I can’t change my footer descripion “all rights reserved”. When I press Edit whith tagDiv Composer the footer descripion dissapear and I can’t edit it.

1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
but once I disable TagDv composer i will have broken site I assume…?
This is live site with big traffic, I cnt broke site for a while.

It told me, that some tdcomposer files were with long time delay.
Question: could you explain that tdcomposer is Backend Editor for Template – why those files are visible on FrontEnd and delay page run?
Why those internal admin files are need to be for Front-End?
I use WP supercache according to your recommendation before, but those delays provide extra long page run.
Oh… and I’ve deleted & activated the Composer plugin, incl. deleting cache, like explained here:

I’ve duplicated a Category-template with the layout I would like to use. Then I’ve opened the new Category-template with “Edit with TagDiv composer”.
I’ve done that in the past and did the changes I needed. But now I get the error:
Error at zones: 6(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
How can I use an existing Category-template for a new one?

Hello!
If you use default template, then make sure you have the Standard Pack plugin installed and active. Also, check if there is a plugin conflict or not, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.

Please provide some screenshots with your settings to be able to help you efficiently.
If you referring you created a page => https://i.imgur.com/MOEjzpM.png, then you can’t edit with tagDiv Composer, because the page comes from another plugin.
If you want you can use a page from Cloud Library for products. https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Woo%20Shop%20Base

By default the H1 tag on posts it is set on post title, this can be removed only from the theme files, the path it is wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_module_single_base.php -> https://i.imgur.com/m9akJXK.png

Ok, that’s sound great.
I gave you an example to understand what I mean: for example you can not customize grid in the TagDiv Composer, only big grid, big grid full and big grid flex. I’m not talking about featured image. Also, only cloud templates/PRO can be edited with the TagDiv Composer.

1. I have created a home mobile page with Tagdiv composer. But same desktop home page is displayed on mobile. (Sometimes)
2. Also, sometimes on Desktop the actual home page is distorted.
3. Although the posts are published, they are not often reflected on portal for the readers.
i followed the whole procedure to install the theme on a GoDaddy WordPress Hosting. Everything installed fine without issues, i also changed my configs in the php.ini but the tagDIV composer doesn’t work at all. If i try to use it on anything, it just breaks with an error on page (see video)

Hi R7, I think that here are some misunderstanding.
Like Anamaria said, the bbpress plugin is compatible with our theme -> https://i.imgur.com/zum64Dl.png but this dose not mean, that the forum made with this plugin can be edited using the theme builder (tagDiv Composer) and it is mean that it can be use with our theme without having compatibilities problems. So in case that you want to style the bbpress forums you need to use some custom css, you can check this in plugin documentation https://codex.bbpress.org/bbpress-styling-crib/ also in case that you need help styling it we can help you.
I hope that I was able to explain why you cannot edit with tagDiv Composer on a page made with a plugin.

Unfortunately, seems the problem is from the browsers used, it looks like the “like” button for Facebook is now supported only in the Chrome browser, the new implementation from other browsers is made to prevent Facebook share “like”

Featured images displayed in 265×198 windows of “Module-MX6“ in Grid-1 are not sharp, they’re blurred. The same applies also to “Module-MX6” in Big-Grid-1 added / editted on a different page with tagDiv composer

The same source feature image displayed in “Module MX5” in Grid-1 / Big-Grid-1 looks much sharper.
This (blurry images) happens even though applicable 265×198 thumb has been enabled in the theme BLOCK SETTINGS and 265×198 thumb image has been correctly generated for the image.

Also, no thumb seems to be available in BLOCK SETTINGS for “Module-MX6“. as the mentioned 265×198 thumb is not described as a thumb used for Module-MX6 (on contrary see that for example 534×462 thumb is used for Module-MX5 according to the description).
QUESTIONS:
-I- which thumb is used for Module-MX6 in Grid-1 / Big-Grid-1 if the 265×198 thumb is not ?
-II- which thumb, from the list of all thumbs available, should be enabled in Newspaper theme so that it’s used for generating image for 265×198 Module-MX6 if the 265×198 is not (it’s only for Module-M1 according to the description)?
-III- why the feature pictures in Module-MX6 are blurry and how to fix that?

Help!!! I have uploaded a different Newspaper template and when I try and edit the front page using TAGDIV Composer all I get is a white screen. I have removed WP Bakery and still I cannot edit my front page. I have read that a page that was created using another composer can not be edited by TAGDIV Composer, if this is true then how can I transition? But first I need to jump the hurdle that is the white screen so I can start editing. Please help. Note that all my plugins are up to date including AMP.

I just brought the theme and i discovered that the text link below all posts placed via the theme panel does not reflect on the mobile view of the site also any changes I make via the theme panel does not also reflect on the frontend, except I input it via the tag composer.
I have installed the newspaper (parenting_pro) theme on http://www.reisbranche.nl.
I want to change the icon (the women, men and child with a heart) in the green bar (the Subscribe Today bar).

If I change the icon via the TAGDIV COMPOSER, nothing happens. I select an icon, save and refresh the webpage, but still the ‘old’ (current) icon with the women, men and child with a heart is shown.

These pages come from plugins and those pages are not customize with tagDiv Composer.
Those plugins are compatible with the theme, but you can’t customize the pages from them with tagDiv Composer.

In order to edit the order of the elements in the mobile menu, you can modify the file located at: td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/menu-mobile.php
Unfortunately, for the animations, this will require custom work which is not covered by the support team.
