I have updated js_composer and cleared all caches.

Hi,
Did you checked this without any plugins active except of Visual Composer and clear cache?
It seems a cache issue as your changes are applied when the cache expires and it is not enough that you have disabled it you also need to clear cache to take effect or try without plugin (delete it). Also you can clear browser cache.
Thanks!
Hi,
You have some js errors in the console – http://screencast.com/t/nVcjM8aoQ Please disable all plugins except of Visual Composer, clear cache, purge your files if you use CDN and check if you still have this issue. Also try this without any css/js minifications.
Thanks!
