Hi Bettina,
The widget on the right side has been present since the page was designed last year, so I’m wondering if that could cause an issue all of a sudden?
I think I may have done a poor job of explaining before. These two pages are the same page, this screenshot (https://imgur.com/fiAUdVJ) is what a category page looks like live, and you can see at the top that the category template is applied to the page. And this screenshot (https://imgur.com/qPWYhLX) is what the category template looks like in the tagDiv composer/how it should look live (the editing panel is collapsed).
Re: Product Key
This message has been showing up in the dashboard: https://imgur.com/a/K7cGe3p
Before, I tried to activate Newspaper with the purchase code I have, and it said it was invalid. I tried it again, and now it says that it is activated, but that message is still showing in the dashboard saying that it isn’t registered.
I checked the theme panel settings, and those are all set to the category template template.
Hello Gus!
Please check in the tagdiv Composer, tablet viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/YUVUcyrgh
If there is no issue, then this issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue. That’s why we recommend first deactivating ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser), and see the results.
Thank you!
Hello @iceline!
Edit the homepage with the TagDiv Composer and there you can change the color of the element you need.
Thank you!
I am facing this issue when itry to edit home page of my site…This issue started after updating theme
Hello, is there anyone able to HELP ME with the issue?
Upgradin php from 7.3 to 8.0 caused “deprecated” errors by majority (not only 5-10%, now its majority) of articles…
Now I tried to switch from php 8.0 to 8.1 and it is worst again – errors “deprecated” above all pages including submenus, and all articles.
It´s crazy!
The problem is reported inside wp-booster a td-util

HOW TO FIX IT? The switching back to php 7.3 is no the right way, many plugins incl the current problem with TAGDIV core of NEWSPAPER is not running below php 8.0!
Thank you
Hello Anfisa!
Edit the page with the TagDiv Composer and delete the entire element/customize it there.
Thank you!
Hello Muhammad Nagib Alaydrus!
Edit the page with the tagdiv Composer(green button), scroll down, and find these fields: https://prnt.sc/PeQK3eh0H591, open them and delete the CSS code.
Thank you!
Hello Pierre!
If you want to use the TagDiv Composer, then I suggest to re-design your website using our cloud templates.
Do not use both builders, only one!
Unfortunately, we cannot provide support for untested plugins.
Thank you for understanding!
But now I can’t change the font size, color, etc. To do so, I have to add more code in custom css. The alignment is screwed on my site, don’t know why. So there’s a lot of work.
It would be great to have it in the panel or composer. That’s why I requested it as an integrated feature in the theme for future updates. I don’t urgently need this feature, and it’s not that crucial anyway. Just as an enhancement in UX, and for the aesthetics. I saw it on your website and thought it looked pretty slick. That’s it.
Upon activating the Newspaper theme, I received the following message and my website crashed:
Warning: require_once(legacy/Newspaper/functions.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/customer/www/brooksysociety.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/td-composer.php on line 193

There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions
Please Help, how do I fix this?
I’ve been having some issues that seem to be different versions of the single post page.
Even though I have only one single post template configured in the theme panel (as can be seen here), some posts display features I’ve deactivated and don’t show the ads I added through theme blocks (the post view count is there, and shouldn’t, and the ad isn’t).
It’s like the theme is using an older version of the single post theme (before I edited it with TagDiv Composer) for some posts and the correct version for others.
Example of a post with the correct template/features here
Website URL: https://igormiranda.com.br/
One of the posts with old/wrong template: https://igormiranda.com.br/2023/09/beatles-integrantes-encaixariam-rolling-stones-keith-richards/
One of the posts with the right template: https://igormiranda.com.br/2023/09/bruce-willis-pode-nao-saber-demencia-esposa/
How can we solve this problem?
Hello!
Is that the error you getting as my log is full of it
[25-Sep-2023 20:04:18 UTC] PHP Warning: Undefined array key “undefined” in /var/web/site/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_css_res_compiler.php on line 545
Hello,
Can the “Infinite Loading” option be activated not globbaly, but only for specific single post templates? Or for specific posts?
When I edit any single template via the TagDiv Composer and enable auto loading, it gets automatically enabled on the other templates as well.
if I switch to php 8.0 (any php above 7.3) i receive on some (but on many!) pages eroor

OK, great, I was confused because of your label “ACF field (PRO only)” there…
But still can’t figure out how to process it. What type of ACF field I have to create and how to choose images to such list, to make in TD Composer Gallery element work? I tried find information or tutorial here in forum as well as in documentation but unsuccessfully.
Hello Eduard!
This issue has been discussed already here, please check:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/critical-error-tagdiv-composer/
Thank you!
The problem is (troubles made) TagDiv Composer, does not help push button “renew”.
The only way to have website running (even broken) is swich off al TagDiv plugins, mainly TagDiv Composer if version 12.6 installed. 🙁
For me no information how to have step back (version 12.5).
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘string’ (T_STRING), expecting function (T_FUNCTION) or const (T_CONST) in /data/web/virtuals/83305/virtual/www/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_resources_optimize.php on line 8
🙁
Hi, same problem, update to 13.1 WordPress and 12.6 Newspaper and all the attemtps warns TagDiv Version 4.3 | built on 15.09.2023, On row no. 8 in file /data/web/virtuals/83305/virtual/www/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_resources_optimize.php error E_PARSE. Error message: syntax error, unexpected ‘string’ (T_STRING), expecting function (T_FUNCTION) or const (T_CONST)
???
Possibly, how to downgrade TagDiv to 12.5 etc?
Thzank you
I dont have this option in list available. That means I have to buy ACF Pro plugin first? There is no way how to use Gallery element in page just with TD Composer?
Hello Anamaria.
Good Morning.
” Edit with TagDiv Composer” does not show when i open already made post for editing. how do i call it up to appear?
thanks
Hello @fassjnkp!
You can set a fixed height size for elements in the tagdiv composer because we’ve added a new feature in the latest update: the height option in the CSS tab of the elements.
Thank you!
Hello!
@Kpkna Thank you for sharing a possible solution for this malware.
@dubravko That plugin is deprecated and it is not used anymore in the latest update. Please check those screenshots to know how to shift from WPBakery to Composer: https://www.screencast.com/t/6xLVMmlsY ; https://www.screencast.com/t/zWHrRmK1LQC ; https://www.screencast.com/t/vuFdT9Stx ; https://www.screencast.com/t/DWbSf3qj ; https://www.screencast.com/t/QuHyGccTK71v
