Do you mean that you cannot disable the Big Grid from category page?
Please check this without any plugins active except Visual Composer and see if it works. Is this happens only for category settings or the theme settings are not saved?

You can ignore the activation messages as Visual Composer plugin comes bundled with the theme and you don’t need a license key for it. Please follow our documentation to update Visual Composer at V 4.12 which is included in theme’s path: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/

Visual composer does not have to be registered. You can simply activate the plugin in the plugins settings and you will have access to all of it;s settings. The product cannot be activated as it is a free version. You can read about this here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
In order to access block settings for a playlist you need to edit the page and press the pencil button besides the playlist: http://screencast.com/t/HsmBLYw6 There are only 3 fields in the playlist settings, yes; and one of them allows you to change the videos by changing the video ID’s. Playlists work with youtube video ID’s.

The process of crating a mobile version for your pages cannot be done automatically as the mobile theme does not use visual composer. Most people use the page builder to create their pages so a simple copy and paste of the whole content will result in a bunch of shortcodes displayed on the front end. The pages have to be built with the wysiwyg editor and not VC
On pages, youtube links will not show up as the page editor does not use any shortcodes or embeds. I will add this to our list for future updates.
Sidebars were not meant to be added on mobile. This is a choice made by the developers.

Are you sure you have more than 1 posts set to that particular category? Please check again. If this is not the case, please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn. Hello. I have 2 questions concerning about theme layout.
1. How can I insert more than one Adsense inside the Article Inline part. I’ve noticed that there is one box for article inline, but I want to put more ads inside an article (not head or bottom).
2. In my homepage, when inserting blocks by using Visual Composer, I can only filter those blocks by categories and posts. Is there any chance to filter the blocks by Page?
For example, I have another Page called Travel, and I want to show this Travel Page in the blocks or at least make it appear beautifully in front of my homepage (without messing around with menu bar or footer).

Ai facut udate la Visual Composer si in continuare iti apare versiunea 4.9? Daca da incearca sa dai golesti memoria cache, reseteaza fisierele de pe cdn daca folosesti un astfel de serviciu apoi testeaza don nou.

However, how do I get to those specific block settings?
When I go to block settings in the theme panel, I only have three options and neither of them give me much access. Under the Visual Composer widget, I also have very limited options.

Please test to see if other settings from the theme panel are also affected. Try to change a few things in the panel to test it out and if other settings are affected. If this is the case, please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then test the panel again.

If you use WordPress 4.5 and an older version of visual composer (under 4.11) then this is the result. There was a conflict between the plugin and wordpress but has since then been fixed. Please follow this guide to update your visual composer plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
You can find the latest version of the plugin in the latest theme version package. (you can download it from envato)

The mobile theme was not intent to render shortcodes, it only render simple media added via wordpress editor. Its purpose was to serve a simple and lighter version of the site for mobile devices. For the moment we don’t plan to extent its functionality to much because that will defeat the original purpose. Our main theme already have a its mobile version which is responsive and render any type of content so it can be used if you want to serve content generated with Visual Composer on mobile.
With regard to a possible “mix” between mobile theme plugin and Newspaper theme this is not an easy task. Above suggestions cannot be implemented without customizations in code. Unfortunately we can’t provide custom work at the moment so if you really need this and you’re not aware of the steps the must be taken in order to achieve the desired result please consider hiring a developer or a freelancer to do this for you.

We do not see that in our toolbar. Is there something we have to do to activate that in the toolbar. We have the latest version of NewsPaper installed and the latest version of Visual Composer. Here is a screen shot.

Please provide a link to this article so we can inspect it and figure out why it cannot be seen on mobile. My guess is that you use visual composer to create the post and you use the mobile theme. The mobile theme will not render visual composer shotcodes. But this is just a guess until I can inspect your site.

It could be due to a conflict between the theme and some of your installed plugins. Please make sure that you’re using V 7.2 of Newspaper theme and check if Visual Composer is updated at V 4.12 which is included in theme’s path available on themeforest. Also try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge cdn files if you’re using then test again.

Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer (including any image optimization tools), clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
Then use the force regenerate plugin to regenerate your thumbnails.

I am blogging at http://www.manilashaker.com, there’s currently on spike on our site traffic but the site become slow and unresponsive for most of the time.
Our server prodiver pointed to

wp-content/plugins/jetpack/css/jetpack.css&ver=1468217926 waiting time for that is more then 35 seconds
And the news mag style.css is one of causes. Is there a solution to this with the heavy coding from a developer?
