I managed to clear the cache of the whole site and now everything seems to work perfectly!! thanks to you. Only problem I entered a Row with Html to enter the Tiktok Embed code, I see it on my smartphone but it doesn’t come out in the backend of the site, I cleared the cache and it doesn’t come out anymore and I can’t modify or delete it.

Maybe I fixed it, in wp rocket I saw create separate cache for mobile site, and now it seems to work. But I have the same problem with the articles pages, in that case I don’t know how to clear the cache and how to manage the articles page. Can you help me Anamaria thank you for your precious help.

I use WP Rocket for caching I can’t find the settings you told me to follow. I also saw that when I clear the cache the site becomes the way I want it to be mobile, but after a while it goes back to being the desktop one. Please help me, I can’t figure out why this is happening. thank you

A few people have submitted requests for tagDiv to create a Block that would make it easy to add a “Table of Contents” to the theme. I have personally tried “Easy table of contents” plugin and other plugins, just as tagDiv suggested in earlier responses.
However, in 3 recent instances, those two TOC plugins corrupted my headers during an update to a new plugin version. Therefore not useable.
In addition, Newspaper ver. 12 just did the same header disaster yesterday. I was forced to reset my tagDiv license key, clear the cache, then revert to the earlier version to get my site back.
It is clearly all related to the table of contents plugin, which begs the question, “Why won’t tagDiv create a block for us to insert a compatible table of contents within their Theme?”
Thereby allowing us to delete the WP table of contents plugin that conflicts with the Newspaper Theme. Reminder to support similar inquiries to mine dates back well over one year…

thanks, yes, i found it. But if I enable this section i will get on mobile the same problem with a different Layout (Black Header, no more article below the article etc) ahoug I have cleared the cache.

thanks. I deactivated it and deleted manually all content in /cache folder.
At the moment we do not use any caching pluging – to find the error….

Now it seems to work, but we get strange content on some pages

Thanks Calin, I will update asap to new version. I have answered you in the other post saying that the code only works when injected manually, as we show you, and caches were cleaned after the injection. If caches not cleaned or code is not here in custom fields the site works fine (so it couldn’t be an infected file in the server because the malware should then ALWAYS work, I hope I’m explaining well).

Ok thats the answer I wanted. I would update asap.

If any file infected in all the server files then the malware will run ALWAYS. The problem is that the malware only works when the hacker use tdcomposer / tdpanel option (as my partner and I said) to put into the custom javascript and custom html.

When you delete the code from there (I made 2 days ago and, fortunately, it doesn’t appears again) and clean caches, all works fine. When the code is injected and caches are not cleaned, the code doesn’t works because it has been not applied. I mean, it only happens when someone use td panel vulnerability to inject it. I don´t know if only in old version, I have 11.5.1.
