Depends on what post templates are used. For example in a cloud post template it is a matter of placing both the date and the modified date elements in the template

For the predefined post templates however it would be difficult, it will require code modifications to the post templates which are now in the tagDiv composer. So any modification made to them will have to be remade after a theme update.

Sorry for missunderstanding your issue !
To get your homepage background black you have to edit the homepage using the tagDiv Composer like here: https://www.screencast.com/t/tuoTrkztcQ ; For the header and footer you will have to edit the colors from Theme Colors in Theme Panel. My site can’t import single template on cloud template, pop up message “Errors at columns: 2(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content”

Not sure if it’s related to the move to a custom article template or not, but we’re not getting a ‘no sentences found’ error in Google News, and it’s no longer pulling our articles for inclusion.
I’m not sure if my problem is related but … I have 5 categories and 13 subcategories (across the 5 main categories). Last week my mobile menu would have a small arrow on the far right to open into the sub category. Today I can only see the main category themes. Has something changed or do I need to change something? I re-did the menu and I’m setting the mobile menu in a header cloud template. I am still new to your system and facing the following issues:
1- I used header template 36 ( from the cloud) and nothing this set to be hidden on mobile, however, the lower menu is hidden? why is that?
2- I am unable to show the logo photo in the mobile view, it only shows the text?
3- nothing set to sticky, however, I do have a sticky menu in the desktop, How this work? I thought we need to choose stick for one part? ( it is not sticky on the mobile, how to enable that too)?
4- the sticky menu shows the text log, is it possible to make it show the logo image? or Icone?

Hi, i deactivated all non tagdiv plugins including wp rocket.
After that i purged everything from cloudflare, still the cloud template won’t work normally and i end up with the error code above my header referring to line 639.
I do have some backups of my website, what should i do now?
It’s abou the child theme… When Child team is active, cloud templates not working…
After updating the theme to 9.7.3, the sidebar on the custom template was no longer displayed. There is no sidebar widget in Cloud Templates.
I added a header from the global template and afterward had this issue, you can check in the screenshot.

The best way will be to rebuild in the plugin; unfortunately, each way you chose, if you make any updates to the theme, all those customization will be lost, also now our developers team are trying to make possible to do all customization you need using tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud library.

Depends on what you mean by different template/design. Each page can be built in it’s own way with the composer, so it can be different. Each page can have it’s own menu as well, simply select the cloud header template you want (from the ones you have built/imported)

We are working on local with tagdiv composer.
Using the category templates from the cloud library can not be individually customized per category for the sides bars therefore, we are using standart post and category templates.(We were individually placing different banners on per category and cloud templates for categories do not allow this)
So, WPML gives an option to display banners on your chosen language. You can select the widget element to display either on first or secondary language.
İn the first image, you can side that 1 side bar contains 2 custom html box containing banners. We were able to display the banner as we like according to the language. However, now this give an error as seen in the image 2. Do we have to double the side bar number to make it work with different language?

Hi, I have updated the new theme but I had to replace the previous version. When updating the new theme and updating the plugins, I lost the cloud templates so the designs are not shown as they were previously created.

Hi,
Grids don’t show the excerpt of posts, only blocks (not all of them however). For grids and the blocks that don’t show the excerpt, this can’t be enabled with CSS.
However there are many types of blocks that you can use, such as the predefined types

Some of these will show the excerpt, so you could use one that does.
Besides the predefined blocks there are also flex blocks, these are highly customizable blocks. Here are some examples created by us – https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Blocks each one can be imported through the cloud library plugin provided with the theme

You can design your own flex blocks as well, as you want.
So the best way is to use different types of blocks, ones that show the excerpt. But grids can’t show excerpts unfortunately, they are not supposed to.

The 500 errors problem in most cases is caused by low wp-memory or old php version.
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it at least to 256mb.
Please check our documentation for Installing Demos -> https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-installing-demos/ also some demos have elements from tagDiv Cloud Library and you need to have it activate.

There is an option in tagDiv Composer to hide a row if is use pagination, but this is not work correctly for the feature image, we hope to fix the problem as sun as possible.

And only for the cloud templates not the default ones because it already works for that one.

Sorry but the view count does not have an option to be disabled for individual posts. However you can use the cloud library plugin and simply create or import a post template without a post view count and apply it as a post style for the articles where you do not need a post count: https://tagdiv.com/customize-articles-with-single-post-templates/

I’m having the following problem:
I’m using the Redirection plugin + W3Total cache plugin + Cloudflare. I recently found out that there’s an issue with the status headers of the 404 urls.
For example, after cleaning of all plugin caches and the Cloudflare cache, and testing an already removed url with a redirect checker, the first check shows always 404 and the second, incl. all next checks – 200 OK is returned. It’s the same with each 404s. I tested numerous times.
A better description of my issue by another person in the past:
“[caching plugin] is disabled. I visit a known bad link on my site (https://example.com/xyzz/) and receive a 404 error page. I can verify in Chrome’s Inspector and/or Firebug that the “404 Not Found” status is being properly served in the HTTP headers. An online redirect checkers shows a proper 404 status.
I turn [caching plugin] on and visit the same URL. On the initial visit I am served a cached page (verified by the debugging comments inserted by the plugin at the bottom of the HTML source) with the proper “404 Not Found” status in the HTTP header.
If I visit the page again (https://example.com/xyzz/), I’m served the same cached page from #2 above displaying the “404 – Page Not Found” error to the user, but with a “200 OK” status in the HTTP header.
If I turn [caching plugin] off and visit the page again, I am again being served an uncached page with the correct “404 Not Found” status in the HTTP header.
Any idea what might be going on here? This is seems to be causing some an issue where Google Bot is attempting to index some non-existent pages because its seeing the “200 OK” HTTP header instead of the proper 404.”
