Hi,
You activate the mobile theme plugin, deactivate it, and clear the cache.
Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edited with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Thank you!
Hello @heisks!
You can set a filter for that block. Edit the homepage with the TagDiv Composer, click on the elements and start customize them.
Please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-category-templates/
You can edit and change this title as well: https://prnt.sc/T386xuDmnmp-
Use a filter for the blocks: https://prnt.sc/GzHVTahaDRZW -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
Thank you!
Hello,
Please deactivate, delete and reinstall tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/OrzLvR2j and clear all cache.
Thank you!
After updating, when trying to switch from PHP 7.4 to PHP 8.0, the site breaks. Although the homepage (main page) is fine, whenever I try to access any article, it triggers a critical WordPress error.
The only error that is displayed in the PHP viewer is the following:

Hello!
You can use flex block, posts loops, etc in pages. You only need to use cloud templates.
We recommend using cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features, Please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-category-templates/
Thank you!
Hello consumerista,
The files you mentioned represent the elements used on cloud templates. All cloud template that are created are stored in database (like pages and posts), and those are created using tagDiv Composer (theme builder) and shortcodes (each file you mentioned above represent a shortcode element in tagDiv Composer when the tagDiv Cloud Library is enabled).
Now, in case you want to use a default cloud template, then you can download it from our cloud – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-use-tagdiv-cloud-library-templates/
And if you edit ore you create your own cloud template and you want to import it to a different website you can do it like this:
Go in tool > export – https://i.imgur.com/3Wxk885.png then to import you need to go in tool > import then install the WordPress importer and clink on run import – https://i.imgur.com/tyxoVvg.png
Thank you!
Hello. I have a question about the Cloud Templates. I see certain default templates under td-cloud-library –> wp_templates. It has tdb_view_page.php,tdb_view_single.php, etc. Where can I see the templates I created in my site files? That way, I can back up my custom templates and/or import them into another site. Or if I want to restore a default template not found in the wp_templates folder without deleting and reinstalling the plugin (and losing all other custom template changes).
Thank you.
I did make to work td-composer, now td-cloud-library failed to install or activate. It is frustrating… Just can’t activate one or another, all crashed. After both are installed, and deactivated, when activate one, and the other one – site crushed. It applies and vice-versa.
Hi Calin, I’m getting confused.
Sometimes it appears correctly, sometimes it doesn’t. I still thought it was from Cloudflare or Jetpack, but even deactivating both there are some pages that appear with a cloud template, but after a page refresh, they already appear with the default layout.
In categories we don’t have any globally assigned template:
https://recordeuropa.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/no-template1.png
In the video subcategories, all have defined a “Category Cloud Library Template”, none have the default layout. With the exception of two (which do not appear in the examples I indicated), no cloud template has a mobile version created, it only uses the responsive one:
https://recordeuropa.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/cloud_template1.png
All video category pages should appear on mobile, like this:
https://recordeuropa.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/cloud_template2.png
But, for some reason I don’t understand, they appear (sometimes) like this:
https://recordeuropa.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/no-template2.png
https://recordeuropa.com/videos/camera-record
The following page already has a mobile version created and this situation does not occur:
https://recordeuropa.com/videos/fala-portugal
I don’t know if you can understand what’s going on, or help me, but thanks anyway for your attention.
Best regards.

PHP 8.2.8

I’m using wordpress, with the newspapper 12 theme, trying to import a homepage in the tagdiv cloud library, but when I click on import template, the confirmation window is behind, preventing the import. What do I do to resolve?
Thanks for your reply. I saw no object cache file and confirmed with my host there was one. What worked to get the default template to import again without saved changes was deleting icloud library and the theme, then reinstalling. Then I deleted the default theme, which was still saving my edits from before, and reimported. I still have some other settings that are saved (the mobile plugin saved my header image even after deactivating and deleting the plugin and then the theme, and proceeding to reinstall both). I’m good for now and plan to make a copy of templates before editing.

Hello,

Hello
I hope you’re doing well.
I’m currently experiencing an error with the (td-cloud-library) plugin, which is showing a vulnerability issue. Could you please assist me in fixing this problem?
Plugin Version is v2.7
Theme Version is v12.4
Both are Updated to Latest Version, why it still shows Vulnerability Security Issue.
I appreciate your help in resolving this issue.
Thank you.
Hello,
Normally, if you import the template from tagdiv Cloud Library, then the changes that you have made for an older template should not be displayed or applied, please make sure that you don’t have a object cache file -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
Thank you!
Hello. I am trying edits on a few header template themes from the icloud library. I want to go back to the default settings/layout for these templates, so I delete them and then import again. The issue is all my changes are saved… So if I edited the default header, I have no way of going back to how it originally was, even after deleting the template and importing again. Is there a way to import default templates from the icloud library without keeping the manual changes we made?
Thank you
Hello Team,
Recently we are seeing that our website taking huge time to respond and load. When we checked to find out the issues one of the reasons we found TD Composer eating most of the CPU resources in our managed hosting. We were monitoring it from New Relic as well and these are the results. We are not sure how to resolve this issue. Also, we see the Cloud Library showing a vulnerability issue.

Good morning,
I have the latest version of the theme, but my Plesk still tells me the problem, I can’t ignore it since it’s a vulnerability.

It’s only “tagDiv Cloud Library” if I disable the module the theme still works?
thanks in advance
hello tagdiv
i use hostinger’s hosting for my website but in that i see warning inside hpanel that says tag-div-cloud library is an uncertified plugin how to fix it.
Hi, since 4-5 days, I am not able to edit custom HTML block as well as Title with Text block which has description area. The block details keeps on loading. This is causing problems in updating pages.
Is there any alternative to use blocks or any other way I can edit blocks?
Hello @juler1 !
It seems that you use default templates with default elements that’s why you can not edit/customize them with the TagDiv Composer.

Hello!
You can use big grid flex or a flex block in any cloud page. But you cannot use a single post shortcode on a page, only in a single post or article template.
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/

Thank you!
Hello!
Every page should have the Live CSS box: https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/ in order to adjust the way it looks.
In order to edit any custom page with the TagDiv Composer, you can create a new page from Dashboard -> Pages, edit it with the TagDiv Composer: https://prnt.sc/_Qz1sVbjqZqG and assign a blank page from Cloud templates. You can start customize it as you need.
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:

Actually, we have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to disable the Mobile Theme plugin.
Thank you!
