The video size is 1336×200 pixels and this is what I want the header to also be, but why is it too long?
I need it to bee the exact same width as the body of the navigation and content to the website.
The CSS options have no affect on the video.
How can this be fixed?
Hi, yesterday I upgraded to version 10. I have been using your theme for three years and I have never encountered such big problems as in this version. We have a very high CPU overhead. The server often fails and blocks the site.
We did all the tests removing plugins and more: but we noticed that if we disable the Div Cloud Library everything goes back to “normal”. Moral I have a completely excluded site because I can’t finish the construction and one that keeps crashing and both block activities on the server.
The monitor query plugin has identified three errors which are given by Cloud Library and TD Composer while in between queries lens 80% are from Td composer.
A wordpress e-mail has also arrived where he talks about a fatal error:
“… In this case, WordPress encountered an error with one of your plugins, tagDiv Standard Pack.”
I understand that there is more than one problem with this version. But it is also possible to downgrade …
Is it possible to have a solution that can solve the problem?

I’ve installed the Health & Fitness Demo that is available through Newspaper10, however when I try to find a single post template in the Cloud Templates, I see none that match the Health & Fitness demo, only the Fitness Pro demo. Are the demo layouts not even available in Cloud Templates? Additionally, you cannot edit the Demo post in TD Composer. Please help me understand what I am missing, and where.
Hi, sorry if I intrude on this topic, but I’m having the same problem on two sites!
Plugin removed or not there is a CPU overload: Only if I disable tagDiv Cloud Library everything returns to “normal”. I find no comfort in your answers and I am very worried that I am unable to recover.
For three years I have installed your theme on one of the sites, but only with this version do I have all these problems.

After experimenting, I found the comments.php file being used is:
tdb-comments.php in plugins/td-cloud-library/parts/
I’ve copied this to my child theme and edited it. This works insofar as the changed texts are being displayed.
BUT, I cannot see how to change the font-family, size and weight of the ‘COMMENTS ARE NO LONGER BEING ACCEPTED’ message. The php code for this is:
echo ‘<p class=”td-pb-padding-side”>’ . _etd( ‘COMMENTS ARE NO LONGER BEING ACCEPTED’, TD_THEME_NAME ) . ‘</p>’;
Also, the message ‘COMMENTS ARE NO LONGER BEING ACCEPTED’ does not appear after posts that have no comments when comments have been closed (which I’ve set to 10 days in WP Dashboard/Discussion Settings/Other comment settings.)
Any thoughts?

Hi, we moved our site to a new server, and in the process of the migration and getting set up again, I am now seeing two “tagDiv Cloud Library” plugins on the WP dashboard plugin page (one active, one deactivated). We are using one of the templates for our site, so I was wondering if there is any risk in deleting the duplicate “tagDiv Cloud Library” plugin shown on our WP dashboard plugins page?

I have the most basic request for support on editing a cloud header template i like. This has been frustrating me for a few hours now so i thought i’d better just ask!
I like the London News Pro Header and want to use it on my site – this one (https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_london_news_pro/tdb_templates/tag-template-london-news-pro/)
I have downloaded the theme but when i try and edit the header via the cloud template i have problems. All i want to do is replace the logo from the news pro head with my own logo. Everything i try fails.
Is there a simple way to simply swap out the UK News Blue square logo that sits on the left hand side of the menu with my own logo and keep exactly the same format?

Hello Vlad, how do I know if I am using a child theme or cache plugin, and if so, how do I clear all cache per your recommendation above?
I just purchased, downloaded, installed and activated Newspaper. When I try to add any template or page/post element I get the dreaded: Error at zones: 6(models) : 1(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
Under Cloud Templates there is an alert: Custom post type notice:
The theme you are using does not contain the “while () : … endwhile;” loop in the “single.php” file. To use custom templates the theme must have this “while” loop type in its “single.php” file.
Might that have some affect on what I am trying to do?

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Also please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If you are using cdn, make sure that is set as in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
If there is still a problem, please provide some more details and some screenshots with these problems.

The “Modified Date” is a new sort options for modules, in order to use it you need to enable this option -> https://i.imgur.com/V0KS1np.png to display the modified date on modules and the order option “Modified Date” will by display in sort section for blocks.
Also please note that there is no need to make changes in theme files for this option, now our theme has the last modified date for posts too, if you use single post templates from tagDiv Cloud Library and edit it with tagDiv Composer – http://prntscr.com/nqygjo

Unfortunately there is no general option where to set in one page the website width and this to bee apply on full website. Using our theme you can stretch the rows using tagDiv Composer, what you can do is to stretch the -> https://i.imgur.com/PLxgXZt.png after that you need to set after that you need to set some margin left right to achieve the width you want -> https://i.imgur.com/mtXmKNI.png or you can let the row stretch on default and in css tab you can set 950px and set margin left and right auto -> https://i.imgur.com/8NCFHWN.png you can do this on pages and cloud templates.
