Hello,
Two issues I am unable to solve:
1. I am having troubles removing the large white margin space above my Main Menu.(See attached image)
2. Is there any way to change the color of the category menu buttons? I don’t like how the mouse over color is set to black. (See attached image)

Hello, i have a dedicated server with 2Gb Ram which i think is enough for the Theme (i read the specifications needed)
My site is really slow after i change the theme, Yesterday i reach 44 seconds in Google Analytics (insane), i already follow all the recomendations of your documentation and also buy a plugin cache (Rocket) then i uninstall the plugin because of compatibility because the performance were even worst… now i have super cache, and seems to be improved but the pageloadtime is still above 20 seconds.
When i disable all the theme, the site speed is really fast.
When i keep the theme, but i disable all the plugins… the site speed is really fast.
When i keep the theme, and i disable all the TagDiv Plugins except the other ones, The site speed is fast
When i keep the theme, and i disable all the plugins except the TagDiv Plugins, the site speed is Really SLOW.

Hi everyone,
I created a template in the “cloud template” section to create a layout for a type of article. I inserted a Single Post Bg Featured Image and immediately under Single Post Content. In this way when I open the article I can insert the text in my editor and insert the highlighted image on the bar on the right and automatically when I select the template everything goes in the right place. When I want to share the article on Facebook, it doesn’t show me the highlighted image. What can I do?

Unfortunately for the moment only the mobile theme plugin can be use as a template for amp, maybe clouds templates will be implement in the coming updates.

If you want to use a template for categories as global you can use the standard category templates -> https://i.imgur.com/GPCFmka.png or cloud category from tagDiv Cloud Library and set it as global in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/q4kRWej.png
If you are referring to page template, our theme was only these pages templates , but you can import pages from tagDiv Cloud Library -> https://i.imgur.com/Nz6fLin.jpg

The problem is that you said that you are using the second method, that is using string translate, if you want to use the cloud templates per language, you need to use this option -> https://i.imgur.com/Y99kgbB.png

âThe current content hasnât been created by TagDiv Composerâ â that notice isnât be the result of actual issues in most cases. If you can successfully edit the page or could template then there is no problem, despite the message.
It could also mean that the page contains elements that was saved using other method (like in your case) and not tagDiv Composer, or that the page contains elements that are not part of the tagDiv composer, or the page has been built with with a different method, this can create problems.

Hi,
I checked the single post template 68 pulses pro on my install and this is working properly on desktop and mobile. Maybe you made some adjustment to it and you hide on mobile the post content. What you can do is to get that single post template again from tagDiv Cloud Library and apply it to a post to see if this is displaying correctly.
Also if you want we can investigate the current template, but for this we need at list a post to has this template set, or we can login to check the cloud template.

Yes, you can remove it, but first you need to check if you are using a standard post template or cloud.
For standard post template you can remove this author box using the options from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/IOHtOkB.png
For single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, you need to use tagDiv Composer to edit the cloud template and use the right click on the element you want to remove -> https://i.imgur.com/8yHchGa.png -> https://i.imgur.com/MU8V1dZ.png

we have made sure all the settings are set correctly. I have also turned off plugins. Still can’t get anything to save when using cloud templates. Any other issues that could be at hand here?

I had a similar issue, in my case it was because I had enabled rocket loader on cloudflare.
I solved the mobile navigation problem :-). But it would be great if the cloud templates for AMP sites are on the roadmap? đ

Hi, I try to translate Author Template.
I dont’ know how attach filese here…however:
In ITALIAN:
1. Click Cloud Templates
2. When the list appears, click tht “+” Button under the English Flag.
3. Copy the content from italian
4. Edit with tag composer and translate some words
5. save
7. Go to Theme Panel From menu
8. click template settings
9. click Author template
10. The problem is here: there isn’t any theme to select.
Why?

OK, the mobile pages are then transmitted a bit slower. Now there are other problems, for example there is no navigation anymore. In the Theme Panel, under Mobile Theme, I selected the navigation in the header area and before that the navigation was also shown.

The only template for amp is the one from mobile theme plugin, cloud templates can not be use per amp templates, you can use to use the mobile theme plugin only for amp using this option -> https://i.imgur.com/bXjeltB.png

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
In most of the cases this is a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also make sure that the role of your user is admin or editor, only these type of users can save the changes for cloud templates.

That seems to be because you are using a google font on your cloud library templates. You will have to inspect your Cloud Library templates using tagDiv Composer and see where the fonts are used.
