If a Cloud template is not used for the footer, the default infrastructure is used, no problem. There is a problem when defining a template for the footer.
Hi. Am I missing something here? When I go into the Cloud library to download a new blog post template, some of them aren’t displaying properly which means I cant downloaded them because part of the information is missing off the screen. Or is this just me being stupid? Thanks
I’m continuing to have major issues with AMP and the mobile theme, this is a separate issue. I have a disclosure that appears on every post which I set up using cloud templates (I’m not sure if cloud templates even work with AMP) but I will see if that comes up when customer support actually gives me an answer to my other ticket.
The disclosure I set up on the desktop template is mandatory for all affiliate marketing especially amazon so I need a solution to make that disclosure actually appear on my mobile version posts as well. “This article may contain affiliate links. This disclosure needs to show up under the featured image in the posts for desktop, mobile, tablet posts on my site.

I use the WordPress Related Posts plugin in my blog with the Newspaper theme. All my articles and also footer section are published with templates I downloaded from Cloud Library. The related posts section is published without problems on articles pages. However, it is also published once more at the bottom of the page under the Footer section. This is not a nice image and distorts the layout and standard. This problem does not occur on pages, it only occurs on article pages.

I have cleared the cache and I have removed all the plugins that are not of TagDiv but I still got the error that I posted below when I click on any of the posts on the homepage http://www.leadingtruth.org

Thanks for the response. If this were isolated to just my production environment, that would be a quite logical approach to troubleshooting. However, I have seen many other threads in the support form (like this one) that talk about the same issue happening. I could search and link to them but I’m sure your team is well aware of them.
Interestingly, the search icon on the mobile version works as expected, sliding out from the right. It’s just the hamburger menu which is acting incorrectly (as Lucas above indicated through screenshots and which I confirm is happening on my site as well).
So, I’m trying to see if there are any commonalities between our environments, something that might indicate a conflict or issue. Off the top of my head, the possible conflicts I could see are:
– Using WP Rocket (caching)
– Using Cloudflare
– Using JS/CSS minification (do we need to exclude certain object from this)
– Using Jetpack
– Using a CDN
Unfortunately, setting up a staging environment (which I have) using CloudFlare, CDN, and JetPack would require paying for those services on a separate instance and are cost-prohibitive. In my staging (without those items), everything performed as expected, btw.

Cloud library headers are fully editable with TagDiv Composer. You will have to edit the header using the tagDiv Composer, select the Sticky Mobile Menu and remove all the content from it: https://www.screencast.com/t/tgQTMVi76R9

It depends on the implementation you use. Do you use a standard theme header or a cloud library template/ header manager?

It depends on the pages you want your ad to be shown.
For example:
When you set a background image / color your layout will become boxed. And you could “hide” the background ad on certain pages if you apply a cloud template on that page and set the row width.
In that way the cloud template will overwrite the theme panel background setting and it will “hide” the ad.
You can do this for any page, category and cloud templates.

In order to disable the standard pack ,you will have to use all of the templates found under the cloud library including the header. If you use a header style from the theme panel, it will not work once you disable the standard pack.
Access the cloud library templates: https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/All
Make sure you import one of each wordpress templates (“sections”, “homepage”, “blocks” or “pages” do not count)
Only once you use clouyd library templates to replace the theme panel settings can you remove the standard pack. Basically the standard pack removes the theme panel (not entirely) so most of the settings you set there will no longer be available without the standard pack.
There are no links to a certain template if the template is not in use. The template does not affect the site in any way if not applied to the content.

Css is not dependent on the theme location but rather the classes and id’s of the elements.
There is another way of doing it however as the theme already allows this by using cloud library templates for your categories. You can use a different template with a different menu for each category. Use the cloud library, header manager and category templates and you will not need custom code and it will be much easier and 100% update proof. A child theme is not update proof.

I say in my question that I have used a number of templates.
So I am afraid I need to ask the question again:
“Over the years I have used a variety of post templates. But namely Single Template 12 for blogs, and Single Template 10 for videos.
I note I can pretty much replace 12 with an equivalent from Cloud and use Theme Panel to apply it as default to all posts under site wide default post template.
But how do i tell the database that it should take all current posts using Single Template 10, and now use its equivalent which appears to be Cloud Template Single Template 9 ?”
Can you advise as to how I can do this ?
How do i replace existing template choices with the new templates other than manually editing 10,000 articles. Is there a table in MySQL where I can search replace for example ?

That is what you’ll have to create. You can use a category template from the cloud library and you can use List item, as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/uS6HStI2u9 and in that list you will have to insert the html version in order to have a link to it.

Honestly I think that child theme would be harder to configure than a normal template.
Simply go into Cloud Templates – Add new, select a Homepage and edit it using the tagDiv Composer. Once the page is imported you will be able to see it here: https://www.screencast.com/t/h1B5CBBp
Press edit with tagDiv Composer and then you can see this: https://www.screencast.com/t/opIBY3oFsNk7 ; Simply right click on the elements from the header and the footer and delete them. Hi,
I like to use the Single Post Template 32 from the Cloud Template Source.
It looks awesome, but the Youtube Video does not scale correctly into the 16/9 placeholder (in the header).
I switched the post to video (which is recommended). If I switch to standard, the Youtube Thumbnail is perfectly scaled as the featured image, but it seems, that while switching to video, there is a problem with the proportions.
Funny thing is, that once played the youtube video in fullscreen it fits the form, but that´s just for the moment and is not saved afterwards.
I also don´t use any demos but hte basic newspaper theme, which also causes some trouble. As an example, I only have “naver” as an option for sharing buttons in the post and no matter if I click that away, it always switches itself back on.

Is it possible to have two menu rows each showing a different menu with a cloud header template?
Initial tests we’ve carried out seem to create an issue with the top rows sub menu options in that they disappear when you move the cursor down to select them.
Can we only use the main menu row once?
Hi, I had installed the theme and began using the Romania News theme, but after too many bugs I had to change from that Pro Demo install. Instead I used the multi purpose header in the theme panel and also the theme panel footer. So does that mean if I deactivate the standard pack by readers will see just code?
My second question is about deleting the old Cloud Templates. The Romania News template I had used for all my different pages (archives, single-post, homepage) and now that I switched, it still says there are links connected to the page even though I no longer use them in the themepanel for over a week. If I delete, this will cause 404 errors according to Yoast SEO plugin. Is this true? How do we remove those links to that page?

When loading an cloud template appears the following error:
Error at zones: 5(models) : 1(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
After save the template, it shows like an empty template.
What can i do.
Another question, it is possible to increase site spee in mobile template or Newspapper X only optimizes desktop speed?

Unfortunately there is a problem with the new option add in theme panel for disable the schema article, this interfere with preview draft, in order to fix this problem you’ll need to make some changes in theme file or deactivate the schema articles from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/0E3IucACC You will have to check that in order to deactivate the schema, this issue will be fixed in the next update.
