Hello,
This is because you are not using the theme specifications regarding the column layout.
Please only use visual composer as suggested here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/
Also please make sure you do not use both visual composer and the tagdiv composer at the same time.
Thanks.
Hello barnisayz,
Notice that the TD Composer has not affected the category settings. Sorry, but I do not exactly understand what you want to achieve. Please provide more details about this so I will be able to provide a more accurate response. For more details about how the TD Composer can be used, please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
I cannot say how you would remove those tags. There must be a reason Visual composer ads them there. But when there is need of so many Css fixes, something may not be working properly. Once you start using codes to fix one thing, this could affect another and so on.
If you managed to achieve a stable result, just leave it as it is.
Thanks
hello @MitchyBoy
Edit your homepage using TD Composer then choose block where you want to show latest articles and now change Sort order to Latest on Filter tab. And SAVE the changes. ?

Hello,
I have bought the Newspaper theme tonight. When I checked status, I saw this error :
Speed Booster v4.7 – Disabled – incompatible plugin detected: td-composer/td-composer.php
Isn’t it a little bit ridiculous that your plugin is incompatible with your another plugin which is necessary for your theme?
CSS file is slowing my site speed. I have looked into the source files of newspaper to get it to the footer or load it async.
How to move the CSS below to the footer?
Some tweets cannot be embedded.
Generally you have to embed the URL for tweet into the visual editor mode for creating post (*not* visual composer; the visual editor mode when making a new post), not text editor on the post box when creating a post. You cannot embed them using a text box, such as in sidebar, or using the text edit mode of the editor on the post page.

Hello abdirizak51,
Ensure that you are using the latest theme version with the TD Composer which come bundled and check the results. Also, check your system status to be according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello @lavesh
Edit your homepage using TD Composer then choose block where you want to show latest articles and now change Sort order to Latest on Filter tab. And SAVE the changes. 🙂

Hi when i click on edit with td composer it does show up i don’t know it’s searching but not showing up help here
Hello,
Then simply disable the plugin. Do not keep both visual composer and the tagdiv composer active at the same time. That should fix the issue.
Thanks.
Hi,
Currently there is no element in tagDiv composer that would be similar to that layout. Rows can have a background image or color and borders. In them you can place the elements you want and are available at the moment.
Achieving exactly the same result would be difficult, maybe you can find a table plugin that you can use to create something like that more easily.
Thanks
Hello Pedro,
If your website is anchored in Visual Composer, you will have to further use the Visual Composer plugin, sorry! Notice that our page builder is a required plugin and the transitions between these two pages builders can be done only on the manually way, sorry! If you have more such pages and posts which were made with Visual Composer then you should stay on this page builder because you will not found all the elements which Visual Composer has and in this case, we cannot help you, sorry! From now on, the TD Composer plugin will be improved with some features which have to be exclusively for this builder.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
thanks for your reply.
I really don’t need to use the tagdiv composer, I simply would like to have my parallax image back 🙂
Is there any chance to restore it without recreate the entire page?
Cheers
Hi,
You can always ask for more information until everything is clear, when you have a problem or you are in a bind. We and other users will do our best to help you.
When you install a demo with content, this will simply import some dummy content to see how everything will look. This content includes posts, categories, menus etc. You have to create your own and replace these
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/main-menu/
All elements on the homepage can be customized as well. The Big grids and blocks can be configured to pick posts from your categories and you can also sort the posts

Hi,
If the options you need is not available for some elements, you can always use some CSS for further styling. If you could provide more detailed information about what exactly you are trying to center align, or a link to your website where the element is present, I will try to give you a solution.
Here you can find more information about using the tagDiv composer

Thanks
Hi,
Yes the implementation method used to re-create the travel demo on another demo will not work anymore in the current version as the code was changed in order to make it compatible with the tagdiv composer. Please do not use both page builders at the same time.
If you want to use the tagdiv composer, you will have to recreate your pages as this guide mentions: https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/
Thanks.
Hi,
This is unusual. The code mentioned is present in my Visual composer style, and I did not add it in that file

Maybe it is not applying for some reason in your case. But if it works at the moment, you could just leave it as it is. The structure you have created seems to be complex, I could not say why this is happening. You can go over the page in Visual composer and also check your custom code set on the elements , maybe you can identify the problem.
Thanks
Hello,
We are going to still provide visual composer as well as updates for it, so there will be no need to buy the product as we will not remove it from our theme package in the near future. We will remove visual composer only if a substantial user base stops using it and it becomes obsolete but if our users still need it, we will not remove it from the theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
I must say that I´m very disappointed with this incompability between the VC ant the Td Composer, in particularly that the transition to the Td Composer must be done “manually” (page by page, and post by post).
In fact, I have a site that has almost 300 pages and almost 400 posts, so it is almost impossible to make the transition!
I have been investing so much in the site using this theme, and now the theme makes a so significan change…
So, I think that you REALLY should work in making possible the update of the pages and posts from VC to Td Composer.
Thanks.
Hello dcosimo,
Ok, then you should use only the Visual Composer, it’s your choice but notice that our builder is at the beginning and also, it is in a continuous development. You will not found all the elements which Visual Composer has. From now on, this plugin will be improved with some features which have to be exclusively for this builder.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
You will have to re-create all your pages using the new page builder if you want to switch to the new builder now. You can simply remove the builder if you do not want to use it at the moment (it will install automatically)
Unfortunately both buuilders cannot be used at the same time as they will create issues with the layout. Only use one or the other.
In the future we do recommend switching to the new tagdiv composer as all the new featuers we plan to implement into our theme will only be available for the tagdiv composer. Visual composer will still be provided free of charge as an alternative option but we will no longer add new elements to it.
Thanks.
I guess you won’t distribute VC anymore in the near future with the theme, so the ones which will be still using it will be left behind.
I am completely ok with the option of having to buy Visual Composer, I am more then happy to buy the specific software.
What I am asking is for Newspaper to be kept compatible with future Visual Composer releases. Im willing to pay yearly support for this and Im pretty sure that other that are relying on VC for its specific features (eg. its own set of plugins) will be open to that. Its not a simple migration from one composer to another but its (in some cases) a whole new re-engineering
Hello.
I would like to have a choise of the alignment in the TagDiv Composer.
When I choose for example the title element or the text column element it would be nice to have the ability to choose center alignment for the text.
Thank you
Hi Simion!
Thanks for your reply and help.
I think I didn’t explain properly, I try again.
Yes thos grid items have the float left property set because I edited the js_composer file.
Check that, now i put it right like it was before : https://i.imgur.com/veMkXoX.png
See the float:none?
It overwrites the float:left property.
So to “fix it” I edited js_composer.min.css and put /* float:none; */ on it.
But we all know that this won’t fix it forever.
I don’t find any relation between the font and this float property.
Can you help me on this plz? Thanks
