Hi,
Hi,
I’d like to import the Blank template from the Cloud Library, but when I click “add new”, I don’t get any templates, instead this message: Invalid reply from server endpoint.
Regards,
Martin.
hi, I installed a demo available from the cloud library, the template is “Magazine pro”, in the example menu there are icons and inspecting the demo I saw that the font family is td-multipurpose, my question is:
How can I consult the entire list of available icons that I can add in the menu items?
Hello !
Please make sure that all the required plugins are active and up to date. Check for TagDiv Composer plugin and TagDiv Cloud library plugin.
Thank you !
Hi,
Yes, you can use a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud Library, these can be edited using tagDiv Composer and you can adjust the mobile layout (please note that this can be use only if you are not using the mobile theme plugin).

Thank you!
Hello !
That is a cloud library header which can only be edited using tagDiv Composer.
Please note that all the PRO demos and the library templates are fully editable using tagDiv Composer, in order to change the background color / image you will have to edit all the ROWS as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/QlYxvmdoUxea
Thank you !
Hello !
Unfortunately due to so many changes being done since version 7, I would recommend to simply re-design your website with Newspaper 10. This will work much faster because the plugins and all the interface from version 7 is simply to outdated to take such a big step.
Also in the re-design proccess I recommend to use either a PRO demo or only cloud library templates that offer you full customization possibility with tagDiv Composer.
Thank you !
Hi CostaVR, I think that you do not understand, the footer page can be access only from forntend, for example, in your screenshots you have the footer template set global and you can edit the homepage with tagDiv Composer and go down to footer and select the elements you want to change (there is no option for footer template like for the rest of cloud templates to edit it from backend).

I want to show in each Article (somewhere in the article) a Newsletter contact form abo field. Is there any way to do that? e.g with cloud library?
edit: for desktop i do with cloud library in sidebar. But Mobile Theme and AMP Theme dont have a sidebar.
@Vlad S
Its possible with Cloud Library!!
Hi,
I’m glad for you!
If you are using a cloud header, then you can edit this file for mega menu -> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/modules/tdb_module_mm.php -> https://i.imgur.com/TkVeN6S.png -> https://i.imgur.com/4V6M6Fq.jpg
Hope this will help you!
Hi,
The footer cloud template can be edited, but it must be set on a page or cloud template in order to be able to edit it, this was the way made by our developers, normal we all think that it should work as a normal template, but is look that the footer template has some elements that can be edited only when it is assigned on a page or cloud. This is the only way that it can be edited after you download it from cloud library -> https://i.imgur.com/K1YzW76.png
Let me know the results!
Hi, yes, the footer section of this demo can not be edited with tagDiv Composer because is a standard footer style and not a cloud template.
You can edit the text (About Us) (Follow Us) from theme panel> translate https://i.imgur.com/c2b5eui.png -> https://i.imgur.com/VN1S18O.png also the logo can be set from theme panel> footer > footer info content -> https://i.imgur.com/ZgYvff4.png

Hi,
Please note that to make pages we recommend to use only the WordPress editor (Gutenberg editor). You can use the WP Bakery with our theme, but only for pages, not for posts and not with tagDiv Cloud library, basically you need to choose one of theme that you want to use.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
If you are using a cloud template you can edit it using tagDiv Composer like this -> https://i.imgur.com/50SrGo5.png
If there is still a problem, let me know, also please provide some more details and some screenshots if is possible!
Thank you!
Hello !
This goes like this:
If you are using any Cloud library templates or any PRO Demos. They will be fully editable using tagDiv Composer. Any setting made in Theme panel will not work over it.
If you have a normal demo and default templates which you can find for example in Theme Panel – Post settings, those will be only editable using the options that are available in theme panel, like colors, fonts, etc.
In order to use tagDiv Composer I recommend either to install a demo, or you will have to create an homepage as you can see in our guide here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/
Also for more tips and tricks you can follow our youtube videos here:https://www.youtube.com/user/tagdiv
I hope this was helpful !
Thank you !
We are seeing this error when trying to add an image to an image box. Just trying to select an image already in the media library.
Invalid data Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
We’ve got cloud templates off. We have tagdiv and wp bakery both enabled.
Error goes way when we deactivate wp bakery. They’ve been working together a while now and we have pages built with both.

On a Post, a plugin I am using to insert Facebook Like/Share buttons is inserting the buttons into 2 different places on a Post. The buttons in each place are exactly the same.
I am using a Cloud Library single post template.
I have replicated this with two different plugins. Each time, content appears twice on the post.
In the settings for both plugins (Add to Any, Wp Facebook Share Like Button) it allows you to set the appearance of the Like/Share buttons to Top, Bottom, Post, Page, even Cloud Template. In all cases, the Like/Share buttons will appear twice on the post anytime Top is chosen.
Using CSS, I can hide the button ontent, but when I do so it is hidden in both locations.
.fb_iframe_widget iframe {
position: absolute;
visibility: hidden !important
}
The screenshot attached shows the two locations where content is appearing.
Is this a bug with the template? Do I need to do the CSS differently?
Due to the bad look of this, the buttons are not on my live site a schoolnewsnetwork.org. Instead, they are on a staging site (I can provide credentials via email).
Hi,
Sorry, this is an untested plugin with our theme, therefore we do not know it will work correctly or not. We can provide support only for tested plugins -> https://i.imgur.com/jZZ7L6h.png
I just made a test with this plugin and for me is working correctly as long I use for that unpublish post a standard post template and not a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
A quick fix for this problem is to adding an extra parameter in a theme file, the file path is wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/header/tdb_header_logo.php on line 792 set before getimagesize and ‘@’ like this -> https://i.imgur.com/VOWmTCI.png
This problem will be solved in the coming updates!
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi marketing-ch,
You can use a pro demo, these are made using tagDiv Composer and cloud templates from tagDiv Cloud library, these can be edited and you can set using tagDiv Composer the sidebar as you want (you can create the column for sidebar and set elements in it), you can create even sticky sidebar -> https://tagdiv.com/multiple-sticky-sidebars/
Hope this will help you!
Hello !
All the cloud library templates and PRO Demos are fully editable using tagDiv Composer. As you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/paGLiervt You have to edit the template, right click on the element you want and delete it.
Thank you !
Dear support!
my site works fine -no problem
But….
When I enabled
define('WP_DEBUG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', true);

After I updated my site to use the Cloud Library, the pagination feature on categories no longer works as expected. When clicking on the numbers or > characters, the page refreshes and appears to show the next page. However, the original page is reloaded — not the next page.
Here is an example: https://www.schoolnewsnetwork.org/category/byron-center/
In the Composer, this template is using Posts Loop and pagination is set to “Normal Numbered”.
I tested this on Search results too. On the Search result, it did work as expected.
Hi Pierre Graff,
I think that you get it wrong.
You can use wpbackery with our theme, but this is just an alternative builder and is no use to create the demos, now we promote pro demos, all these were made only with tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Libraryy. If you want to use wpbackery you need to disable tagDiv Cloud Library, then you can use it to create the pages as you like with this builder.
If you are not satisfy with our theme, you can request a refund here – https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new and we will approve it as soon as possible and envato will refund your money.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
You can achieve this if you are using the mobile theme plugin -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ then you can set the mobile ads in theme panel> mobile theme ad -> https://i.imgur.com/Mmlopc1.png
Or using a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud Library, this can be adjusted using tagDiv Composer, here is a similar topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/header-ads-not-displaying-in-responsive-mobile-version/
Hope this will help!
