Hello ChecMark,
I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using a lot of untested plugins which might interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. Try to disable all of them and leave just to active only the required plugins and then, try to create your homepage according to the following useful video tutorial here -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N2wGizMz4X0&t=82s
Now, I saw on your homepage some shortcodes which do not come from our theme, sorry! Please roll back to the default theme functionality, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!

Hello Pierresrl,
You should clear all the caches and check the results. Notice that if the posts do not have the Featured image as a tag, should not appear in the blocks which are filtered by Featured. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect your setup page.
Thanks for your understanding!

Catalin
Good afternoon!
I installed the “WP SUPER CACHE”, however it still has the same problem
So I’d rather stay with the “W3 Total Cache” installed on my system
Your theme works perfectly with “W3 Total Cache” speed is fantastic!
I made the same experiences in my 3 newspaper sites
And all of them when I’m going to edit the main page of the site or edit a new page
the page becomes gray with a circle in the middle of page loading forever
therefore, I will be providing the data from one of my newspaper sites
So you can be checking
okay?
if you can solve the problem, to provide me with the details so that I too may be changing in the other sites.
I will be sending an email with the data of the site!
Thank you Catalin
Aldemi

Hi my friend
Yes, I use W3 Total Cache.
It works great with the newspaper theme, the theme is super fast impecable!
I do not like to substitute because W3 Total Cache is better
But I’ll do the experiment, I’ll contact you shortly to let you know. ok?
Thanks my friend Catalin!
If you type “www.your-url.com/#” which is the mobile web url, into your desktop browser, then the mobile version of the site will show up. Problem is, if you type “www.your-url.com/” without the number symbol it won’t show the desktop version of the site unless you delete Cache.
Please see my domain as a sample.
1) Go to https://crunchy.life/
2) Then go to https://crunchy.life/#
3) And finally try to see if on desktop you’ll see the desktop version instead mobile (again go to https//crunchy.life/)
How can we solve this and have the desktop version show, regardless if a user mistypes /#.
Thanks,
Hello again,
i know that this problem is not really problem of the theme but i am still hoping you guys can help me out with this.
I am using Cloudflare and wp super cache if this is important.
Also i am using PDF viewer and everything works fine untill i need to backup my website for 2 days back because i make a mess in configs(we always learn :D).
Now i am getting that response.
http://prntscr.com/fzmhwo
I tried to use different viewers but they just wont show the pdf document.
Othervise it is everything ok, cuz when i use direct link for pdf it opens.
I need to do something on cloudflare, server or something else ?
Suggestions please if anybody have a clue. 🙂
Thank you.
Hello Aldemi,
Why do you are using the W3 Total Cache as caching plugin? Notice that plugin has not been tested with the theme and might cause a lot of unknown issues like this. Try to replace it with WP Super Cache, clear all the caches and check the results.
Also, if the problem is still there, you should send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your wp-admin so I can take a closer look at your setup page and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello lacoquillita,
Check your system status to be setup according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Clear all the caches and check the results. Try to change the colors and see how it works.
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
I have inspected your website, and the mobile theme is not displaying at all on your website. Please note that the this might be happening because of a plugin conflict.
You can see if that is that case by deactivating all your plugins except the plugins included in the theme package, and clear any caching installed. Then check if then mobile theme is working.
It could also be the caching plugin that you use. It is recommend to use the WP Super Cache plugin for optimal results

Thanks
Hi,
Please go to your plugins folder and deactivate the tagDiv composer. This editor is activated by default, and in some cases when Visual composer is active as well, it could result in issues with Visual composer elements.
Try deactivating the tagDiv composer, and everything should display as it was before. Maybe clear your cache if you have any installed.
Thanks
Hi,
The option you mention has to be activated if you are using a caching plugin, to ensure best results
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/ajax-view-count/
Be sure to clear the cache after enabling this option.
If you do not have any caching installed, there is no need for this option. The view count on the post pages should work properly. Just make sure the post views are enabled in the theme panel

Hello rsh2k1
Notice that you can change your blockquote from Theme panel, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/NlG21NW3yQ Also, if you want to change the default style of this element, you should do it from the style.css and find after blockquote p and from here you can change the default style of this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/EiabJ7eDxN Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello decentabid,
I have tested this demo on my side and it seems to work as expected with 4 version of Newsmag. It seems to be a problem only by your side. I suggest you make a full backup to your database and then make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way to another sub-domain, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
The data will refresh by itself after a period of time. You do not have to do anything. The only thing that could prevent accurate numbers, is a cache.
At the moment it seems the likes are displaying properly from what I can see

Thanks
Hello najarfermin,
Please notice that your posts are not showing at full mode because you have a background image setup to your website and the theme will automatically come to boxed mode. If you will remove the background image, the posts will be displayed in normal mode. This is not a problem caused by your update, sorry! Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
Those are a lot of warnings. Something is not functioning properly, or there are plugins conflicting between them. What you can try, is to deactivate all your plugins except the ones provided with the theme, and clear any installed cache. Also check any custom code you might have entered in the theme panel, or directly to the theme files. If you use a child theme, switch to the main theme.
Then check if the problem is solved. If it is, activate the plugins one at a time, and possibly identify the cause of the issue.
Also check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide , if necessary
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
You can ask you hosting provider to make them for you if needed, as they might have a recommended method in this regard. These modifications are requires for the good functionality of the theme and plugins. Having many plugins can exhaust the allocated memory.
Thanks
Hi,
I have tested the translation feature, and translated to french without any problems
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Oj5eNUsEgZhw
Be sure to save the settings after the translation has been loaded, in order to display the results.
If the translation is not working, try disabling all your plugins except the ones provided with the theme, clear any installed cache and try again. Also check with the browser inspector for errors (press F12 and in the console section) while translating in the theme panel. The process could be blocked.
Thanks
Just cleared the entire site cache: page-cache, CDN cache, and object cache (and my browser cache for good measure) to no avail. Any ideas?
