So I activated the WP Super cache plugin and then the Post Template sidebar disappeared from the live site. However, it is in TagDiv Single Post Template. Help Me.

That is because you are using the mobile theme plugin, you’ll gain a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)

Also you can show the responsive version on mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/m0bVB5T.png you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ or if you want to have the responsive version only, you can use the amp option from mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/oofST3D.png (to use the mobile theme template on amp) or you can disable the plugin.
When the mobile version or amp is displaying on desktop is a cache problem, we recommend to use WP Super Cache with the settings from our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ also if you are using other cache plugins please deactivate theme and make a test, also this will solve the problem with latest post on mobile device.

No, I have done all the necessary research, deactivated all plugins leaving only Newspaper themes and tagdiv plugin, and after that I clear the cache and check the YouTube and Vimeo js were still there and are categorised under external JavaScript

Our theme is using js for YouTube and Vimeo only if you have these element using on you website also these scripts are internal not external.

This -> https://i.imgur.com/2mBkQGJ.png is not a theme element is coming from a plugin -> https://i.imgur.com/gE111Lv.png you need to find that plugin and check the settings that is using, to make sure that is a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If you do not want to remove that plugin and you only want to hide the author from the category page, you can use a custom css -> https://i.imgur.com/sviuwGl.png

The code need to be set in theme panel> custom code> custom css.

The extra parameters can be set from some plugins, you can make a test, deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Thanks, I got my updated files back. I emptied all the system cache. Kept the computer switch off for some 2 hours. Then I switched on and the updated file was ready for mobile and also pc

There can be some problems between tagDiv Cloud library and WPBakery, we recommend to use only one of them with tagDiv Composer, please disable WPBakery clear all cache and try again.

Hello! I’m new with using this theme and this my first topic. The install was good, but I have 3 remaining problems now.
1. After editing the sub-footer in the theme panel, nothing happens. It keeps on being the same and the text ”© Copyright – Newspaper by TagDiv” is still here.
2. My website (badboyz.fr) looks broke on Microsoft Edge (even after deleting the browser cache). The homepage doesn’t look good. However, it’s perfect on Chrome!
3. Right now, my shop page form my e-books looks very ugly. How can I change this?
