Hi,
Please notice that the theme panel will affect only the classic demos, if you are using cloud templates ( all PRO demos using cloud templates ), then you’ll need to edit them with tagDiv Composer to change these elements.
Thank you!
Hello !
If you’re using Default or theme panel post styles you have to do the following:
Go to: WP-Content -> Plugins -> Td-standard-pack -> Newspaper -> Open the comments.php file ( you can use Notepad++ as a free and quick option) And remove the code that you see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/nbeAVLdlPzP
If you’re using a Pro Demo or Cloud template post style you have to do the following:
Go to: WP-Content -> Plugins -> td-cloud-library -> Parts -> TDB-comments.php and remove this piece of code: https://www.screencast.com/t/tdMa4TAFzgH
I hope this was helpful !

Hello !
In order to edit the header you will have to import a header from cloud library as you can see it here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/
Thank you !
I believe I have the Header from the cloud library. I click on it and I believe I’m using the Header Manager but I can’t change the width to accommodate my menu items.

Hi,
Is possible that not all the elements from default pro demos to be name “default”, for example, these are the cloud templates use for the default pro demo -> http://prntscr.com/q5gveb searching in this way you’ll be able to find them in tagDiv Cloud Library.
Thank you!
Hello !
That can be achieved by importing and editing a category template as you can see it here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-category-templates/
I hope this was helpful !
Thank you !
Hi,
If you are using a standard demos, without cloud templates, the posts can inherit the category sidebar -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/ if you are using cloud templates, then you can do a single post template with specific sidebar for each category posts and set it individual on posts.
Thank you!
Hi,
You can do this (to set the mobile menu in header zone) if you are using a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud Library , now you set the mobile menu in content zone, not in header zone -> http://prntscr.com/q4xjy9 -> http://prntscr.com/q4xkc3
Thank you!
Hello !
You could achieve something similar to this if you create custom post templates and set them to each post as you want. https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
You can set a template like this and edit it accordingly: https://www.screencast.com/t/Sb93l3Qj
Anything extra will require custom css which is not covered by the support team.
Thank you !
Hi Sorry for a delayed response. I am trying to use a custom menu for mobile without using the mobile theme plug-in. You said we need to use the cloud template. I am currently using Newspaper Version 9.7.2 with default theme. Which cloud template would you suggest that looks similar to default theme?
Or, do I use a cloud library header template? Thank you.

Hi Calin – This has been a ver confusing time with Newspaper and not receiving the support we used to get. We are still confused about your ‘standard pack’!
As per one post:
If you have experience with WordPress and Newspaper Theme and plan to create a blazing fast website, then the Standard Pack plugin is not the best choice. You’ll achieve your goals easier using the Newspaper Theme with tgaDiv Cloud Library and tagDiv Composer to create a website that loads only the necessary code to make it perfect, just as you design it.
So do we disable it or enable it? When I disable it nothing breaks!
Hi,
So if you are using a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, you can edit it with tagDiv Composer -> http://prntscr.com/q3t1q5 -> http://prntscr.com/q3t2nd
Thank you!
Hi,
Please notice that we recommend to use the theme builder, tagDiv Composer with tagDiv Cloud Library.
The WPBakery Page Builder plugin is and Bundled Plugin in our theme not a standalone plugin ( you do not need a licence to use the version that comes with our theme ), please check the envato documentation for those plugins
https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins
Thank you!
Hi,
I think that you had a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, these can be edit with tagDiv Composer and add/remove the review -> http://prntscr.com/q3ssgd
Thank you!
Hey Forum
So we would like to add multiple authors to an article in our theme, but we need some help.
The documentation on your homepage: https://forum.tagdiv.com/adding-multiple-authors-articles/
Explicitly says that it doesn’t work on Cloud Library Templates, and for the single posts, we are currently using Single Post Template 57 – Romania News PRO.
We’ve downloaded the plugin Co-Authors Plus, but haven’t added any code anywhere.
Does anyone have any experience getting co authors to work on Cloud Library Templates?
in version 9.7.3 in getting ajax error in installing tagdiv composer and tagdiv cloud library. I have uninstalled all the plugins and then tried to install it, but it’s not working.
Hi,
Unfortunately I can not check your link -> http://prntscr.com/q3pe5a
but I think that you are using some single post templates from tagDiv Cloud Library, edit it with tagDiv Composer and set the -> http://prntscr.com/q3pfcy -> http://prntscr.com/q3pfjs
Thank you!
