Hi,
There’s something I don’t get: why do the names of the single post templates in the Cloud Templates don’t match the names of the default posts styles?
For example, I’m using the post template style 13 (https://www.mondeoz.com/equipement-voyage/creme-solaire-voyage/) but when I download the “single post template 13” in the Cloud Templates, it’s not the same one.
After some research, I think the template 7 matches the style 13 but I’m not 100% sure.
I want to download the exact same styles (12 and 13) so I can make a little modification (adding a “last modified” date) as it seems that there is no other way to do so. But I don’t want to fuck up all the design that took me ages to set up. That’s why I want to be 100% sure.
Can you kindly explain? I must be missing something…

I downloaded an author template from cloud. Now i can see the template on author page. How can i apply the same under posts. Because under the posts it’s still showing the default author box.
I have not used Cloud Library yet, so I will try it later.
But my intention is quite simple: setting all the category tags in one color in my site. In the current theme panel, you have to go through many options to do it. So I think it would be nice to have the category tag color option on “THEME COLOR” of theme panel which sets all category tags in one color at once. I even think of “brand color setting” setting various elements on the site in one color instantly. I think it’s not only me who want it. I appreciate if you take this into consideration for the future version.

That is possible with cloud templates. While editing a cloud template for example a single template, you can use the header manager to select a different header.
So for example I have 2 languages for a post. I have 2 cloud post templates that I apply. One for the (in my case) English post and one for the French translated post

Since these templates are made with the composer, they can have different headers.
So my English post can have one header, and the French can have a different one selected in the header manager while editing the cloud post templates

If you don’t use cloud templates, maybe it could be done through the string translations of WPML, let me know.

That can be achieved by using a Single post template from the Cloud Library. That can be edited using the tagDiv Composer and you can add an AD Box so you can insert the ads wherever you want.

Here’s the issue, I imported a header template from the cloud library. But when I replaced the main image that forms the background of the header, the image became very pixelated.
What I did next was, I resized the my image so that the image follows the original size of the original image that comes with the header. To no avail.
How do I solve this problem? I tried many headers from the cloud library, all of which presented the same problem; image becomes pixelated.
I’ve read through every imaginable questions and answers in this forum, still, I couldn’t find the answer that works.

Unfortunately in order to change that size you will have to mix up multiple css tags wich can be hard. I suggest to you, either change the header template or add one from the Cloud library or you can simply upload a bigger logo.

The option you have saw in the picture attached works only on Single posts template from Cloud Library or Category pages from Cloud library. It will not work on the default ones. The easiest way to achieve what you want is by using a CSS code. If you can provide us a link and mention exactly where you want to make the category dissapear we will be happy to help you.

The fastest way would be to simply install the Default Demo but you could experience some minor design changes wich can be fixed using the tagDiv Composer. Please note that this change would not affect the posts.
Or you can go into Theme Panel – Theme Colours and there change all the backgrounds back to white. Also for the Homepage or Single post templates from cloud library you will have to edit the ROW background color as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/LFGr0SnGuho

But I didn’t find how the translated header had to be applied. I’ve created the header in Cloud Templates and translated it. But now I need to apply different headers to different languages. Could you please help me?

I’ve been using Newspaper theme since long time, never faced this kind of issue earlier.
Today I visited the cloud library page, while choosing a theme to download it’s saying “Envato key is missing or invalid. Please register your theme using a valid key and try again.” .
While clicking the “ACTIVATE THEME” inside the cloud library window, it’s redirecting to “”https://www.domain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=td_cake_panel”” page saying “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” error.
My theme is already activated via online. So do I need to “RESET KEY” by going to “System Status” tab & then activate the theme again ?
Please help to fix this issue. Thank you.

Our header manager is changing the full pc/mac layout when we change the mobile landscape layout. We seem to be having issues with the TagDiv editor today. I can edit the header while editing a page – that’s when it changes the layout for pc/imac. When I try to change the cloud template header 3, it gets the error.
Is there any other information I can provide? WordPress credentials, etc.?

Situation and example:
I have a website where I have the theme/template Newspaper.
I imported one of your models (default).
I changed directly inside AND Menu (text of header) AND categories (of articles/posts).
Then I deleted the imported articles.
So, if I understand you, if I use “TagDiv Cloud Library plugin” then when I update the Template Newspapers, I do not lose my MENU (modification in HEADER) or my CATEGORIES (FOR MY ARTICLES/POSTS)?
What types of editing (modifications) do I lose when updating the theme?

thanks. But it is only for new articles. What about existing articles? Where I already set other templates before for them? Is it somehow possible to change the old templates and set a new one from the cloud library for them? Or do I need to edit every post (from about 1000) and set the template manually?

when I use the default settings for categories (no cloud template) the setting of the “Article Display View” has no effect on the output. It always stays the same, no matter which layout I choose.
This also is a bug when using a child theme. Switching to the default theme makes changing Article Display View possible.
Still Newspaper’s child-theme-support is very poor and should be tested.

For that you will have to customize your posts with Single posts templates from the cloud library. Make 2-3 or how many post templates you want, insert Ad Boxes in them and configure them as you wish.

If you have not used the Child Theme untill now then you don’t need to update it. You don’t have to keep it even installed. The tagdiv cloud library is a plugin that gives you access to all of our demos and features and tagDiv composer is the one that helps you modify it so you can create a fully custom website.
The answer is no. If you haven’t used child theme untill now, you can delete it and stick to main theme.
What I suggest is to backup before updating and also take a look through our updated tutorial for installation and updating the Newspaper Theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ ( I recommend updating via FTP or WordPress )

I tried to import the Author Template 31 into my Cloud Library. When I clicked create template, the message “One of the images failed to upload” appeared and the template was not installing. Here is a screenshot. Please tell me what is the problem.

On a category page (Cloud Library) I want 6 posts in a loop on desktop an 4 posts on mobile. I thought I would do it by copying the post loop block and hiding it on certain devices. But when I set the mobile block to 4 posts, it also shows 4 on the desktop even though it shows six in tagdiv composer. Is this a known problem? https://bit.ly/2KGxpwU
I have installed WordPress and the theme, worked on the site, added plugins and suddenly new users got forwarded to spam sites on the first visit. After refreshing the browser our site got shown and this did not happen anymore.
We tried to identify this issue, but couldn’t find it.
We now reinstalled a fresh WP version and the theme again.
We installed the required Newspaper plugins from tagdiv (CloudLibrary, Composer, Social Counter). And we added the Slider Revolution as an additional plugin and the UberMenu.
The site worked for a few days. We haven’t done any changes to it and suddenly the users gets forwarded to spam sites again on their first visit.

I can’t really understand the relationship between “TagDiv Cloud Library plugin” and the “Child theme”.
My questioning:
– Do I have to use the “Child theme” or the “TagDiv Cloud Library plugin” take care of everything when I do the next theme update?
– When I next update, will it not overwrite my Menu changes, categories, etc.? ?
I don’t know if I still have to use the “Child theme” or if the “TagDiv Cloud Library plugin” allows to secure my changes (categories, menu, etc …).

I need to install 4 sites with the theme NewsPaper 9 in the coming weeks. Two now!
And I have 4 sites with old versions of NewsPaper which I then have to update.
