The Tagdiv composer and other plugins will not update. I have done it manually, but it still says they are outdated. Also my site does not open in Tagdiv composer. When I am in a page and click on the composer button, I get a message that my site refused to respond.

That is because there you need to copy one more file, the single_template_x.php, please check this part from our documentation -> http://prntscr.com/p1jktp -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/ also if you want to edit the default post template you’ll need to copy those to files single.php – loop-single.php from wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/loop-single.php directly in the child theme folder, only the post templates from 1 to 13 need to be set in Newspaper-child\parts\single.

I use the tagDiv composer to create various pages, but only some of them show up on the iPhone. For instance, a page I use to get people to subscribe to my newsletter works just fine with Safari on the Mac, but will only load the header and footer on Safari for iPhone. Although we’ve been able to import cloud templates and edit them using TagDiv composer in the past, now when we try to edit a page using TagDiv composer, the page in TagDiv composer is completely blank. When I preview the page, I can see the content, but in the composer, I don’t see anything, not even the template. Do you have any idea would could be going on?

Hello we have been developing a live site for a week now. Suddenly site crashed. We deactivated all plugins and only enabled tagdiv compsers site is gone. *Your site having difficulties* notification comes up.

We have the same issue. We deactivated all plugins except tagdiv composer but it does not work. We have 4 pages with newspaper theme and this issue.

This is a setting issue that only impacts the Header Manager Desktop View in Tag DiV Composer, not Mobile view. Any element added or any element edited, becomes sitewide, instead of the page that is being edited.
Why does anyone need access to our Cpanel/FTP if this is not a coding issue?
Can Newspaper 9 provide a solution by Remote Entry through Teamview app, or give uptions other than deactivating plugins, in order to reset the Desktop Header Manager in Tag Div Composer?
If you or Simion could solve this, very greatful?
