I can’t select a color in any table of tagdiv composer because when I click on the current color it show a text field in which I put the new color but I can’t see any confirmation botton and even if I go to the next field the color doesn’t change… If I can I will upload a screenshot

If you want to do this only for flex blocks, then you can use tagdiv Composer and add on these elements some margins left and right with “-” like this -> https://i.imgur.com/Onr0a9Q.png

on the internet we read that the row can be divided into six columns.
On tagDiv composer I can only split the row up to 4 columns.
Is it possible to have 6 columns?

What you want is to have some more control over the categories template, unfortunately this can not be achieve with the standard category templates -> https://i.imgur.com/d1ycAMf.png, you need to use cloud category templates for tagDiv Cloud Library, these can be edited using tagDiv Composer and you can set on grids and blocks the settings you want.

I wanted to add the “Instagram” component with tagDiv.
I had previously installed and configured the Instagram Feed plugin.
I added the Instagram component with tagDiv Composer with the account already configured.
When I add “Instagram” with tagDiv it seems that the account is configured correctly, but instead of seeing the images I see a white rectangle, as if they do not exist.
If I click on the image it takes me to the instagram post correctly.
Why can’t I see the images correctly?

I’ve set up a site and applied the MAGAZINE PRO skin. The content has imported successfully, but when attempting to then edit the content using the tagDiv Composer, I receive this warning message when the content is loading:
The current content hasn’t been created by TagDiv Composer
Then this warning message after it has finished loading to a screen of jumbled code:
Error at rows: 8(models) : 9(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
I also tried installing and using the WPBakery Page Builder; but this too just presents jumbled code.
I reviewed past forum posts and people that have reported this error previously have been told to disable all plugins other than the composer itself. I attempted this but it didn’t work. Others were told to just contact: contact@tagdiv.com with:
– admin url and credentials
– cPanel url and credentials
– A link to this topic in order to identify you
So i will do this as well.

Greetings, we are getting a major error all over our website from quite a while, which we are unable to resolve or find out why its happening, and it has to do with how the heading title tags are appearing on the homepage, posts and pages.
1. If we select H2 in the tagdiv composer, it shows as H4. This is whats happening on our homepage.

2. The same error is occurring on the posts. The Sidebar posts heading titles are setup as h4 (default), but those sidebar posts titles are showing as h3 instead.

3. I have a question regarding the related posts we are showing in the end of the posts. Is there any way to change the heading title tag to h4? As it is showing as h3 right now, and we don’t want that. I don’t see any options to change that either. How can this be fixed?

Using latest theme version and latest WordPress Version, the Header Template 50 – Romania News PRO -> After import from Cloud Libary -> Save button not working. Can’t save any changes. Other headers save normal. Please test on your side, simply load the header from Cloud Libary and press save in Tagdiv Composer.

I want to create a page with a Tagdiv composer but the plugin not loading. So what should I do now
I am trying to edit my home page to add more blocks and add newsletter widget in footer or sidebar but it’s only loading, not working.

I am using the ‘Gossip’ demo for my new site.
In the demo using the page builder / tagDiv composer, supposedly I can select which categories I would like posts to appear from in the blocks across the page.
However when I try to change some of the categories in the blocks a message saying ‘no posts’ appears. The categories do have posts in them though.
When I select ‘All Categories’ then random posts appear. However this is not what I want. I want posts from specific categories to appear.
What am I doing wrong??
Please explain how it works, or even send me a link to where it explains in the documentation as I can’t find it.

I am using the ‘Gossip’ demo for my new site.
The demo uses the colour red and I am trying to change it to blue.
I know that the colour can be changed ‘locally’ on each page in the page builder / composer, however this is taking much time to do, so where is the universal setting to change it instantly across the whole site?
I can see the theme colors option in the theme panel (in the WP admin area) however I can not see the red anywhere.
Please explain how it works, or even send me a link to where it explains in the documentation as I can’t find it.

I think it’s not meant to display on mobile devices (all themes).

The styling issue I raised (using a Medicine Pro Demo) is because of this file: plugins/js_composer/assets/css/js_composer.min.css

I keep getting internal server error on my website. So I deactivated all plugins and reactivate them one by one. And I realized that each time I deactivate td-composer, my site works but displays html code. However, when i reactivate td-composer, the site crashes with this error message:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@techtimesafrica.workclick.com to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
