Hi.
So, we have uploaded the Newspaper theme on two domains.
1. The domain which is marketed everywhere
2. A testing domain where we test out our work first.
I have purchased the theme.
I haven’t entered the activation code on either of them.
Now, when I was trying the Cloud Templates thing on our test website, it said that first enter the activation code.
Now, can I enter the activation code on both (different) these domains or one activation code can be used one time only on one domain?

After you make the update please check if theme plugins are active, usually tagDiv Composer will activate automatic but it needs to be checked, also if you are using cloud template update the tagDiv cloud library and activate it.

Hi, I check, and if I use one of the default post templates everything is fine, if I use the custom post style made with Cloud Templates I lost the Smart List…
Perhaps you need to check my installation?

If I understand correctly you want to have the inline ads only for some post not for all of theme, if is so then in order to achieve this you can use a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library and set in post content in ads the inline ads

After that set this template on each post that you want to have inline ads, if you want to can duplicate the template ( and change name of template ) remove the inline ads and set this template on the res of post, in this way you’ll have the same tamplate to all post.

We are currently investigating such an issue, seems to happen in some specific cases. In a multisite environment we have made no tests with the cloud plugin unfortunately. A solution will be found for the issue I mentioned as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience.
The tagdiv Cloud Library also indicates a “invalid reply to server endpoint” error.

If you are referring to your posts, please notice that you need to create a post template in Wide Mode (using the Stretch ROW) with TD Composer from Cloud Template Library and then, set this template for all of your posts. I found this to be an issue also. We have a massive server, but when I try to use the Cloud Library, it’s a huge memory hog. It’s frustrating because we have to use this if we want to have the infinite loading for Single Posts.
I don’t understand why the developers can’t just add an ‘auto loading status’ in the theme panel rather than making us have to create a whole new template. This is included with many other themes out there, and since Cloud Library is creating a memory issue, hopefully they will rethink this.
I have a number of other issues reported, but I think I’ve tracked down the overall problem with Cloud Templates.
On some sites Cloud Templates loads just fine and shows the “Add New” button.
On some sites Cloud Templates loads, but do NOT show the “Add New” button.
On some sites Cloud Templates just errors with error 500.
I tried the advice you provided on another ticket to increase memory, and I found that when I increase memory, the more I do that, the more sites starts working. In fact, the memory required increase proportionally to the number of posts I have on my sites.
- Site with 100 posts seems to always work, and the Cloud template page loads fast.
- Sites with 100-8000 posts works with 256M
- Sites with 8-1000 posts can load the cloud templates at 256MB, but does not show ADD NEW button until memory is increased to 512M, then the Add New button appears. Note that at 386M the button does NOT appear
- On a site with 65,000 posts, I don’t have enough memory to get the button to show up, but at 4096M I can get the Cloud Template page to load.
So, The FIRST thing that works as I start adding memory is the page starts loading again. As I add more memory, the “Add New” button starts working again later.
So, clearly, the amount of memory required from the Cloud Templates depends on how many posts the site has, which is a huge problem. If I was to guess, it’s because your “used on” column checks all the content, but inadvertently uses a TON of memory.
If you can fix this in a new release I think you could solve a bunch of other problems I have (And others will have), where the Cloud Templates won’t work on large sites.
Like I said in my followup, this is not apple news related after all.

That code that show on you website because you did not have the tagdiv Composer activate, also if you are using elements from cloud on page you need to check this plugin to be activate too.

You could design the header as needed with the header builder, there are some headers designed by us which you can modify – http://prntscr.com/mzg27b or you can design your own by using a blank template – http://prntscr.com/mzg3qq
So you can build it with the tagDiv composer and place the elements as you wish.

Unfortunately using header style 3 you can not achieve a bigger logo, for this you’ll need to use an header stile with full logo or import/edit one from tagDiv Cloud Library

Hi, I don’t understand something…
I made a new layout template with CLoud Library for my posts.
In some posts I have the content that is suitable for a Smart List, but when I use the settings for Smartlist in “Post Settings” I obtain nothing, my post is in plain mode without a Smartlist.
If I insert from CLoud Library inside the template the element called “Single Post Smartlist” and save, when I reload the post I have the post duplicated and no Smartlist.
Where is the error?
