I am using Chrome DevTools > Network (Filter: Img) + Cache Disabled — and without scrolling, the images in the tagDiv gallery are downloaded along with the smaller thumbnail previews below the captions. Hi there,
the issue is related to WP rocket plugin the last version 3.4.2.2. I delete the plugin and to install WP super cache and all is ok now.
Important: Other issue with this plugin was 404 errors. The plugin change all URLs published the last day 30 every month, and publish this URLs again with the day month previous. For this reason errors 404.
I hope someone has help you.

The problem seems to be from a ss that set the opacity on 0 -> http://prntscr.com/q4z1tz -> http://prntscr.com/q4z2cl this can be a cache problem, or a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

After deep investigation I’ve noticed a very unusual thing.
If you inspect the post and see the html the initial opening html tag (html, head) are loaded at the end of the page.
Disabling the caching plugin (qp super cache) a small improvement is noted: now the tags are ok but still missing the sidebar, the footer and some js.

I just finished updating to WP 5.3 and Newspaper 10.2 and the theme icons are now missing in some cases.
On my dev site everything worked fine, but on the live site the td-icon class is not showing up. So all social media, search and menu drop-down icons are showing as small squares.
I deleted the theme and re-installed a fresh download of the theme but that did not help.
I also purged our age cache at Cloudflare. That also did not help.
But, here is the weird part. The icons work fine in Safari, just not in Firefox or Chrome.
Any thoughts?

The WP Super cache have an option for mobile theme -> http://prntscr.com/q3tqlj -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ in this way will prevent to load the cache from mobile on desktop or tablet.

I had the same issue. My hoster has its own cache with its own settings. After deactivate the option “same cache for all devices” it works fine for me.
Maybe your hoster has the same option.
