Hi @Kazek,
The code of co authors from this topic is apply only to default post templates and not on cloud templates. You’ll need to check witch post template you are using and edit the according loop-single-n.php -> http://prntscr.com/oqdbl7 -> https://prnt.sc/oqdc25
Unfortunately the single post templates from tagDiv Cloud Library was not tested with this plugins, therefore we can not way for sure if those will work properly with theme or not, sorry!
If you want I can give it a try to check the files but I do not guarantee that this will work.
Thank you for your understanding!
First problem: Why are you trying to write to files inside the Plugin folder? wp-content/uploads is usually web-writeable on WordPress, whereas folders in themes and plugins should NOT be web writeable, for security reasons. When I unlock our site, the error message goes away.
As a WordPress developer (plugin, theme and core WP) absolutely dialed in on securing and hardening WordPress, I am dismayed that you want to create these files inside the plugin folder.

Second, we run tagDiv Composer on a *very* large MultiSite network (24 sites, 50+ gigs of content in wp-content/uploads). When we unlock the site (see first issue), tagDiv Editor just sits there and hour-glasses all day long. We have no issues with this on single standalone sites. Health Check is below the image…

I am having the hardest time doing anything with this theme because the Composer is so slow and freezes the website every time I try to use it. I’ve increased the PHP memory limit but it did not help.
Admins – please supply email so I can send my login information to show you what I mean. This is what I am trying to do:
1. Create new cloud template (Header)
2. Select Romania News header
3. Wait…wait…wait..
4. Finally “saves” but times out and kills the page then is frozen.
Hi,
I’m trying to find where I can edit the background color of the dropdown menu post “widget”
here is a screenshot of my current. I want to change the color of the background.

What exactly does “the website should be as it was before installing the demo” mean? Does that mean that menus, pages, and posts added AFTER the demo was installed will also be uninstalled? What about Cloud templates? What about reusable blocks? I want to clear the decks of remnant demo styling because it’s not TagDiv compliant and I want to be working with clean slate. But I don’t want to undo the other work.
(I asked this first in a reply to another problem (https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/uninstall-demo-problem/), then realized I should probably start a new topic.)
Thanks in advance!
This is from tagDiv support on ThemeForest..”The issue you are facing is not an issue at all. it is because of the header manager implementation. Once you have a custom header set created using the header manager and tagdiv composer, none of the default header options will show up as the custom header takes over every header setting of the theme panel.
the same applies to all templates that have a cloud library template set like the post templates, 404 templates, category templates, etc. ”
So which is it?

