That is because you have not activated all the required plugins. Please make sure to activate tagDIv Social Counter, TagDiv Standard pack and tagDiv Composer. This should make your website look good again.

This is happening because it is not configured.
If you open tagDiv Composer you will be able to save the element as is ( already configured ) by right clicking on it and Save Element button . If you save it you will find it at the bottom in tagDiv Composer here: https://www.screencast.com/t/euKZmmR4QUmb

I have used the image with the text title and URL hyperlink on it. In the tagDiv composer, changes are reflecting correct but on the test site, it’s not reflecting. The changes which are not reflecting on the test site are:
1. title text is not coming at below, it comes on top of the image, which is wrong.
2. link is not opening by clicking on the image.
Please help me to resolve the issues.

I’m able to use TagDiv Composer to edit all my templates, except the footer, strangely.
I’ve even downloaded a new footer template, and the Composer is unavailable for that one as well.
It’s as if I had toggled off the possibility to use TD Composer for footers… which is strange.
Any idea what could be causing the issue?

I cant access the TagDiv Composer to edit my Pages. It is loading constantly in a loop. No matter which page i want to edit, it happens with every page/site.
This happened after i changed some Columns and saved it. Before everything was fine.

I already tried to update the PHP version to a newer (7.4) which didnt changed anything.

Simply copy the shortcode and insert it in the text area of the column text as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/UEMEsVKog

I have checked the installation http://www.iev.wju.mybluehost.me/ and I was able to replicate the issue. The editor keeps on spinning. As suggested by the plugin vendor, I checked for the firewall block, but could not locate any. Currently, you are using the latest version of WordPress and PHP. It appears that the current version of the plugin is not compatible with the latest version of WordPress or PHP.
We have tried our best to troubleshoot the error, but could not fix it on our end. We are not trained web developers, so we do not have the working knowledge to address all website concerns and errors that may occur. The best option is to check this with the plugin vendor/developer as they would have the most experience working with their products. If they/you need any help, let us know and we can assist with anything on our server-side.

Don’t quote me on this, but the only way I found to workaround this issue was to install a plugin called “Duplicate Page or Post”
Duplicate the “Home” page (or a page that works on mobile view), once it’s duplicated, rename it, and rename the page slug. Edit the page with tagDiv Composer, and you should be good to go.
I know this isn’t the right way to make a page mobile friendly, but, it worked… so far GULP!
Hello I have made some test products for my shop page, I uploaded the test products through woocommerce plugin and they automatically go to shop page which is good.
However I would like to edit the shop page through tagdiv composer to make it look better, but when I try to use a cloud template they are blank when I import them.
Any suggestions?

1. This issue only effects posts.
2. It is NOT visible on the front-end of the website or when you select “Edit with tagDiv Composer”
3. It only happens when previewing posts in wp-admin
The issue is that you scroll down toward the end of the post and then another post gets loaded into the view. It’s as if they are being preloaded but in a weird way.
I have removed the next / prev element from the post template…if that has anything to do with it.

In this case is not the Mobile Theme: I tried now to deactivate the plugin and still I get thos 2 errors in the Editor (and I cannot choose Category because they are not listed)
