Hey guys, just a quick one. After installing the crypto demo version to our site it’s asking for us to download the crypto ticker? Can someone please advise which one and where from? Also, how to set it up, thanks.

Hello!
Once a demo is loaded the entire demo-style.css file corresponding to that demo will be loaded. If you remove the loading of this file, the demo will no longer receive the specific style. If you do not need to load css, you can simply use the cloud library and import the demo homepage and not use a demo at all on your install.
If you still want to remove the loading of the demo file, you can not do it from the child theme. You have to modify the main theme file:
td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_wp_booster_functions.php [line 414]

Yes, I confirm that I followed all steps on the guide. Also with WPML support we did a clean install of Newspaper + TagDiv Composer + WPML on a test site and recreated the issue. WPML team at a loss; seems to be a problem with TagDiv Composer. Is there a way I can send you screenshots to demonstrate the problem?

this file is empty and therefore I would like to remove it.

I don’t know what was not clear in my post, but testing the Accessibility is a well known form of evaluation of a website (included in Lighthouse auditions).
It’s not a problem of my site, but of the theme, as you can see in the Demo and screenshots I posted.
So, I ask again: do this issues have a fix? Is there any plan to implement a fix for this issues in a near future update, or can I do these fixes mannually?

Unfortunately, we don’t have a PSD file, because our demos were built live with tagDiv Composer.

We are not using one of the new Pro demos yet, using the Pro demo requires a complete re-build of our site which takes a lot of time and effort. So we are still using the older default template for our site. We are working on getting rid of the Standard Pack plugin but all of our pages have not been updated yet so we have some more work to do on that front.

though there is a shortcode for drop caps (https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/dropcaps/) I want to add drop caps automatically to all regular WordPress posts (best if it is possible not to add it also to custom post types…). So, I do not have to add a shortcode manually to thousands of posts – and I can change having drop caps in future without having to alter each post again…

Hi, I’m trying to activate the STICKY VIDEO AT SCROLL option and it doesn’t work. I’ve already tried removing the plugins, removing the Cache, and reinstalling the theme.

If you mean you need a button called “Load More” for your pagination, then you can achieve this by editing that page with TagDiv Composer, and you will find in “Posts Loop” element settings like in this screenshot: https://www.screencast.com/t/E8rOlD4jHMp
I’m sorry that you are facing issues using Newspaper Theme. The page loading speed for both mobile and desktop depends on many factors and you can’t compare an empty theme like Twenty Twenty with a fully functional, features loaded theme like Newspaper that helps you create a website in a few hours.
We are building a long term collaboration with our customers. You can see on our demos what page loading speed score can a website loaded with content can have. However, page loading speed can depend on many factors, and each website is unique from this point of view.
Let me explain some of these factors and maybe they give you some starting points for optimizing your website.
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors, if you are using the Standard Pack plugin on not, if you are using PRO demo or a standard one.
We can’t not provide a solution for you here, right now as we do not know what are the conditions on your website. You can make the following tests:
1. Activate tagdiv Composer and Standard Pack, install a standard demo and check the page loading speed, then disable the Standard Pack and activate the cloud template and install a pro demo. You’ll see that the speed will improve significantly. Also, you should consider creating the mobile optimized pages for each of your pages to improve the speed on the small screen devices.
2. Test your website in a page speed test la GTMetrix or Google Pagespeed Insights and check the loading time on the ads, fonts and tracking scripts – if there is something there that slows your website down, take action.