Hi,
Did you deactivate the Cloudfere and try again to see if the problem persist?
Thank you!
Hi there, i have enabled infinite loading through cloud templates for my website.
On my google analytics, it will cat this tdb_action on the url and facebook share button seems to not working when it is loading from my facebook page, making it unsharable.
Im using a social snap plugin tho, and if i go to the website directly, there’s no problem to share to facebook just that when i try to share on mobile through fb app it will have this problem
Hello !
You can create a page using the tagdiv Composer and add a text with title element, or you can use a page from the cloud template and only make small modifications to it: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
Thank you !
Hello !
Please try and importing another header from the cloud library and assign it to your page: https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/ After that edit your homepage and assign the header to it: https://www.screencast.com/t/pBiX1hkswvd
Let me know if this option worked.
Thank you !
Hello !
You can achieve this by using Image Box element found in the tagDiv Composer. You can go into your Cloud Library, import a blank single post template and then add rows and image boxes: https://www.screencast.com/t/uo48BxGp68
Let me know this was helpfull !
Thank you !
Hello !
For that you will have to use a single post template wich can be edited using the tagDiv Composer: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
Let me know if this was helpfull !
Thank you !
Hi,
Unfortunately this single post template can be use only with Newspaper, because is a template from tagDiv Cloud Library and Newsmag do not have this plugin.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi Vlad,
I had those setting with the previous header and it was working fine. However, when I have set the custom header I have created from the cloud library, those menus disappeared.
Moreover, I have discovered 2 more issues. As I have uploaded the new header, on mobile the homepage doesn.t show anymore. Plus, if you check the home page, you will see the at the top left of the screen there is a writing “page contents’ that I don’t know where is it from.
Hi!
Can I use this or similar with the newsmag theme?
Yours,
Luke
Hello !
You will have to create a menu from the Cloud Library. The basic ones you have are non-editable unfortunately. Or you could try editing it from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/xf56tQN0.
The same thing for footer too.
Thank you !
Hi,
If you do not want to set that text filed in a specific place in the page, then you can use the sidebar widgets and the default category templates, in this way you’ll need to make a sidebar for each category and set the sidebar in theme panel on each/per category and is not need to use cloud templates.
Also you can set this text in the description section of category, in this way this will be individual -> http://prntscr.com/opfl1w and will show on cloud templates or default without need to create more sidebars or cloud templates for categories.
Thank you!
Hi,
1. Yes, this is the way is support to work, not all elements from cloud are templates, some of them are pages.
2. Also for more control over the thumbs on blocks I suggest to use flex blocks -> http://prntscr.com/opfba1
3. Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Make sure that the php version is 7.1 or 7.2 not 7.3 also make sure that the wp-memory is at list 256MB.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.
If the problem persist, please provide some screenshots with this problem.
Thank you!
Hi,
If you want to underline the hyperlinks you need to edit the posts, select the hyperlink and pres ctrl+u -> http://prntscr.com/ope9y7 -> https://prnt.sc/oofq0j
or if you want to have the all hyperlinks on post to be underline you can use a custom css -> http://prntscr.com/opecdr
.single .td-pb-span8 .tdb_single_content a{
text-decoration: underline!important;
}
The code need to be set in Theme panel>Custom code>Custom css and will apply on all post that have set a single post template form cloud.
Thank you!
Hi,
If you use the code/function in s widget sidebar then you can use cloud templates with out problems and you can set the filed you need with tagDiv Composer in the category cloud template -> http://prntscr.com/ope4pj
Unfortunately in only using cloud templates you can make the theme to be full width, with out cloud template you can try with custom css, but if the code is not apply on the right elements can break the theme layout.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello !
In order to add more you will have to re-design your footer. You can do that by accesing the Cloud Library and edit it using the tagDiv Composer and use the elements there to create the header as you wish: https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
Thank you !
Hello !
You will have to apply a single post template from the cloud library. Follow the steps found in the link above and you will see how easy it is to implement. If you are using Mobile Theme plugin this option will not work. Mobile theme has a different non-editable design. The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You can if you want to disable the Mobile Theme some pages / posts. We have that feature now: https://www.screencast.com/t/HgVM9URqqIEa
Thank you !
Thanks again Calin,
1) I think you’re confirming for me that when the button says “create page” the result is a page in the Pages list, not a template in the “cloud template” list. For example, when I download the Category template 22-Nomad and click on the button, which in that case says “create template”, it ends up in the “cloud template”list and I presume you can use that in creating other pages. By going through the same process with the Contact – nature love template, the button says “create page” and the result ends up as an actual page in the Page list. If that’s the way it’s supposed to work, then I’m good. I am just trying to understand the design intent.
2) I’m good on this one — it’s my photographer mentality. I actually created a pic at 1200 X 648 pixels in an attempt to ensure the subject’s face was in the center of the image area — but then I realized that I totally negated the parallax effect by doing that. Live and learn. So I totally understand this one now. Thanks…
3) In this case, the tagDiv Composer is working. I can set and move blocks around and make changes in the General, filter and other tabs. The only part that doesn’t work is when I am on my Contact page in tagDiv Composer — I click on the form and the proper left-hand controls appear, then I click on the black EDIT CONTENT button and the pop up window appears so I can edit the form short-code. That’s the part that won’t load. The field never appears that allows me to change the form shortcode. The circle just keeps on circling… Does that make sense?
I uploaded another picture to show what I mean. On the left side is how I want it surfing my site with my mobile. On the right side is what I get right now. You can see the article title and date are all messed up and behind the thumbnail.
