As I can see on your blog it appears that you have multiple blocks. Each block can be individually edited using the tagDiv composer and you can set filters on it as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/bhRLjNby3m9

In order to have 10 blocks on 3 rows having the latest posts you will have to modify the block and set the block posts to 10 as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/WfvRoTK4

So if I understand correctly you want to move the ads from smart list 8 -> http://prntscr.com/p9phnl before the smart list, if is so then you can find this file in wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/includes/smart_lists/td_smart_list_8.php -> http://prntscr.com/p9pj49

Please note that we do not recommend using 2 page builders on the same page. Also by working with WP bakery on cloud templates may cause issues and conflicts.

Also using wp-bakery on tagdiv built templates will cause issues. We recommend using tagDiv Composer.

I just checked this problem and for me is working normally, please provide some more details, what header are you trying to edit?
Also this can be a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud library, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Did you made some changes in theme core? also you can check the theme requirements to make sure that are set as in our guide from here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Unfortunately this style/template can not be edited with tagDiv Composer, but you can change the opacity using some custom css
