tagDiv Cloud Library has compatibility issues with JetPack stats. Page load it self several times. The issue disappears when Cloud Library are disabled. Issue are even reported to JetPack, they are investigating.
Hello, fellow Newspaper users!
I finally updated my theme and I’m enjoying browsing the Cloud Templates and I’d like to use one of the author templates, Author Template 6 to be exact, but I am not seeing that as an option for me to change the template to under Theme Settings > Author Template.
Do you have any tips?
I just saw in themeforest other people talking about it.

Thanks but I think there is a mistake: There is no “infinite loading+load more” option / I can’t see that option in this template cloud (loop block).

If I select “normal pagination”, “read more” never appears.
If I select “no paging”, even if I put a maximum number of posts, “read more” never appears.
I mean, I can’t get the “read infinity” with this boton?, am I setting something up wrong?

Yes, 256M would be sufficient for most users. Set it like that if possible and allowed by your hosting provider.
There are multiple speed optimization guides here in the forum, besides the official guide. Many users achieved great results and posted their own methods

Use a caching plugin and CDN if possible as well

Keep testing multiple plugins if needed, or different implementations until the website is as fast as it can be. Keep the plugin number as low as possible also. Also ads can cause the website to be slower.

The theme itself will display the ads in all the posts, I believe a plugin such as AdRotate can be used to have better control over the ads. This plugin is recommended by many of our our users, you could give it a try. Some info about it here

Also now you can create your own post templates, or import predefined ones, with the new tagDiv Cloud library plugin

For these post templates the ads have to be entered in the template, so you could leave the post content with no ads for that post template

The sidebar will be below the post content on phones, not above it. That would be the case for all layouts with a sidebar. The sidebar will be displayed below the main content. You could experiment with modifications in the default post templates

That would depend where you would like to do that. A general theme setting for width is not available. There are full width elements to be placed in pages

But a general width setting for the whole website does not exist, there are more individual settings to be used for width.

Thank you for your appreciation.
1. If you select “no pagination” there will be no pagination at all and no load more button. Load more will only appear if you select infinite loading+load more
The load more button implies a pagination exists.
2. The post loop was never meant to show up on single pages. It is an element destined for the cloud libary templates. It should not be used on single pages. Sorry for the inconvenience. We will fix this in the next theme version.

Just updated newspaper theme, then had a message at the top of wp dasboard saying td composer and tagDiv Cloud Library have been deactivated as not compatible with newspaper update.
I was able to reactivate composer and seems to be ok at the moment but cloud library does not activate.. see screen capture >> http://nimb.ws/uxPHUm
Also td multi purpose plugin will not activate and throws up a fatal error >> http://nimb.ws/jalzre
Is this because plugins are no longer required or is something wrong?

earlier I was able to make a contact page using templates now nothing.
Apart from Suhosin everything is Exactly same as mentioned in This Post
Try to create a new page with “Pagebuilder + Empty page” template.
Or use “Cloud Template” from new (version: 8.8) Newspaper theme (make a choice as you wish):
Could you also correct the share buttons coz they share the URL with the single template name (e.g. Single Post Template 24 https://cloud.tagdiv.com/tdb_templates/single-post-template-24/ via @tagDiv Cloud) rather than post url?
Also, I just thought template 17 was the full width only but figured out the others can be made full width by stretching the rows. Is that in the tutorial?

Now the post templates can be created with the tagDiv composer. There is also a library of post templates that can be imported. These can be modified as you want if needed and applied to posts.
