Hello,
M15 does not have a read more button, but M14 does. I tested this on my end but the theme color (in my case purple) is set to the read more button as well: http://screencast.com/t/6GVe8aWMr
Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn if you use it as sometimes plugins can interfere with the css.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!
Hello St,
I suspect this strange behaviour of the theme that might be caused by interference between your untested plugins and our theme. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache, purge CDN file if you used and instal only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. The background is tested with our theme by default and works as expected.
Thank you for the message!
Hi,
A CDN is short for a Content Delivery Network. You can read more about it here: http://www.webopedia.com/TERM/C/CDN.html
We generally recommend cludflare and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Thank you!
Hello,
The most common cause of this issue is the plugins you use. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn if you use it. If there is a plugin conflict, this will fix it. Then you need to identify the plugin that causes it.
Thank you!
Hello drae,
I have checked your website and saw your problem with Custom Menu Page. Also, I notice that you have used child theme…please try to switch to the main theme, ensure that you have updated the Visual Composer, disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all cache, purge CDN file is you used and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins and check it again and see how it works. I suspect this problem as could be caused by your child theme…probably is not updated to the latest version and might cause some errors when the code is overwritten.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thank you for the message!
What are CDN files?
Hello Pete,
Please disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. This is most likely a plugin conflict that causes all these issues.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.
Hello carmene,
Please try to configure the CloudFlare according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ Also, please notice that is not a simple task and is require to have some knowledge about this. If you are not aware the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to do this for you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
If I cannot inspect your website, I cannot provide you an accurate CSS code for your sidebar but only I can suggest you trying to target your text class from your sidebar and add this attribute with CSS code for Justify alignment -> text-align: justify;
Hope this helps!

Hello kbfever,
Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache, purge CDN file if you used and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. It is possible to be a conflict between some untested plugins used by you and our theme and this thing could cause this issue.
If your problem is still there after my advice, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your credentials (wp-admin) so we can further inspect your page set up. Also, please provide a link of this topic so we can know who you are and what the issue is.
Hope this helps!
Thank you for them message!
Hi Luca,
Glad to see you are making progress. Cludflare could be causing some issues if different settings are used. We have a guide on it with the settings we recommend: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Your css above did not work because you use 2 classes that apply to the body. If you use both classes that are used by the same element you have to remove the space between them, so the code will work like this:
.single-post.td-boxed-layout #td-outer-wrap{width:100%!important;}
We use a little tool called live css editor. It’s a chrome extension that helps a great deal with editing css.
As for the implementation request, we try to implement as much features in the theme as we can but at the same time keep the theme as light as possible. It is a very hard decision as we have lots of suggestions and there are lots of cool stuff we could implement but it will only make the theme heavier (and it’s pretty ‘heavy’ as it is).
I will pass this info on to our development team and we’ll see what they decide.
Thank you!
Hello solo89,
Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache, purge CDN files if you are using and instal only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Please keep in mind that the Visual Composer will be adjusted by the theme, otherwise, will not work fine. If you are installed the Visual Composer ‘standalone’ as they suggested, this plugin will not work as expected because it will be adjusted by the theme. Please try our advice and let us know how it goes. After this if your problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your credentials (login information) so we can further inspect the problem. Also, please provide the link to this topic so we know who you are and what the issue is.
Hope this helps!

Hello
I have checked your website and saw that you logo menu is fitted okay, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/q5JOk2w4uB
Also, I saw that you have strange characters on your side. This issue is known when using CDN or loading fonts from a different source.
Take a look at this: http://screencast.com/t/AMjW530CSH6 and this: http://screencast.com/t/dLjEUGGwQUZ
The solution to this issue is simple. You will need to add some code to your .htaccess file like this post suggests: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/strange-chinese-symbols-replaced-icons-and-arrows/
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hi,
If you have any doubts if a problem is a theme related issue or an issue on your end, then you can always check our live demo to see how it should display. In this case: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/td-post-lenovo-details-new-computers-that-could-be-heading-our-way-in-2015/
As you can see it’s not a theme error. Please disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn if you use it. If the problem goes away, it means you have a plugin conflict and you need to identify which one is causing the problem.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.
I tried the same and also disabled cloudflare CDN. But the issue remains.
I have traced down the issue to the class .td-module-thumb.
But if i give a fixed height to this class, it is effecting the submenu thumbnails in the mega menu too.

Hi,
Please disable all your plugins except visual composer and clear cache (reset cdn if you use it) as this is most likely a plugin conflict.
Thank you!
It’s your theme isn’t it? Why don’t you own that anything can be wrong with it?
First it was FB sharing issue which only occurs in your theme, rest every theme I use on the same server works fine with FB sharing. And now all of sudden after your last update these Chinese characters have started appearing. I don’t use CDN bu Jetpack because it is not compatible with your themes list feature.
I will try this version of the code and monitor the site for next 48 hours. As much as I love the theme, these bugs make it difficult to run a website which is solely dependent on traffic.
Hi
Sorry four misunderstanding and for any inconveniences encountered with the theme.
I’ve test this feature on my side with the last theme version available on themeforest and works fine. Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all cachses, purge cdn files if you’re using then test again.
Let us know how it goes and if the problem persist please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your login credentials and we will inspect this issue as soon as possible, also include a link to this topic.
Thanks!
Hello,
Please also try as Catalin replied above and disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Let us know if you still have the issue afterwards.
Thank you!
Hi,
For the minification option, you can use cloudflare as suggested here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Also please make sure you use the tagdiv speedbooster plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ (it does not work with all plugins though)
Thank you!
Hi,
Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer and clear cache and reset cdn if you use it. You might have a plugin conflict that is affecting your website. This is how the default theme should display: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/
If you still cannot manage to do it, please provide wp-admin so we can take a look at this issue. (please send it via email at contact@tagdiv.com) And also include a link to this topic.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
As Chris replied, there might be a plugin conflict.
Thanks.
Hi,
The search icon is not working due to the many js errors you have in your console: http://screencast.com/t/l9f61CpbEfu
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn if you use it. Then check the search again. It should work as expected now. (plugin conflicts are the number one reason for such issues. You can always test the default behavior of the theme here: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/
Thank you!
Hello,
The text logo and tagline work as expected. Please clear your cache and reset cdn files if you use it after you make modifications to the logo: http://screencast.com/t/tXIAptR9IB
Please also make sure you only use the header styles specified here: http://screencast.com/t/ajm6GsNVjG
If you still cannot get it to work, please disable all plugins except visual composer and clear cache as there might be a conflicting plugin.
Thank you!
