Hi,
I have made a simple test with the Footer Style 2. Just added three Blocks 1 on the Widgets and the result is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/YMIwu1cqL Also, if you want to change the font-family to your popular categories, you need to use a bit of CSS code for that. You can provide oyur website URL for that.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please provide some more details about what you want to achieve.
Also please check our documentation for:
Create custom code with the browser’s Inspector or the Live CSS Box -> https://tagdiv.com/how-to-create-custom-code-in-newspaper-theme/

Hi,
Please notice that the speed of your website depends on how well your site is optimized.
Notice that is not a simple task and if you do not have any experience in this regard you will do not bring good results for the theme. Also, notice that we have a speed optimization tutorial but this is addressed only to advanced users. So, if you follow the steps which are presented in this tutorial here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ you can increase the page speed loading and if you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because the speed optimization services are not covered by our support policy, as you can read here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/support-policy-2/ Check our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ regarding on dedicated server to fit our requirements.
Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option to minify the style.css file and we cannot recommend any plugins with this functionality because is not tested with our theme. For minifying this file, we are using CloudFlare for our demo and works fine. If you want to read other views from our users, please check this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tip-how-to-easily-minify-your-css-without-breaking-your-site/
Also, check all of your Ad Spots and if you have entered any suspicious code through them, remove all of them and check the results without them.
One of our top members here on the forum wrote his own optimization tutorial here:

We’d like to be able to use the 7-days-popular sorting without displaying views on single posts. The problem is the theme will only count post views if the “Show Post Views” setting is turned on.
Could these be turned into separate settings in the future? Is there a way to enable counting views without displaying them on the single post view (aside from hiding with CSS)?
I need a little help with something…
On the top of Posts in a specific Category, next to the Author and Date, I’d like to add a snippet of grey linkable text (that doesn’t change color when hovered over).
I need a little piece of Custom CSS that I can use that will reference a specific post category and have a spot for custom text.
Basically, I’m wanting to add something like “- sponsored post -” in a light grey color. If it’s linkable, I’ll probably link the text to the site’s policy page for sponsored content.
So for example Posts in a Category called say “Sponsored Content” will have this little “- Sponsored Post -” disclaimer, and readers can click it to learn more.
It should be non-invasive, so appearing next to the Date and being grey and not changing color when hovered over seem ideal.
Also, our site was built from the Sound Radar demo template.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Thank you!
You could try something like this – http://prntscr.com/naiss4 It will increase the width to allow more space between the menu items.
This is the code, enter in in the Advanced CSS section in the desktop field, as it may create problems on smaller devices – http://prntscr.com/naiti5
– https://pastebin.com/UXg7NjPA
Or if you want to use a cloud header, there will be an option for the space
– http://prntscr.com/naiv5d
Hi Support,
I want to make links in code and pre section on my site not clickable and not to have anchor color set in CSS.
How can I achieve this?
You could do something like this. For example enter the 3 column code in the desktop and tablets fields in the advanced CSS section
– http://prntscr.com/naf7uo teh 3 column layout looks alright in desktop and tablet sizes
– http://prntscr.com/naf8a1
In the phones field use something like this – http://prntscr.com/nafbws
– http://prntscr.com/nafc3t
.menu-item-49 > .sub-menu{
-moz-column-count: 3;
-webkit-column-count: 3;
column-count: 3;
}
Or in 2 columns maybe – http://prntscr.com/nafcjy
.menu-item-49 > .sub-menu{
-moz-column-count: 2;
-webkit-column-count: 2;
column-count: 2;
}
Two columns on phones would be better in my opinion, try both and choose the method you like best. Let me know if there is a problem I missed, or you have more questions.
Copy the code from here, no need to manually type it, works just fine when I try it. Should be no problem.
Hi,
Try using the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS area.
.td-banner-wrap-full, .td-header-style-11 .td-logo-wrap-full{
background:transparent!important;
}
The result is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/gLihGOhqjD
Thank you!
Hi,
It is possible with some CSS. Or if in those pages you use a different header. Using a different header in specific pages or cloud templates is now possible, since the introduction of the cloud header templates and builder.
So while editing the pages you can select a header – http://prntscr.com/naeg7l this will apply only on that page.
With CSS a code like this should work
.page-id-XXX .td-header-top-menu-full,
.page-id-XXX .td-header-top-menu-full,
.page-id-XXX .td-header-top-menu-full {
display: none;
}
Use the IDs of the pages where you want to remove the top bar. The IDs can be seen in multiple places, for example by hovering the page name in the pages screen
– http://prntscr.com/naei2i
Multiply the lines if you have more pages. If you need help let me know.
Thanks
Hi
It doesn’t work, I already have this code pasted in that navigation to solve a previous problem I faced and you gave me that code.
Is there another way? another css code?

Hi,
Please make sure that you set this custom css in Theme panel>Custom code>Custom css and Theme panel>Mobile theme>Custom css>Css
#td-mobile-nav {
position: fixed;
}
#td-top-mobile-toggle {
float: left;
}
This code should should solved your problem!
Thank you!
Hi,
You can get the most of the fonts in the Theme panel>Theme fonts -> https://www.screencast.com/t/GAFCPgKVwc
But you say that you want to “Change default font for all types in child theme”, and in order to do that you need to set the code css for those elements that you want to change in child theme.
The style of theme can be found in wp-content/themes/Newspaper/style.css -> https://www.screencast.com/t/I6mOye5L
But the easyest way will be to use the Theme panel for general fonts and tagDiv Composer for individual fonts.
Block settings guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi, would like to ask is there a proper css code for phone size ? when i place that code on mobile phones, it doesn’t dropdown the box or even break the whole menu when clicking the arrow to drop it. please do advise a nice css code for 3 columns to fit in. or maybe 2 will do. do include the screenshot as well. as i tried copy paste your code(it doesn’t match the screenshot code) from here, have to manually type out the whole code from your screenshot.
Hi
I have a rtl language installed on my WordPress account, I’ve selected Mobile Theme> use mobile theme for> AMP
‘Cause I don’t want to write a double content for my computer and mobile.
But when I choose just AMP it seems like there are 2 pages on my website, one contains the content and when I swipe to left the second one shows a balnk page.
Maybe it only will be fixed with css code.
Here is a screenshot:

Hi – I didn’t ask how to set the custom css, I asked how to change the default font….for all styles, as in my OP

Setting the border on the text with title would look similar – http://prntscr.com/na21hr
I used a border radius of 10px. This should’t take long to do. You can save this customized element after you create it and re-use it, change only the text in it (or save it empty) – http://prntscr.com/na24zr – http://prntscr.com/na256b
Of course you can also use HTML and CSS to create it, in a raw HTML element for example, or what you think best.
If you have problems with the composer, provide more details about it so we can understand what is happening exactly.
Hi,
You can try a custom css for this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/R2VrpyTyGy
.td_module_flex_1 .td-post-category {
width: auto;
display: inline-block;
float: right;
margin-top: -27px;
}
Thank you!
Hi,
You can set the custom css in the style.css from the child theme that comes with theme package -> https://www.screencast.com/t/tuCcJvyOBy
Thank you!
But for now it doesn’t matter because the tagdiv editor is broken and no one will help me fix it anyway. Probably easier if I just start using that CSS and work from there. At least it won’t take a week – and it won’t break every time something gets updated.
