Visual Composer won’t allow more than 6 elements on a row because does not have implementation for them. However you can try to add images on page like this: http://screencast.com/t/w5WIbox1613 – http://screencast.com/t/LIclfzamu Just set the left alignment for each image and they will be displayed one next to each other. In above example I’ve picked the smaller thumb generated by wordpress for the purpose of this example. However if your images are smaller then 150x150px you can chose full width size.

I am not sure why this warning appear because we didn’t got a similar report before and I can’t say for sure what could be the issue. Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge cdn file if you’re using also make sure that you update the theme according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ then test the site again.

You can ignore the activation messages as Visual Composer plugin comes bundled with the theme and you don’t need a license key for it.

Please make sure that you’re using V 7.2 of Newspaper theme which is available on themeforest and also check if Visual Composer is update at V 4.12. I am not sure why this happens but I assume that there is a conflict between new version of Visual Composer and other installed plugin.
Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches then test the page again.

You can also display pages in trending now block, just add the post type in block’s settings: http://screencast.com/t/0RHexujY1DO

2. Above explanation also applies for big grid block.

3. Popular posts displays most viewed posts from entire site and Popular categories displays the categories which contain most posts.

WordPress have two types of homepage:
– blog which always displays latest articles: http://screencast.com/t/qJHnQYjA
– static page which always displays a static content. If you use Newspaper theme the static page can be set using Visual Composer plugin.

On indicated demo we use big grid 5 on top of the homepage so if you want to achieve the same result just edit the page with Visual Composer and add that grid on top of it: http://screencast.com/t/kDNjKE2i3

Just to add…

I tried disabling and deleting Visual Composer, reinstalling using the theme, reinstalling using the zip file in the theme folder, clearing the cache and nothing works.

The best I could get was to see the blocks on the page design page, but all it says, for example, is “Block 18”, but when I hover over it there are no options to clone, edit, delete etc…

1. I am not sure what you mean, do you want to ad posts in min menu? If so then yes, they will work fine so you can add any post there.
2. Please provide more specific detail about what you’re trying to do because I don’t understand your question.

I still cannot duplicate the issue on my side and I can’t inspect it. When I access the site from mobile devices the logo is displayed fine. Please make sure that you access the site using one of the browsers included in this list: http://screencast.com/t/7QNRdSgsZZ Also if there is any specific configuration that must be followed in ordere to recreate the issue please provide more details about it.
In the mean time try to deactivate all plugin except Visual Composer then test the site again.

The author page is not editable with Visual Composer. We use the default functionality from wordpress for author page and there are displayed only posts written by a specific author ordered by published date.
