Hi team, looking for a way to inject a specific PHP snippet on single posts, if author ID = xxx. Tried everything and nothing seems to work. We’re using cloud library templates. Please advise– thank you.
I am also having an issue, but no recent plugin has been added, and no updates were applied except the latest wordpress update. I am the server and site admin. I was working on it last night with no issues. My composer window loads fine, I can navigate through the composer sidebar fine, but selecting a differenet category to populate yields no results in the page menu. Even still, changes do not save. The circle keeps turning and tunring.
Our server uses is hosted on Godaddy, but we use DNS on Cloudlfare, which also has some caching of certain files and a firewall. But that was already in place before the problem occurred.

I like the sticky menu…just want to be able to change what’s on the sticky menu as it scrolls up. Usually within tagdiv I can trigger the sticky menu and then modify its contents.
We have the site set up at https://stories.slowways.org.
It’s all good but when I try and edit a Cloud Template I get an error message at the top right corner (see image)
This means I can’t edit the template. I have tried copying a new one too.

My client uses Podbean and it is really a shame that a theme of this caliber limits it’s users to SoundCloud.
To not have the ability to work with multiple podcasts, how are you able to promote your channel across the other platforms? I’m sitting here trying to figure out how to get a “Subscribe To My Podcast” on “iTunes or Google Play” or heck, even “SoundCloud” I don’t see a widget of any sort for audio in the page builder.
Pretty crazy if you ask me.

nothing is working

I see. You are referring to the top bar. The simple way will be to try to het the cloud header from the cloud template, so the top bar will come with the header template.
If the element has been hidden, then it must be used a custom css.
If you have hidden it on all devices then it won’t appear anywhere. Open the CSS section in the composer and enter this code in it – https://prnt.sc/pqi1z7 the row should then be visible so you can interact with it. Then you can remove the code, after you make it visible on at least one viewport

Yes, we have in plane to make some testes with some recipe plugins and ad the one that it is working with our them to tested plugins.
About the current problem, I think that the like button is not targeting the right element, maybe it is targeting the cloud template, if you can provide a link to check it I will be able to confirm if is so.

You can’t edit the post template, because you have a standard post template from the Theme Panel, and they cannot be edited with the composer.
To edit with tagDiv composer, you need to use a Single Post Template from tagDiv Cloud Library.

About the error, did you set from Gutenberg in some posts the comment element? If is so, then this can be the problem that you get that message (because there are two comment sections on the post).
Unfortunately, there is no system to convert the blocks in flex blocks.
There are two methods to move from standard pack to cloud.
1. You install a demo that it is pro, but before this please make sure that you have a full backup for the website and database, because the current settings will be removed.
1. You replace manually each element and template from the website, for example you replace each block with flex blocks and import cloud templates.

I have a post template that I downloaded from the Cloud Library over a year ago and edited it to my liking. Now, I can no longer find where the template is on my WP dashboard.
Has the cloud library of edited templates changed? I am unable to see any of the templates I have downloaded.
I would send a screenshot, but in this page I am typing on, there is not option to do that
I want it for mobile. I have added modal pop-up menu in place of mobile menu element in mobile header. I already sent my header template file through Google drive. You can import that template through WordPress import tool and see and in cloud template section.

First of all, you need to create some global colors if there are no colors created already. Then, you should choose a global color inside your all pages. The changes of colors facilities your time with the global colors feature. You can import a new cloud demo which have those global colors and templates already created, so you should only change the color from the Website Manager as you like. For example: MILITARY NEWS PRO.

On our ecoreporters.pl website we have a problem with rocket loader- it randomly causes errors with “next post” loading in a single post view. So the next post isn’t loading at all.
It is caused by rocket loader- when its disabled next post always pops 😉
Is there any solution for this (other than “Turn off rocket loader forever and live long and prosperity” ? 😉 )
Maybe we can exclude any js in cloudflare rules or something?

I’m writing this down because we have some serious issues with uploading images to our website.
I think it’s good to explain the situation as good as possible.
We have a really big site containing for about 40.000+ images. Since a couple of weeks ago we’ve ran into some issues with the disk space since we didn’t used a CDN for the images. After some investigation we decided to buy the plugin ‘WP Offload Media’, which uploads existing images to Amazon S3, as well as new uploaded images.
It took a while to upload all those images but fortunately this solved the disk space issues. However, since we are using this particular plugin, we are running into some serious issues. Even at a small sized image (50kB) it takes about 30+ seconds to upload. The first thing we did is contacted the plugin developer of WP Offload Media. They did some trial and error and recorded a screen where you can see the testing:

After a lot of trial and error, I believe I have now found the plugins that is causing the slow upload speed.
I'm not sure why, but if you deactivate them, the upload speed becomes less then 10s -

The plugins in questions are -
SportsPress
SportsPress voor Voetbal
tagDiv Cloud Library
tagDiv Composer
tagDiv Standard Pack
If all of these 5 plugins are deactivated, the upload speed is less than 10s.
If you enable SportsPress, it will just to 20s.
and if you also enable tagDiv, it will jump to 30s.
Unfortunately, since these are third-party plugins, what we can only advice is to deactivate them during an upload.
We really would appreciate if you guys could look into this big issue for us since it’s not possible to work with.

It’s so weird experience, Tagdiv composer not working, it’s just spinning for long hours
I already have latest update of the theme(11.4.2) and plugins too. And it was working fine since last 3 months.it happened yesterday.I am not using Cloudflare.
It’s very strange and bad experience, during the theme purchase I paid for premium support also but still not getting any solution. As I told you there is negative impact on the live users and website got stuck, after all not getting any solution.

Can you add modal pop-up button element in the place of menu element (I mean remove menu element and add pop-up button element) without making any changes to header height?

The tagDiv Cloud Library is very important for the cloud templates and to make the theme perform to a high level and to be very customizable.
Those problems you reported are in our list for investigations. Please make a test and deactivate the extra plugins (non tagdiv) which you use and let me know the results.
