Greetings,
We created Cloud Templates for Header, Footer, Category, Tag, 404, Search, Author, and Single Posts, and used those templates as default in the theme panel, but after disabling the standard pack plugin, here are some errors we are getting.

We noticed that certain types of blocks weren’t working, so we figured out that using “flex blocks” resolves this issues. Is there another or a better way to fix this?

This error is coming up on our posts (with standard pack plugin disabled). Can you please explain why this error shows up and how to fix it?
I just added another footer (TRAVEL PRO) from the cloud template library and edited it before saving and that seemed to work.
I get the same error when editing the footer cloud template using tagDiv Composer…

At this website two newspaper.woff?xx files are loaded: https://wordpress-374533-1172533.cloudwaysapps.com/psychiatrische-diagnoses-meer-kunstvorm-dan-wetenschap/ . However if I do a clean install only one newspaper.woff?xx file is loaded.
How can I remove the newspaper.woff?16 load action from the first website?

Hi, I’m using the TagDiv Composer under the Newspaper X Theme to customize my predesign Cloud template for my footer area. As I open the TagDiv Composer an error message kept popping up for every time I open the TagDiv Composer, which I can’t customize elements. Here is the error message:
“Error at rows: 2(models) : 1(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z).”
While menus were ok at 10.1 and 10.2, at 10.3, at same menus, the sub menu icons go under menu.
Only change we made was to update from 10.2 to 10.3
Tried with many header cloud templates, even the blank, every time the same, when adding sub menu icon, menu row is broken

i made a custom template from cloud library for post page and i want to ad “INLINE ADS” like your default template shows inline ads after one paragargh how can achieve this Iknow custom template from cloud librarary have 3 in line ads but i want like your default template
So I have disabled standard pack and not using WPBakery…I am saying I did a fresh install of newspaper 10.3 and then built out cloud templates using the premade styles (used Tech News Pro). Its happened on both the header and footer templates where I will go back into edit something and the same error appears in tagdiv composer:

In an effort to possibly explain the bug I was just including that it appears to show WPBakery shortcodes if you click to “edit” template section (not tagdiv composer)

But upon further inspection it actually looks like a mix of your tdc shortcodes prefix WPBakery vc prefixes like:

Thats why I was saying the bug probably has something to do with that or perhaps your tdcomposer is using VC elements?
The only thing I could think of is I sometimes work across multiple tabs and might have an edited td composer open not saved in one tab and then a more updated cloud template I’m saving over in the other…is there any versioning/support using tdcomposer so theres no conflict like a normal wp post?
In 10.3 without the standard pack there is no option to use a page as footer, only cloud template, right?

Hi,
You can still use the WPBakery with our theme, but you’ll need to choose between tagDiv Cloud Library and WPBakery, you can use only one of theme without to create a conflict, we recommend to use tagDiv Cloud Library. Also you can not edit the pages or demos with WPBakery these were made with tagDiv Composer and the pages need to be edited only with the editor that were made.

So in order to display the ACF inside the post you need to set the code in the templates you are using (this option is for the standard post templates), for example if you are using post style 1 then you need to set the code in wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/parts/single/loop-single-1.php -> https://i.imgur.com/keAR6KV.png
If you are using a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, then you need to set the code in one of these shortcode https://i.imgur.com/gLoYC17.png -> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/single

I’ve had the same issue and have had to recreate them so they will save.
I notice the error on the cloud templates when you go into the editor (not the td composer) and appears like WBBakery shortcode is in there rather than a block of encoded text.
Seems like a bug that I can’t get to reproduce so I’ve been just having to recreate them each time

I have notice my site takes ages when uploading an image and I just find out I have 2 warnings related to images due to the Cloud Library:
getimagesize(449d6826-2b4d-19a1-e172-62b7d477592c): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/howpple/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/header/tdb_header_logo.php on line 786
Anyone else is having the same problems? Do you guys know how to fix it??

In case anyone else is seeing this since v10.3
I have a clout template for posts – eg Standard News ( that’s my name for it )
All posts are this template from theme panel > default
However since v10.3 – the template is identical, except it has a background image ( which I never put there and isn’t in cloud template td composer settings ) – some users experience a black screen when using on mobile
When I select the same template from my template list in post editor – the problem disappears – yet the same template is being used. This time the background image has disappeared.

When i try to add a Cloud Template i get an “Invalid Template Type” message.
I already tried to disable all non-TagDiv plugins and my server meets all requirements.
I get the following in the chrome console:

1.If you are using a standard demo you can change the logo from theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/logo-favicon/ if you have a pro demo these use cloud headers from tagDiv Cloud Library, this can be edited with tagDiv Composer -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo
2,3 and 4. All these can be edited/removed using the tagDiv Composer, edit the page, the single post template (cloud templates) and use the right lick to delete the elements you do not want on your page.

Hi,
Please notice that tagDiv Cloud Library need to be deleted and reinstall it from Newspaper> Plugins, only deactivate and activate it back will not work.
If you want to edit the footer, then you’ll need to edit it from a page, for example your can edit the homepage, click on edit with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uweNRrc.jpg after that go down to the footer end edit it how you want (now you can customize the the whole webpage from fronted).
Also the mobile problem can be a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.
Also we do not recommend to use the tagDiv Cloud Library and WPBakery on your website, if you are using both of theme, then you’ll need to choose only one and deactivate the other one.
