Hi,
I see, what I can do is to try to provide a css and hope this will help you.
.td-fix-index {
transform: none;
-webkit-transform: none;
}
.tdb-logo-img-wrap {
transform: translateZ(0);
}
Please set the code in the theme panel > custom code > custom css.
Let me know the results!
Hello Daniel,
The link provided my colleague works, but this is the answer from that topic “To change the background image, you need to select the row on the header menu element, and the tab CSS you can remove/change the image => https://www.screencast.com/t/ciUKXdLTWi -> https://www.screencast.com/t/7Oxv2GfK ”

PICTURE OF THE PROBLEM: https://imgur.com/a/bDUJhtP
Hi there! I’ve got a problem with a SLIDE element inside our website. On mobile mode, when we arrive to the homepage, the SLIDE element works just fine, but when we rotate te phone to landscape mode, most of the time, the element doesn’t resize correctly and it appears with the same width as if it were on portrait mode. There’s been a couple of times when it shows correctly, but most of the time, it appears as we described before.
Something weird also happens when after this incorrect display on landscape mode, we return to portrait one. When we do this, the column with the Slide element appears to have the correct width, but the title text appears cut, uncomplete, as if it recognize the landscape width instead of the portrait one.
What could be happening? Any idea on how could we fix this?
The only significant thing we’ve made that may be interfering is a change we’ve made to the main css section of the site. We wanted to achive wider blocks on mobile mode, so we wrote the next code lines:
.tdc-row.td-stretch-content, .tdc-row-composer.td-stretch-content {
padding-left: 5px;
padding-right: 5px;
}
And that’s it. We’ve done this “portrait-landscape” experiment erasing those code lines but it’s still happening, so we’re not completly sure that’s the cause.
Any idea on what could we do to solve this? Thanks a lot for your attention and future answer. Greetings!
Hi – when trying to save custom CSS under Theme Panel >> Custom code >> CSS, I can add the code I need but when I hit “Save” the spinning modal icon appears but doesn’t disappear. Reloading the page notes that the code hasn’t persisted.
Any suggestions on what’s happening and if there are some log files worth investigating?
For reference, the code I’m adding is:
.td-block-title {
background-color: #123456;
}
… where #123456 is the hex code for the colour. I’m adding this in as there doesn’t seem to be the ability to edit this property in the tagDiv Composer UI.
Forgot to add, I’m running the latest version of the theme, WordPress and plugins.
Quick edit/update: Looks like I can’t save any changes made in the Theme Panel, so it’s not just CSS…
Hello @m!
I recommend you to have the latest version of the PHP, WordPress, theme and plugins(11.4).
The Standard Pack plugin is an old one with old features with default templates. We do not recommend it anymore. We encourage you to use the cloud templates.

Hello @kennethhede!
If you use a cloud template, then it is possible from Composer. In order to hide an element in Composer, you should look in the CSS tab and select hidden, or if it is a module from a block, it should be a setting to hide.
When you edit a page, the changes will be applied on all the pages with the same template. So, if you need to delete that element for some pages only, then you need to duplicate the template and make it different, then assign the template to the pages you need to be changed.
Check this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/different-logo-in-categorypage/ ; Here I explained step by step how you can duplicate a template.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Often best solution with newsmag is to make top and bottom sections full width with css, the have content section centered, or as default…this gives illusion of a full width site and will not break all the template blocks which are not full width responsive.
Hello,
Unfortunately, I didn’t see the error, but I found these topics with the same issue, please check them
-> https://wporg.ibadboy.net/support/topic/css-syntax-error-tag-style-amp-custom-disallowed-min-moz-device-pixel-ratio-2/
-> https://wordpress.org/support/topic/amp-css-syntax-error-in-tag-style-amp-custom-2/
Thank you!
I am receiving a CSS syntax error in tag ‘style amp-custom’ from Google Search Console:”min–moz-device-pixel-ratio” multimedia content function not allowed.
Hello @TheWedMag!
Apply this CSS code in the Live CSS of your page:
.drts .drts-bs-mb-4, .drts .drts-bs-my-4 {text-align: left!important;}
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi again,
Could it be that the “Remove generated CSS” option doesn’t remove all?
Regards.
Yes. I tried to do it through the tagDiv Composer, but this particular block is not visible through the mobile editor for some reason. But at the same time it is visible on the website in the mobile version.
What could be the reason?
Also wanted to clarify: If I made changes to the CSS theme and blocks through the tagDiv Composer, will the changes be lost if I click install new updates for this theme?
Hi,
Before opening this support ticket, we tried the method you suggested first. Now we tried once again.
– As can be seen here, all CSS files generated by tagDiv CSS Analyzer have been removed.
– All cashe cleaning done.
The result has not changed.
Regards
Hello Andre,
Normally the should be faster if you don’t have to set a custom CSS to make it slow.
Please try to use this custom code CSS
body
{
scroll-behavior: auto!important;
}
The code need to be set in the theme panel > custom code> custom css.
Thank you!
No luck. Consol shows nothing. However this latest update really caused JS and CSS conflicts all over the cloud templates
Now only instructions section doesnt save. This plugin really need to be updated.
apart from tagdiv plugins, we have
Yoast
WPML
Contact form
Amp
aksimet
Hide login.
Hello,
Did you use tagDiv Analyzer on the homepage? if yes, please remove the Remove Generated CSS, clear all cache and check the mega menu.
Thank you!
Hi TheWedMag, yes, you can hide elements for responsive version using the tagDiv Composer , edit the page and select the mobile version -> https://i.imgur.com/LCsxIoy.png then from css tab you can hide the element per view port -> https://i.imgur.com/wkDlD8p.png or better you can use a mobile page and on it you can let only the elements you want to display (hiding an element will be still loading, but will be not displaying, so using a mobile page you can delete that element and will no longer be load for mobile version).
I hope this will help you!
I’ve found the solution. The CSS for the row had a bottom border.
hi iam working on this website https://omoumatyclinic.com and iam using corona virus pro template and i need to make its header to be An RTL is there any way to do that ,, or custom css ?
Sadly after the update to 11.4 disabling Rocket Loader does not do the trick.
I faced it in a new site, then I checked a site I had updated to 11.4 (with no other changes) where it used to work but it doesn’t.
I have disabled all caching in my provider (siteground) still doesnt work. I have excluded the bundling of all js and CSS and it still doesnt work.
I’ve cleared, removed all the elements, looked at CSS for the column etc and I have no clue how to get rid of this line!
Things were so much easier and I feel like 11.4 is wasting my time trying to track down things that used to be click click done.
OK. I give up trying to upload an image here! Please go to the front page, look to the right of the first fold and the far right column is a separator line.
Hello @thoughtful!
There is a limitation of the category siblings height and they are displaying, but can not be seen there.
Please apply this CSS code in the theme panel -> mobile theme -> custom code -> custom css.
.td-category {
max-height: 75px!important;}
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
