I have two questions about WPBakery plugin:
1. My current homepage was built with tagdiv composer. Is there any problem if I want to edit it with wpbakery now? Or should I start it all over again from scratch (which would be a pain)? How should I proceed?
2. I would like to buy this add on for wpbakery, since it comes with some built in demos which are precisily what I’m looking for. The question is: does it work with newspaper theme? I asked the plugin developers and they said “If they use the same plugin as WPBakery available on CodeCanyon,then yes you can edit them.”

The demo is a wide theme, but when we install it on our site it shows up with less width. I’ve spent the last week trying to make my theme look like the demo. It does not seem like it’s possible to do without coding.
I have created several cloud templates. You must create a new one for each category page which is time consuming. It seems there should be a way to create one new category page, use that as the default, and have the theme figure out how to assign the posts labelled with that category to show up on the page. I don’t see anyway to do that which is why I’m having to create a new category page for each of my categories.
That’s time consuming, but then with regards to tags it seems you cannot even do this. I see no way to assign a different page to each tag. So you’re either stuck with not using the cloud library or using it and having all your tag pages pull posts from the same tag. This makes no sense. Again, there should be a way for the filter to figure out the right posts to pull. Once you set the filter on a cloud tag page, then it pulls posts from only that filter. So now you’re stuck with a page with the right customizations, but it won’t change per tag. So you have all the same posts showing up on each tag page!
If this is all true and there’s no way to do this, then we cannot recreate the demo look.
If true, the theme should not even be allowed to be listed as a themeforest theme. I just want to be sure I’m not missing something otherwise I’ll start posting complaints and ask for a refund. The $50 I paid is nothing compared to how much time I’ve spent wasted on this theme. Please let me know if it is not possible to make the theme look like the demo, including wider tag pages that update per tag without paying for customizations to the code.

If there’s no way to get the tag pages to be a bigger width and still pull the right posts for the tag then that means your demo cannot be duplicated without coding. Do you know how messed up that is to show a demo that we cannot duplicate???
Here’s what I’m saying … this page seems to be a TAG page:

It’s wide so there must be a cloud template used here which is fine. But then here’s a different cloud page:

It’s also wide and pulling posts from the right TAG.
I see no way to get this effect. It seems I either need to use the default tag page which means it won’t be wide or I need to use a cloud template which all the posts will be the same on every TAG page because I’ll have to use the same one for each. Or I can get some coding done just to make the theme look like the demo?
I can’t believe there’s no easy way to make the theme look like the demo. Please let me know if this is true.

I have installed the theme in out existing website. Now we are not getting the future images and video for a single post.
In the home we have designed using visual composer but it shows a blank screen.
Previous we have used WordPress automatic plugin to get the video and images from youtube.

Now I found out that it was again “?amp” for AMP links? Which is not so before theme update when the url was the same for AMP and not AMP pages? Is it right and why so?

First of all, ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme NP 9.6.1. Here, it was made some improvements on AMP. That new update allows you to use the AMP with or without the Mobile theme. If you will use the AMP+Mobile Theme, the layout will look like this -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_local_news/td-post-the-hottest-wearable-tech-and-smart-gadgets-of-2016/ Also, you have access to the Comments section. Regarding customization, notice that the Mobile Theme has a default layout and do not have any such an option that allows you to make some changes from the Theme panel, sorry! I imported a demo layout name “Blog Fitness” and applied on my website. I am currently using the header “style 10” with the demo. I replaced all the logos with my custom logo (i.e. on header and footer for every version (pc and mobile)) but still, the homepage and the footer shows the default logo i.e. “Fitness Blog” logo on mobile devices. However the problem does not arise when I open my site on a pc, but when I open my site on a mobile device, only the homepage and the footer logo are not changed, but the rest of the pages and blog posts logo is changed.
How do I change the logo in the demo I just installed. It doesn’t let me do it. Just allows “Insert Element.”

I have two problems:
The first one, when I upload an image, other ones appear in different formats automatically.
Example: image-test.jpg (real size: 600×400 px)
But we have also: image-test-324×160.jpg, image-test-356×220.jpg, image-test-485×360.jpg, …
The second one, the images that are loaded in the home page are from the other formats, but not from the original image.

What I see for the mobile menu
Here are the errors I get from google console
It’s strange because now I can’t even navigate my menu on the mobile theme, yet last time I checked I at least could but my main pages were gray. I think only the blog page works but has the mobile menu, not the demon header menu.
Are there known plugins that don’t go well with AMP? Maybe that’s what’s happening.

I just enabled it again, it was disabled because of another update that happened while I was gone. Now it’s enabled and the gray display is there again. I saw your screenshot and I do have the Demo-header-menu chosen for the main and footer. Are you saying I should work with the mobile menu’s own or I can choose my menu? (demo-header, which I prefer)

for mobile editor I see no option just to make text and images, no grid option available or the shortcode is limited

I updated the theme as well as set “USE MOBILE THEME FOR” both mobile and AMP, but seems like nothing change and also the infinity load doesn’t work also.

I did not hear of that plugin before, can’t say I know what it’s capable of doing. With Newsmag you can set a sidebar either on the left or on the right side of the post pages, but not both
