I’m using GadgetsPro demo as the base of the website. I tried to create a couple of more pages with tagdiv composer and i’m having zero luck.
When i create a new page with composer it affects the rest of the pages too since it seems to create the new elements as part of the footer. Hence it ends up on all the pages.
What do i do? I’ve tried default template (with and without content title) as well as page builder with title. Same problem.
Also, there is a problem with the footer template. I only see the ‘edit option’ not ‘edit template’ as with the rest of the cloud templates imported. This is the only thing i can think of at this point.

I have done as you had quoted. In fact I had asked you if it would affect my existing cloud templates which you said wont be affected. I have not reinstalled the demo again after the theme update.

tagdiv cloud library says “envato key is missing”
I bought Newspaper Theme and activated with the purchase code but when I try to use a template from tagdiv cloud library it says – Envato key is missing or invalid. Please register your theme using a valid key and try again.
I have already activated my theme with my purchase code and everything is OK. Please help
I get an “Invalid Template Type!” error when trying to load Footer templates from the cloud library. All other templates seem to load fine except the footer.
I used wp-debug, and no errors came up on that.
Why won’t the template load?
We have a Cloud Footer on our home page here: https://www.bizcatalyst360.com/homepage-bc360/
We are unable to discover how this footer can be added to the bottom of ALL of our Pages. Theme Panel/Footer is already set to target our Cloud Footer.
Whenever we attempt to edit our Footer (cloud template), we receive an error message in red popup box top right corner of Template. Our Path– Admin Dashboard/Templates/Edit/TAGDIV COMPOSER

The suggested UNDO operation does nothing.
Well… the problem of the first message has been solved, I managed to correctly select the row of the footer and do Background gradient white, the problem of the second message remains to be solved. From Cloud Templates I see Footer, but instead of Edit template, I see Edit, then I click to tag Div Composer button, editor open but with the error:

I must also add that if I try to edit the Footer in tagDiv Composer from Cloud Templates, the following error appears:

I am having issues as the logo on my site will not update. I’ve followed directions on updating the logo image in the cloud library template.
The logo when you come to my site will load, but when you scroll, it reverts back to the native template logo.
Any advice?

You can implement a mega menu using our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/ also if you are using a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud Library, then you can edit it with tagDiv Composer.

I just checked this on my install and for me the changes made in cloud templates were still there after deleting and reinstalling the tagDiv cloud library.
Did you reinstall the demo too? or there are other settings that you made? because we can not recreate this problem, and if this is a problem wee need to know the steps you made to can find and fix the problem.

I know you can edit the page with the tagdiv composer, but as far as I know, it’s not possible to disable/enable the smart sidebar from the composer, is that correct? which means if I’m using any cloud template I can’t customize that function?
I don’t believe you can toggle the Author name/box either, so I’d have to delete it with the composer and if I wanted to add it back in later for a different post, with the same style that matches the demo, I would have to re-apply the cloud template, which would overwrite any customization I would have done?

I already tried this solutions:
– Deactivate the schema articles;
– Modify the files:
– wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_module_single_base.php
– wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/state/single/tdb_state_single.php
and add this “|| is_preview()” without quotes. And the files already have that on the condition start;
– Deactivate and uninstall/delete the tagDiv Cloud Library
Hi,
That is because you’ll need to use an individual cloud header on your blog, now you are using only one cloud header that is set in theme panel, so all the changes you make will be apply on for the whole website.

Hi, I am trying to use the [tagDiv] Image box widget on my sidebar. Am not using the tagDiv Composer or any of the Cloud Templates to create the sidebar.
Is the Image Box widget still working/available on the sidebars.
I am adding a Custom title and custom url for the image and all I get is Custom Title (white text on grey background)
Assume I am doing something fundamentally wrong.
Any assistance appreciated, thanks.

Thank you for your reply. I understand that this is the future but you are missing the point here.
All my cloud single post templates have become default template designs now (after the update) and all the posts are now in default post template. All my hard work in customising these cloud templates have gone waste. If this keeps happening at every update then how can they become future. I can’t waste time designing cloud templates again with every update.
Please solve this issue at least for the future.

i havent change any setting, but the sidebar is not showing for single post template.
i dont use wpbakery, so there is no conflict.
i tried to use tag div cloud template, but when i choose it as post setting, the post becomes empty white screen.

I think that this is a plugin conflict between tagDiv Cloud Library and WPBakery, you can use only one of them, please deactivate the WPBakery and the sidebar should work again.

Yes, you need to make a copy of the cloud header and change in the copy the menu (you need to do this for each page where you want to have a different menu).

Unfortunately there is a problem with the new option add in theme panel for disable the schema article, this interfere with preview draft, in order to fix this problem you’ll need to make some changes in theme file or deactivate the schema articles from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/0E3IucACC You will have to check that in order to deactivate the schema, this issue will be fixed in the next update.

I’m using a template for my header on my website , everything is working well but i would like to customize something, especially with the color of my menu / title.
On my home page, i would keep the menu / title black , but on my blog post page i would make it white . But when i turn the color on my blog post page to white, it changes also on my home page. How to keep a different color for a special page ?

Yes, you can use a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud Library, this can be edited with tagDiv Composer and you can set the social media icons where you want in the header.
