Hi,

For the text color of the menu item there is no theme panel setting. But it could be done with some CSS.
I see you currently have two menu items in the header menu. You want to change the text color when hovered or active. This would be a similar topic you can try
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/change-main-menu-custom-active-hover-text-color/

Thanks

Hello,

I have some questions regarding css features on Newspaper in my site (www.topensandoemviajar.com). Maybe you can help me:

1. When the homepage loads, it appears the the html is loading before css. Why?
2. The images on homepage appears to be low res when I use large screens.
3. Sometimes when I reload the site, a blank space appears between menu and big picture. I inspected the element and it shows like this:
<div class=”td-header-menu-wrap-full td-container-wrap td_strecht_content”style=”height:1068px;”>
<div class=”td-header-menu-wrap td-header-gradient”>
4. I’m currently using version 8.5, as a lot of troubles appeared on my template after I tried to update to 8.6. Can I try to update to the last theme version?

Thanks a lot!

Is it possible to reduce spaces between images on the element “Big Grid Full 9”? I want them to be about 2px.
This part of CSS didn’t help.

@media
(min-width: 1018px)
.td-big-grids-fl.td-big-grids-margin .td-big-grid-post {
border-width: 0 6px;
}

Thanks.

You CSS code works well for for desktop, but iPad still suffers from the overwrite problem.

Tried to extend the header with header-menu-stretch – but did not resolve on iPad
The initial Settings are at:
http://www.screencast.com/users/nytix/folders/Default/media/11ff42ac-45af-4f69-99ea-6abea5bdc1c4

Seems like Style10 was an after thought and may not be very stable/reliable?

Thanks this is helping. I just have to do the “5.2 To get the list of registered css and js” step and I’ve done everything else.

My particular issue hasn’t been solved regarding the 52.jpg resource that is loading, any thoughts on this particular issue?

Hello

I am Moving my Website from Http to Https. Where to find fonts.googleapis.com in this design/ theme editor.

I checked in css and function.php but could not able to find.

Font is loading in http, to change to https, need fonts.googleapis.com location to edit.

Kindly provide solution.

Hello Olya,

If you want to customize your Registration page to look similar to your Article page you should use the page builder -> TD Composer and insert what kind of elements you want inside it. Please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
In the same way, you have to do with your second problem. Choose a block which is looking the same with your example and with a bit of CSS code you can customize it as you wish. Here -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-1/ you can preview our available blocks.

Thanks for your understanding!

Seems that in your case the required font family is not applying for some reason. A quick fix would be to force it
https://www.screencast.com/t/pE3Ce5kgPm
Enter the code in Theme panel->Custom CSS section

[class^="fa-icon-"], [class*=" fa-icon-"] {
font-family: FontAwesome!important;
}

https://cyberthana.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/custom-css.png
My website menu up icon looking like this
https://cyberthana.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/afterCSS.png

And even yellow round box icon is totally disappeared and not showing in the mobile version of the theme after adding this CSS code.

Hi, dear developers,

how can I exclude any post (or posts) via them IDs from the mobile theme?
I mean exclude them from the latest articles section.
Probably I should edit some of PHP files or hide with CSS.

In my case the title of the password protected post is visible for everyone but I don’t want this.

Thanks.

Hello TechieBraj,

Sorry, you should try using such a custom CSS code if you want to make this change. As a hint, you should find an icon, load into your Media Library and then use the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS area.

.td-icon-menu-up:before {
content:'';
background: url("http://localhost/test/wp-content/uploads/tdm_pic_5.jpg");
background-size: 40px 40px; background-repeat: no-repeat;
position: absolute;
}

Hope this helps!

Thanks.

Hi Simion,
Thank you for your informative reply and your help.

Yes, indeed, I made the changes in the main style.css and the problem solved.

Try this code in the theme panel custom CSS section, the result will be like this
https://www.screencast.com/t/zeRB0jTIIfB

@media (min-width: 1019px) {
.td-header-style-10 .td-logo-sticky img {
max-width: 102px;
}}

Or try to extend the header menu to be wider, check the results with that

Hello Bao,

The theme does not have any such an option for this but you can try using a bit of CSS code to hide this section on mobile.
You can use the following code and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS area to give a display none to Main Menu button for mobile.

.td-icon-mobile{
display:none!important;
}

The result is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/zz3GuNQBmpit

Thanks.

Indeed there seems to be a caption top and bottom for the images. In WordPress there is only one caption field for each image.
So what I believe they are doing is entering the captions manually like this
https://www.screencast.com/t/goYTsUZRH
Then with some CSS style the caption

Hi,

You can use CSS for that if needed. Like in this example
https://www.screencast.com/t/FcpTPOhZ
This is the code used in the example, you can experiment with it. I tested with a block 7n widget, you can use any widget type you want.

.td_block_7.td_block_widget:after {
content:'';
background: url("http://localhost/test/wp-content/uploads/tdm_pic_5.jpg");
background-size: 30px 30px; background-repeat: no-repeat;
position: absolute;
width: 30px;
height: 30px;
top: 0;
right:0;
}

Hi,
I have created a clone of my live website called “beta” so I can update there the theme to version 8.7.4 (live website is still at version 8.0).
The problem is that, while the beta website is loading, the header elements seems to read some other CSS and, after a couple of seconds, reads the appropriate CSS.
However, during these seconds, the header seems ugly and it is the first impression a user gets.

This is something that doen’t happens to live version.

Here is a video demonstration showing the problem.
Could you, please, provide me with some kind of solution?
Thank you in advance.

Catalin

Hello,

Sorry, but please notice that each demo has an own specific design which is automatically imported when the demo is installed on your website. If you want to see the CSS code which was used for a demo, you should check the demos folder from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/9IeDt95DLfk

Hope this helps!

Thanks.

Hello ladotg,

Sorry but all of these desired changes involves doing such customization and us we cannot provide something like this at the moment, sorry! I suggest you check the Inspector browser guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/ to teach how you can create your custom CSS code.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hi,

So that code is appearing below every image in the post masonry grid. Does it happen in a new page when you place that element? What version of WPBakery page builder are you using?
Seems to mention custom CSS, check the section of custom code in the theme panel, check the WPBakery custom CSS as well
https://www.screencast.com/t/VSTk4smxAHp
I tested that element, but it looks right to me
https://www.screencast.com/t/VSTk4smxAHp
I am using the latest version of the theme (8.7.4) and provided WPBakery plugin (5.4.7).
